Nellson flapped his wings inward and was able to dodge by only being slightly hit by the carriage’s right angle and causing it to shatter. Nellson, with his six wings and two-meter body height, now flew in the air and stabilized himself. Nellson immediately flew closer to the train again. Hyena Yokai’s tried to stand up with his body full of bloodless slash wounds billowing white smoke. Suga didn’t want to give hyena Yokai a chance to counter back, Suga ran forward to attack hyena Yokai. Suga slashed his katana sword from the side, but the hyena Yokai billowed black smoke all over his body, shrank to two meters tall and jumped back to avoid Suga’s attack. Suga immediately continued his attacks, but then he stopped because his eyesight was blurry because Nellson was flying quite far from he was standing. Suga’s vision became even more blurred and made him frown.
“Damn, my sight….”
Hyena Yokai looked at Suga with a deadpan expression.
“Your eyesight is disturbed, huh?”
Black smoke billowed from all over Hyena Yokai’s body and enveloped him. From behind the black smoke, hyena Yokai reappeared back into his human form Nishiyama. Nishiyama’s body is full of bloodless smoky slash marks. Nishiyama immediately moved to the side of the train while holding on to the corner and dangled into the train carriage from one of the broken window panes. Seeing Nishiyama, Suga was surprised; Nellson, who was flying, also saw this event.
Nishiyama managed to land stably inside the train carriage. Nishiyama's action shocked the passengers who evacuated into the carriages in front of and behind the one in which Nishiyama was because of the fight on the top of the train that destroyed and dented some parts of this train carriage. Nishiyama walked towards the front carriage, past the people looking at him in surprise because the sword slash marks on Nishiyama’s face and neck were not bleeding but billowing white smoke. One of the male passengers looked at him with a surprised expression.
“Are you all right?”
Nishiyama ignored them and continued to walk past these people who didn’t appear too crowded because it was already late at night.
Back to Suga and Nellson, Nellson landed back on the top of the train with his two feet's talons gripped and dented its surface. Suga’s expression looked serious; he then put his katana back into the scabbard.
“I’ll chase him into the train; you follow me from the top of the train so no passengers see you.”
Nellson’s expression turned serious; he then nodded.
“I understand.”
Suga moved to the side of the train, held on to the corner of the train, and dangled into the carriage through one of the broken window panes.
Suga landed stably inside the train. Seeing Suga’s arrival, the nearby passengers were surprised again and then looked astonished, not only because of what Suga had just done by entering from the train window but also because Suga was carrying a black katana sheathed in his left hand. Suga walked at an accelerated pace towards the closest passenger in the front carriage; Nellson was walking on the top of the train and right above Suga to follow his movements so that Suga could still see. Arriving at the nearest passenger, he was a middle-aged man who looked at Suga with an astonished expression because of what had just happened.
“Are you okay? You just...”
Suga interrupted his words.
“I’m fine. Did Uncle see the man wearing the bomber jacket coming from the roof of this train?”
This man answered in slightly disturbed expression.
“Yes, he just walked towards the front carriage.”
Suga’s expression changed to surprise as he thought.
This tale has been unlawfully lifted from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.
“Front carriage? Perhaps…."
The man in front of Suga said.
“What exactly happened up there?”
Suga smiled.
“We are repairing this train; there is nothing to consider, sir. Thank you for the information.”
Suga ran towards the front carriage; the passengers here watched Suga with an astonished expression.
Back to Nishiyama, he just arrived at the single sliding door entrance to the loco pilot room and opened this door just like that. A middle-aged man loco pilot operating the control device of this train was surprised and turned back his head. He was shocked to see Nishiyama’s appearance, full of sword slash marks that billowed white smoke on his neck and face; these wounds appeared to be regenerating better than before.
“Are you all right, sir?”
Nishiyama smiled.
“Of course, I’m just looking for a place to treat these injuries.”
The loco pilot looked a little nervous.
“Sorry, sir. This train doesn’t have a medical room, but I have a first aid kit box; let me get it for you.”
