All of a sudden. You find yourself hanging on the swing of a tree at an old age. Decades have gone by and you have tasted the fruit of your labor.
But was it you that made the tree 'grow'?

Sure. You planted the seed and protected it. But the growth was instinct. It came naturally!
Planting a seed in your subconscious is just like planting one in reality. Except in this case, what you consume will be the nutrients and energy that powers its growth.

But what about mental energy 'purity'? This purity is based on the quality of your thoughts. Are you watering your seed with trash and brainrot? Endless social media scrolling?
Or are you reading books and expanding your mind in interesting ways? Perhaps learning philosophy and different ways of thinking. Exploring fantastical worlds. Studying and deep diving into a topic. ANY TOPIC!
Be active in what you consume...
