Hakuro asked her shout was from a distance of 20 meters away she was tense and more then a bit nervous since her opponent was none other then me her lord so to speak.

Hearing her say this I smiled and confirmed.

-Yes,I am remember Hakuro we won't hurt each other so don't go easy on me since I won't be going easy on you either...

My words had hit hard for some reason it had caused hakuro to think twice about her decision as full seriousness flashed through her eyes she was getting ready so was I holding my palm down open wide thinking about the spell.

With my other hand I held onto a fist sized stone I threw the stone into the the air as both me and hakuro watched it fall down heavily and as it hit the ground both of us jumped from our positions immediately starting the practice fight.

With the start of the battle I shot out my and aimed it towards hakuro,hitting her anywhere near the body would give me a huge advantage and most probably the win,but that wasn't what I was after the winning condition for this fight was to bring down your opponent meaning that hakuro had to just stay on her legs to not lose so it was for me to hold onto my spot without a error.

Hakuro at the start of the fight quickly started to charge me she dodged the and continue her charge,the reason she didn't use her spell at the beginning was because It was more suitable for surprise attacks and small disabling then actually battle she also needed to concentrate on me with her spell since she needed to have control over what the opponent would think of when they would go under the influence of her spell,this fight wasn't really training her magic as much as I thought it would,but I knew that she could use her spell to disorient me temporarily and still move on and if thing s would go bad she could also use it to escape or dodge my spells,this magic element would only really shine in the middle and late stages of its mastery it was awfully close to my since at the start it was almost useless in a real battle,it only got good after I had acquired the from the egg.

If I had to say it both of us were pretty even opponents my attributes were a bit on the higher size though,but that didn't really matter since I didn't have any strength to speak of as in compared to hakuro she was a speed,intelligent kind of hobgoblin her main attribute was Intelligence and her secondary one was agility and even if her strength wasn't major it was still enough to bring me down with one push...My priority was to hit her before she got close enough to push me down running away from her was also an option since I was way faster then her and had a lot more stamina then her,but once again this battle wasn't about running away a tiring the opponent it was to train my aim and her magic power I would like to avoid running as much as possible.

With those thoughts I started to shoot my second the cool down of the spell was 2.5 seconds it consumed 15 mana points per shot meaning that it wouldn't really exhaust my mana pool since I recover 14 mana points per second I could shoot this spell all day long and still not get tired,it was a cheap spell not really useful in a lot of way which was understandable.

Back to the fight hakuro seeing my second quickly stopped and jumped to the left there was a slight lag of movement every time she stopped to reassess the situation she was calm and observing she knew very well that the in itself didn't cause her any damage or made the situation much different,but combined with my other skill the seemingly harmless ball of water could instantly decide the outcome of the battle she had seen me control water and use it in battle before making her very careful of anything that I could draw water from.

I noticed that hakuro was slowly getting close to me in this fight,I took a few steps back trying to keep a moderate distance between both of us to not lose.I wasn't going to use if I didn't hit her even once I made it into a rule for myself to only use the water that was made from the spell and not use it in any sort of lethal way that cold harm her,thats why My head was going into a wild storm trying to figure out how I could use the missed balls of water to my own advantage...and sure enough I found a answer.

As hakuro stood next to the little puddle of water I invoked my spell and quickly condensed a small stump on the ground for her to trip into,hakuro noticed the little ice stump,but couldn't redirect her step without falling herself realizing this I thought she would lose here and now,but astoundingly it wasn't the case...

Hakuro immediately reacted to the change and entered all in jumping with a strong force she flipped forward like a olympic gold medalist and landed on her feet steadily continuing to charge forward without stopping a heart beat..

I was impressed,but I wasn't baffled I expected as much from her and already shot out my second while she jumped,but unfortunately the missed her by a hairs breath,hakuro was slowly getting closer to me and taking more steps back would leave me cornered in any moment so I thought instead of hitting her how about I hit the things next to her ?

The idea seemed pretty good and also executed not really trying to hit her,but the area close to her...In the end I was able to shot 3 before she was able to come close to me by 8 meters she probably thought that the 3 shots were just my bad aim and when she saw the obvious forth shot coming coming from her she dodged to the left her right leather boot stepping onto the muddy ground..

Mistake...

Without hesitation I quickly invoked my and froze the puddle she was standing on keeping her in place for a few seconds as she realized in what kind of predicament she got herself in...

There was still my 2.5 second cool down that I was waiting for to end the battle,but hakuro wasn't yet finished she immediately stopped struggling with the ice that was binding her and looked at me instead...

Her eyes shined a purple light combined with her blood red eyes she seemed almost mystic I could see that she was Invoking her own spell,but I couldn't resist she already executed it and with that small amounts of terror started to envelope me...

