Max looks at the forest around them, he spots a rabbit hopping over a log.

Whoa! Max looks over at Shadow. The black wolf nods.

Max then looks at Thunderbolt, and the small wolf looks back. Get that rabbit over there.

Thunderbolt looks about. Where?

Max used his snout to point.

Thunderbolt follows his direction.

Shadow did what he did best, hid in the darkness of the forest, while Max, Howl and Thunderbolt split apart as they came up to the rabbit.

Thunderbolt, use your speed if he escapes.

The small wolf nods.

Howl, if the rabbit is in a position where we can't get to him, you make noise loud enough to scare him out.

Max noticed that Shadow was watching them in the distance. Aren't you going to help?

Once the rabbit noticed Howl, it fled.

Thunderbolt ran after the rabbit, Howl and Max followed him.

"It's stuck!" Thunderbolt shouted.

Max noticed that the rabbit ran underneath some tree roots. There was enough room for it to move about, but it was cornered.

Max and Howl tried to reach the rabbit, but it was too far under.

Let's hide until it thinks it's safe enough.

So Howl and Max hid behind the tree, while Thunderbolt hid himself in the distance.
