This morning, I expanded the slime trench by digging the trench deeper into the ground and re-engraved the slippery spells covering all of its side. After what happened yesterday, I don’t want to get overrun by slime in my sleep just because I fed them wrong or something.

I began the expansion effort the first thing in the morning and was done with it just in time for lunch, and that was then I realized that it’s about time to harvest my nuts. Considering now that I know that this cavern significantly speeds up plant growth using some ancient druids’ magical knowledge, a thought came to my head: What would happen to six hundred of my nuts, if I harvest them a couple of days later than the usual time? Will they become bigger, and more bountiful? Or will they become smaller, but have stronger, more concentrated taste? Or will all of them become rotten or turn into monsters? These thoughts rustled my research spirit, and I’m definitely looking forward to the next couple of days.

That aside, tonight, I’m picking up a new book called “All You Need to Know About ‘Farm’ Farming” from the ancient library. It’s the thickest book I could find there, and I hope that I will find some more information about this place more than inside the grimoire. I mean, from the cover it said that “it’s all I need to know” about this place, right? Ignoring the chicken handwriting, I fastly peek inside the books, and that seems to be the case. I’m going to read it tonight, and highlight anything that seems relevant. Let’s hope, once again, that I find what I need.

Oh, yeah, I forgot to put this detail the other day, but I created some simple stone sticks to support the cherry tomatoes plant growth. So far, they have done their jobs well, and I don’t see them snapping.

Also, I forgot to change the designation for Plan B into Plan A. There’s no other solid way out now aside from digging the tunnel into the outside. There might be another way out if I find the information that I need to conjure a teleportation spell from the books in the library, but yeah, that’s a future problem.