Everything in my vision turned dark all of a sudden with me ending up losing sight of Hakuro who was only standing to my front 8 or 9 meters away,my heart started to beat faster and I could feel myself getting a bit more nervous then usual,I tried to calm myself and reasoned that hakuro must be still standing right in front of me she can't move and control this illusion at the same time since it put too much strain on her conscious,but I knew that she could at least move a little struggle with her boot to break free and start charging me again the slight moment of disorientation would be enough for her to push me down and win the battle...

Which meant that I needed to defeat her right now while in this state before it was too late,but without proper vision I couldn't possibly control the situation so what do I do ?

Feeling intimidated I figured that keeping my eyes open wasn't going to help me in this situation I could also hear sight whispers and murmurs around trying to make paranoid...that was probably Hakuro trying to distract me as much as possible.

It made me immediately lose my attention towards my sight and hearing and rather concentrate on my touch and smell...

In the end I was still in the field...hakuro was standing in front of me and her beginner magic wasn't yet strong enough to emulate real pain or smell it was a chance a chance that I would take advantage.

I concentrated really hard trying to calm down I tried to feel the vibration to my surroundings I wasn't human anymore and my perception attribute was also decently high for me to pick up things in a 10 meter radius...I imagined...imagined my surroundings in my head and slowly the area around me started to become clearer and clearer and soon enough I could see hakuro stand in front of me only 8 meters away struggling with her boot and trying to pull it out of the frozen puddle she was almost there,but it was already over..

-I see you...

I said laughing the words I had spoken temporarily shocked hakuro,but she quickly recovered and at that very moment she jumped breaking free of the ice and charging at me with full speed I could feel the influence of her spell disappearing replaced with a feeling of numbness she crossed the 4 meters in a few millisecond as my spell directly hit her chest...she wasn't concerned about it and continued,her hands trying to grab onto me to push me down and get her sweet victory,but then...she suddenly stopped..

-ahh ? what ?

Hakuro was confused she was standing on her position in a grabbing motion as if frozen in place,honestly it was pretty accurate to say that she was really frozen in place.

Feeling confused hakuro looked down her body and realized that her whole body seemed to have frozen her clothing at least was cold and stiff the frost visible to the human eye and the cold only now penetrating her soft skin she couldn't muster a lot of strength in such position and only shivered from trying to break free from the cold,but couldn't and as she tried to struggle she realized that someone was holding her shoulder...she raised her head towards me the person she knew as her lord and couldn't help,but make a small disappointed sound as she looked at me.

-Its my win...

I said giving some force to my push as Hakuro was falling down still like a statue she fell on her back while I turned the ice back into water making the chilling cold disappear as she laid down on top of a wet puddle,her eyes were showing that she was disappointed and let down,but she also couldn't help,but make a respectful gaze towards me in the end she also smiled and accepted the hand that I gave her to stand up she was sour,but in a sweet sort of sour.

Getting up she looked very dirty having some of the wet dirt stick on her clothing and even soak her body was most probably uncomfortable,but she didn't care dirt was like second nature to her as she grew up in the forest bathing was only a recent thing something enjoyable and not something to keep going at all times getting dirty was nothing to her so were the other female hobgoblins.

My sudden question made Hakuro very confused she wanted to know what I meant by it and listened to me a very excited feeling welled up inside of her listening to me,there was also a flame of competitiveness igniting in her eyes while staring at my own cold blue eyes which I liked.

-Get ready for round 2 we continue until the girls come back if you get at least 1 win until that then I still count it as your win and give you your request so don't disappoint me alright ?

There was a strong light of resolution inside of her gaze as she said to me.

-Yes ! thank you my lord I will work hard !

These words were something I listened to gladly as we once again stood away from each other and started a battle a new...

We continued like this for about another 2 or 3 hours or so until the female hobgoblins came back with a lot of prey making a very happy expression as the walked inside of their home wanting to see me and have me praise them,but when they entered their home they discovered that it was turned into a devastated battle field frozen ice walls and wet puddle everywhere.

This image was dreading in immediately brought terror and mass anxiety towards the girls as the dropped the prey that they had caught and immediately started searching for me calling my name in worry multiple times and searching the area.

It was not long the moment they found me and hakuro I was laying down onto the wet ground looking at the sky beside me was hakuro doing the exact same thing we were really tired well I was partially tired on the other hand hakuro was plainly exhausted as she used my body as a pillow to warm herself...

-What happened ! lord sorron are you hurt !

Hoboko and the rest seeing this immediately felt horror and worry spread through their bodies,they ran towards me and hakuro and looked at us to see if we were hurt,but then they realized...we were laughing...

The female hobgoblins seeing this felt confused and worried even more what might have happened I didn't want to worry these girls any further so I just told them what we were doing while they were going out hunting.