Nishiyama smiled.
“Sorry to bother you because I got lost; I am very grateful for your attention to help me.”
The loco pilot nodded; he then looked for the first aid kit box in a closed cupboard embedded under the train’s control dashboard. Nishiyama stepped inside and closed the sliding door behind him. In no time, the loco pilot got his first aid kit box and turned around to face Nishiyama.
“I hope this can at least ease your wounds.”
While smiling, Nishiyama walked closer to the loco pilot, who looked even more surprised because Nishiyama didn’t appear to be in any pain from the wounds on his face and neck, which looked so bad.
“Let me help you....”
Not finished saying, Nishiyama hit this man’s neck hard with his left hand, making him faint instantly. Nishiyama’s expression turned cold.
“Good night, sir.”
Nishiyama’s attention was fixed on the control dashboard; he then operated it and increased the speed of this train.
Back at Suga, he had just arrived at the front train carriage, with only a few passengers sitting on the carriage's left and right sides seats. Suga could feel the speed of this train getting faster, making Suga hold on to one of the straphangers on the carriage's ceiling.
“Damn Nishiyama, this must be his doing.”
Suga hastened his steps towards the loco pilot’s room entrance, the passengers here watching Suga in surprise. Suga opened the sliding single door to the loco pilot’s room in a hurry and found Nishiyama sitting half standing at the control dashboard of this train with a deadpan expression and both hands tucked into his jacket pockets. The wounds on Nishiyama’s face and neck still billowed white smoke and had regenerated even more, leaving only 30% of the wounds. The loco pilot is sitting unconscious on the floor and leaning against the side carriage’s wall with his legs outstretched.
“Finally, you’re here. Don’t mess around, or I’ll make this train go faster and destroy the control stick.”
Suga’s expression turned serious; he then closed the door behind him.
“We can discuss this carefully, Nishiyama; no need to take other casualties.”
Nishiyama smiled.
“Of course, why not? Let’s make peace and go home, wait a minute!”
Nishiyama smirked.
“I’ve said that since before; you’d better also consider your opponent’s request.”
Suga looked surprised; he then smiled forcedly.
“Alright, calm down, Nishiyama.”
Nishiyama sighed as he closed his eyes briefly, then opened them again.
“You don’t need to worry; all of this is just to restrain yourself from attacking me; I have something to talk to you about.”
Suga’s expression changed slightly in surprise; his expression then changed to curious.
“Did I not mishear what you just said?”
Nishiyama’s expression turned deadpan.
“Of course not. First, I will tell you that I am not an enemy.”
Suga was surprised. Nishiyama continued speaking.
“I have predicted how you will react. Therefore, I will prove it.”
Nishiyama took out a folded piece of paper; he then crumpled and threw it at Suga, who then caught it with an astonished expression. Nishiyama continued speaking.
“The paper says the coordinates of where the victims were kidnapped.”
Suga was surprised again.
“What do you mean kidnapped? You committed another crime without my knowledge?”
Nishiyama smiled.
“Just open that paper.”
Suga’s expression turned serious; he then opened this lump of paper. Sure enough, inside it was written the number of latitude and longitude. Suga looked back at Nishiyama with a disbelief expression.
“Are you kidding?”
Nishiyama smirked.
“Your reaction is too predictable. I won’t argue with you because it’s pointless.”
Nishiyama took out a key from the right pocket of his bomber jacket, then threw it at Suga, who then caught it. Suga’s expression turned surprised.
“What is this key about?”
Nishiyama smirked.
“You will know later when you reach that coordinate.”
Suga’s expression turned even more astonished.
Nishiyama turned to face the control dashboard and accelerated the train's movement, causing the passengers to gasp and be surprised. Nellson, who was on top of the train, was also surprised that he almost fell backward, but he immediately used his six wings to hold on to the train. Back to Suga, he also jerked back a bit and was surprised; he then said loudly.
"What are you doing!"
