Let us start at the beginning.

In this stage. I want to imbue within you a certain characteristic. What is your response to pain? What is your response to the cold? To extreme heat? A burning sensation?
There is a saying.
Before enlightenment. Chop wood, carry water.
After enlightenment. Chop wood, carry water.
Knowing you are more then your body. Knowing that you transcend this experience. It doesn't mean you no longer require shelter, food, and stimulation.
It is easy to throw away food when you are full.
There is a certain amount of stubbornness needed for this technique. You need to not only be delusional. But you need to be consistent.
When the loop is restarted.
You will rebuild your technique from the ground up.
But why do this when you already have a eternal thread? What is the benefit? The purpose?

Do you remember your birthday?
Have you ever missed your own birthday? Most people allow the days to pass them by. But at the very least, they will remember their own birth date.
These stages are much the same.
Each life is a chance to experiment. A certain spiritual refinement.
As you write your log and the stages. You will find a certain pattern to your existence. You will also be able to look back at the stages with nostalgia years later.
Ideas, concepts, and rules. Some abandoned. Some expanded.
Progress.
That is the essence.
There isn't enough time in the loops to memorize all this information. You then are restructuring it and adding even more information in each additional life.
It is never ending...
Infinite!
That is what you signed up for by becoming a hidden existence.
There isn't despair...
Just an existence numbed by time.

What a trap!
The supernatural is out of reach.
Hoping for an adventure? A fortuitous encounter? HA!
Life is full of pain. People will curse immortality. Who would possibly want to live forever? What you are working towards these years you will practice the technique.
It is like signing up for prison.
But the stay is indefinite.
The pleasures of the senses. The knowledge you can accumulate. It has limits. But in truth. 'Immortality' is a huge blessing. It is all a matter of perspective.
There is a major difference between a prison and a jail.
What is the difference?
A jail isn't meant to house you for long periods of time.
The human body can be either a prison or a jail.
Think about it. Are you any different from livestock raised in a farm?
Humans praise their intellect. We have created incredibly complex systems.
We exist as consequence of desires.
Instead of being raised for food consumption. We are killed slowly. Our potential and time are squandered by others. A small percentage can find joy in this process.
Another small percentage become the masters. They become the leaders of the world.
Different universes. Different realities.
There are worlds where this isn't the case. Where everyone is 'equal'. But the suffering there is even more immense. Do you believe everyone is entitled to resources just for existing?
Hidden existences...

Most entities have no idea what they are doing. They go from one trend to another, following the patterns and expectations set by society or their ancestors.
There are outliers. But they are mocked and ridiculed.
The only person you should be trying to meet the expectations of... is yourself!
You must realize how great a game it is we are playing. You can do anything! But like any good game, there are rules and consequences to your actions.
It would be quite boring if that wasn't the case, right? Sure, there would be chaos. But order always finds a way to revive itself.
With that being said...
Everyone is not equal.
Some people have a HUGE advantage in terms of background or origin. Some people live their entire lives chasing for something when they already are at the pinnacle.
You can work hard all you want. But a genius will surpass you without even trying.
This technique is an impossible cheat.
