It hasn't been long since I posted the last stage. I normally do a stage every 24 hours or so.

Today I wanted to talk about hobbies. My favorite thing to do in the world is to read webnovels. It is my number one form of entertainment.

But funnily enough. I almost never got into this hobby. It was around 2016 when I started reading webnovels. While I did read normal books before that. It was nowhere near the amount I read now.

If I talked with myself a decade ago and described how much I read now. I would probably find it unrealistic.

I recently saw a thread of people talking about reading speed and someone mentioned that with these sorts of webnovels. You can just skim them and get the general gist due to word count inflation.

Personally. I feel that skimming ruins the experience completely. I like to savor each chapter and my memory is already unstable even when not skimming. I don't want to retain even less lol.

If you are enjoying the novel. Why rush through it? My comfortable reading speed is around 450-485 WPM. If I try to go faster then that. I find it unfun.

These aren't physics books and I won't gain knowledge from reading them.

But I read because it is fun.