My explanation was short,but it brought most of the female hobgoblins to peace as they realized that we weren't actually been attacked what I basically told them was that both me and hakuro made a few practice fights 15 in precise before they returned hunting,I also told them about the deal I had made with hakuro which immediately pulled everyones attention....did hakuro win within 15 fights ?

The girls obviously were dying to hear the results since the request that I had brought up was something they all seemed to desire a lot making me basically figure out the mind set of everyone and also dread for my endurance,but anyways I told them the results either way which was.

14 wins for me and 1 draw.

Hakuro had 0 wins and acquired 1 draw.

The results astound the female hobgoblins and also made them not sure about what would happen now technically hakuro did win,but she also didn't win would that count ?

Hakuro also looked at me expecting a answer if the draw would count or not.

Now the girls were all looking at me a bit excited about my answer,I only thought about it for a few seconds and said.

-Yeah,its good enough I said that if you win you would get the request you won even if its a draw..

-haha !

Hearing this hakuro smiled happily giggling cheerfully the others hearing this thought made slight unsure expressions some even seemed to have a bit of envious looks.

After a few minutes I stopped caring about it and just recalled the last 15 fights after the first one the second was a bit faster since I started to make more predictions about hakuro's moves it was also getting a bit more difficult to fight hakuro too since she was also learning from her mistakes and avoiding the water at all costs there were times when it was close and other times were I completely dominated,hakuro was forced to use her in most situations to either get away or make a opening for her strike it was nerve wrecking whenever she used the on me,but I got through most of the time I only made a mistake at the last one which she operated pretty well since it was the deciding factor of the last fight.

When she launched her at me she did something completely different which threw me off,instead of keeping it dark like always she duplicated our environment and made a illusion of herself charging at me to the left After the first 2 seconds I had already realized that it wasn't the real hakuro that was charging at me so I stopped and started to think of where the real one was,at the moment I also didn't know that I was under the influence of the spell I only realized it when I saw the illusion since it had slightly different clothing then the original.

In the end I had discovered hakuro,but at that moment it was already too late...the feat she had made at the time was something I still feel impressed about...she maintained the illusion while being on the move,she was able to confuse me for a full 2 seconds to close up on me before I could realize that the illusion was a fake and with that she made a one last stand move and jumped at me instead of pushing me,it was a smart thing to do since she obviously thought of the first fight in which I stopped her mid step jumping into me wouldn't stop her movement even if I froze her,but this also had a risk since she would too fall down with me...

While everyone was surrounding us mainly talking to hakuro about her request I checked hakuro's status window and pleased to see that her had increased from level 3 to level 6 even her had increased by 2 levels she had also gained the skill from the attacks that I had used on her through water and ice it was a pleasant result,but for me my precision leveled up 2 times my mana mastery also leveled up once becoming level 8 other then that the rest of my skills were the same.

For a moment I felt that our levels and skills were leveling in a frightening speed I could understand why the girls were leveling up so fast and getting more skillful every day because of the effect of the emblem that was on the back of their hands,but I didn't know if I was supposed to gain my skill levels so fast...

-hmm maybe only transported people gain this privilege or I may also be under the effect of the emblem..

There was also the possibility of us not really growing that big this may as well be the normal speed of skill and level growth if not then it would scary to think of how strong the people from the outside world are...I really hope its just the emblem though...

-Ehm...lord sorron...can I ?

I slowly snapped out of my thoughts and changed my attention towards the girl that was standing to my side...hakuro...she was looking at me very expectingly also conserved and a bit nervous her eyes were twinkling as she cupped both her hands and came closer to me,I knew what she wanted to do so I also got closer and let hakuro whisper her request to me...

Her whispers were very faint not audible to the rest who really wanted to listen into the whisper about what she wanted to ask me about,but couldn't no one wanted to get too close and from their position listening into the whispers was impossible...Hakuro soon finished and stepped back her cheeks dyed a faint red as pursed her lips..

-Just that ?

I asked trying to be sure about her words,I was slightly amused though...

-Nhh

Hakuro nodded with a smile.

I cracked up a bit and told her that it was a done deal the others who listened to our exchange were confused and curious after hakuro stepped back and walked to her friends again they all started to interrogate hakuro non-stop.

Hobura,hoboku and hobusaku were the most intrigued and tried to get a answer out of hakuro,but couldn't get one no matter how hard they tried.

No,one tried to use force since they knew about the rules that I had put up  giving them no other choice,but to give up and return to prey that they had dropped to place it at a place where I could start harvesting it.

Seeing the Female hobgoblins working hard once again made me look towards the devastated field...it was now a complete swamp with a lot of ice pieces here and there small and big...I really need to clean my work now...

Sighing I started to go work on my own,I still remembered hakuro's request and couldn't help,but smile out of amusement.
