Short summary of the last chapter:
Spoiler :
Voice finally finished upgrading all of his fairies. We saw what had happened to the dungeon, and Voice was informed there was an attack.
Also, let me know if anything is wrong with the chapter! Be sure to comment and rate!
An attack? While I wanted something to test my new abilities on, I hadn’t expected an attack. After all, almost no one other than the people I invited here even knew about my city’s existence.
“Thank you adventurer.” With a brief nod I went to check the outside for myself. Something I forgot to mention. There were nowhere near enough people in my city to actually hire any of them for guards. I mean there weren’t even enough to properly have farms of any size outside of the city.
No, what I did was give the adventurers a week of free lodging and spa use in return for four days, eight hours a day, of patrolling my city. Since the taverns and inns would just go to waste if no one stayed in them, i was basically free labor.
I threw myself into the sky, and activated my shoes. When I was only a few yards above the castle I surveyed the area. On the right side of the city, nearest the mountain, were a few monstrous bears attack. They were being pelted with dozens of arrows, but they seemed to not even notice them.

Three bears. Average health 1200. Strength has to be over 250. Vitality is 300. Game doesn’t understand that seeing stamina is the same as seeing vitality.
I could view anything up to level 3375 with my inspect skill. That only works if the stats are only up to 4 times higher than mine though. If the level is higher, or the skill exceeds mine by more than 4 times, I can’t see it.
Shouldn’t be too hard to deal with these guys.
The area near my city was cleared of trees and unnecessary obstacles. I was modeling it similar to Rand.
There were many ways I could do this. I chose the one that seemed the most fun.
“Eli, Golem, I want you both to use your abilities. Golem coat the inner tips of my staff blades. Eli coat my armor.”
A brown and a silver shadow burst forth from my chest. One went into my staff, the other covered me.
I flexed my muscles, testing the new armor. The new armor bonus was exactly equal to two times my current armor.
I hadn’t been able to apply any runes to my weapon or armor, but I was confident in my ability to at least escape if things got bad.
Alright Moro, let’s try out our new abilities shall we?
Using the wind mana constantly swirling at me, a forced myself to fall, fall directly towards the bears that is.
I landed just outside of the range of the bears. Using earth and wind mana I created a small dust cloud, and a crater with myself as the center.
As the dust settled I was exposed. I was on kneeling on my left knee, with my right fist on the ground. In my left hand I was wielding my staff, horizontal to the ground.
Ok I just wanted to look cool, it didn’t actually need all of the theatrics.
The bears were stunned for a moment as the dust cleared. After noticing me though, covered in my earthen armor, one of them stopped attacking the wall, and began to maul me.
Each of the moves by the bear was easily predictable by my inspect skill. Since I had studied bears before, this one wasn’t that hard to figure out. It’s attacks were a bit more sporadic, but followed much the same pattern.
Each of the bear’s attacks were easy to guide away from my body using my staff. Each swipe of the bear claw was deflected harmlessly to the side. I wouldn’t even need the armor at this rate.
Seeing as the other bears were not going to pay any attention to my fight, I chose to throw a few attacks out myself.
The bear attacked with its left paw, swiping down to the right to claw at my face and chest. I guided the attack further right than the bear wanted. It roared in fury. None of its attacks were getting through.
After the deft deflection, I counter attacked. Using the spear-tip hidden in my staff, I slashed out at the bear. The bear seemed to want to grab the staff. Well it succeeded, but in grabbing it, the bear was stabbed.
The metal tip, coated in Golem’s mana, was quite powerful. The bear tried to use its paw to grab on to the staff, but a spear-tip met it instead. Its health dropped down a bit due to the attack.
The bear roared in pain, capturing the attention of the other two bears. “Chill guys, I just want to test myself out against you. Geez.”
I threw out two of the bombs I got from Susan. Strange markings covered the surface of both. They glowed with a strange light. On each was a small, almost imperceptible object. The object was likewise covered in symbols.
Of course the markings were the work of my runic formation.
The bears began running at me. Before they could even move more than a few steps, the two bombs made a perfect arc landing at their feet.
The bombs exploded as soon as they touched the ground. The runes on each began to glow more brightly. As soon as the explosion seemed to be at maximum, the runes activated. The shrapnel of the bombs, instead of flying out, became stationary.
They seemed to stop the explosion from moving further outward. Instead the explosion, and the metal pieces, began to be sucked back towards the impact area. The runes on the bombs only stopped the explosion. The suction force came from the small object.
The object was buried in the ground thanks to the explosion. It seemed to be hungrily devouring the flames. Suddenly vines began to spring from the ground.
The object was a seed! The vines, quickly ensnared the closest bear. Only one bear was ensnared? Not likely. The second bomb was identical to the first.
Both bears were completely surrounded by thick, hungry vines. Although they struggled, they could do nothing to get out of the vines. The vines quickly wound themselves around each paw, then leg, then the bodies, finally stopping after completely surrounding everything but the mouth.
The plants were called ‘Forest Trap’. Similar to a Venus Fly Trap, they trapped prey and slowly digested them.
The runes and enchantments on the bombs basically just stopped the explosion from exceeding a certain area using wind mana.
The seed had runes on it as well. The runes allowed the plant to absorb fire mana and directly use it to grow. That was what I did with the time I had between summoning Eli and Moro.
Of course this was only a test run on them. They were far from perfected. For instance, the explosion wasn’t supposed to be seen at all. That cost the vines a lot of energy.
The vines weren’t nearly as numerous or thick as they should have been given the amount of fire mana the absorbed. Not to mention the vines still had the odd habit of allowing the prey to breathe and live while it digested them.
So the runes on both needed to be fixed. I still had eight of the prototype bombs left though. While the bombs arced through the air, and consequentially exploded, I was left to fend against the bear.
After piercing its paw, I allowed one attack to graze my earthen armor. The armor began to reform almost as soon as the claw completely left it.
The poor thing can’t even make it past the earth armor?
I stole a glance at the two trapped bears. Although completely surrounded by the vines, they were beginning to break through. The vines were only meant to attack creatures like rabbits and mice.
The forced growth couldn’t cope with monsters as strong as bears. The only reason they were even big enough to temporarily capture the bears was the large amount of fire mana they absorbed from the bombs.
I had to quickly finish the bear I was fighting. Three against one was not a fight I wanted to be in, at least not if I was not part of the three.
I used the ability I had gained from Undine, and covered myself in needles. Each needle could suck up blood and mana. By using the power of the seed, each spike was even covered in a mind destroying poison.
I threw a punch at the bear. The bear I was fighting seemed delighted that its prey would be so stupid as to attack with only a fist.
The bear took its giant paw, and swatted the punch away. My punch wasn’t supposed to hit the thing in anywhere it would take damage anyway. As soon as the powerful paw met my fist, I was thrown to the side. Like a performance, I cartwheeled in the air before hitting the ground.
The bear didn’t fare so well. As soon as one of the needles met resistance it automatically began to suck away blood and mana from the bear. The small spike only grazed the bear’s skin, but that was enough for my purpose.
A tiny bit of the bear’s blood and mana were exchanged for a tiny bit of my poison. The poison was far more potent than the blood and mana, but I didn’t mind the exchange. Aren’t I nice?
I looked at the bear in pity. The poison was far more effective than I had thought it would be. The bear was laying on its side, tongue hanging out seemingly in pain.
Just a few drops of the poison did this?
I saw a flashing icon in the top right corner of my vision. I ignored it for now.
I went up to the bear and drank in its blood. The blood was saturated with the poison. Luckily it didn’t effect me at all. Within seconds I had absorbed all of the bear’s mana, and a large chunk of its Hp.
The other bears were almost out of the vines. I took a few extra seconds of drinking the bear’s blood, then got into a fighting stance.
I shot a blot of darkness/fire mana at the bear. The hellfire began to consume the still zonked out bear. Poor bastard is going to die while in la la land.
The dark flames slowly began to spread across its body, eager for the feast. The dark flames continuously took my mana to keep alive, but I had enough to spare. The body of one bear wasn’t enough to empty it out.
The other two bears finally managed to break through the vines. Parts of their fur were melted from the digestive fluids of the vines.
The bears were breathing heavily, and seemed angry for some reason. “Well come on. If you are going to attack get to it.” I taunted with a smile.
Both bears rushed me. Like a bull fighter I waited for the last second to dodge past both of them. “Guys… you really need to work on coordination.”
Again they charged me. This time, instead of dodging, I ran towards them. Just before we collided I jumped. I threw two bombs in front of them as I passed over them. Without being able to stop they were caught in the explosions.
Vines sprang up from the ground. The vines quickly surrounded the bears. Again they were trapped. Hm, these vines really do need some work.
I thought that, but there was only so much I could do. These specific vines only produced two seeds. One when they became fully grown, and one upon death.
I my fairies plant the seeds inside my castle. The plants didn’t get too much attention though. I just hadn’t had the time to do it.
I began to absorb all of the water mana from the bear on the right. Absorbing mana from other’s mana pool wasn’t impossible, just really hard. I decided to play with it a bit. I had gotten the ability when I fought the slime, but didn’t really pay much attention to it at the time.
During my time creating the town I had thoroughly gone over my skills and abilities.
My control wasn’t amazing though. I did absorb the water mana from the bear, dehydrating it in the process, but I also took it from the vines that entangled it. It was much easier for it to get out of the little trap this time.
While the other bear was still struggling to free itself, the bear that just freed itself attacked me by trying to bite at me.
With the combat bonus of my inspect skill, I was easily able to see the exact trajectory of the mouth, and even had enough time to summon up a large rock just as the bear’s mouth clasped shut. It seemed surprised I was able to see and evade its attack, but even more surprised by the pain of trying to munch on a solid piece of stone.
Seeing that the other bear was going to free itself soon, I decided to end the one in front of me.
I unsheathed the two swords kept in my staff. Using a combination of wind and fire mana, I forcefully enhanced the attack I was about to unleash. With Golem already enhancing the piercing power, all I had to do was make sure the attack was powerful.
One of my swords was instantly coated in flames. The wind mana condensed the flames to just above the metal parts of the sword. Almost no flame actually flickered off of them. The intense heat was further amplified by the small amount of space it was given to disperse.
I ran at the free bear, even as the bear ran at me again. In less than a second the maw of the bear met with my sword.
With my inspect, and innate control of fire and wind mana, I managed to condense it to only the parts of the sword that would actually come in contact with the bear’s mouth. The searing heat rose yet again.
As the sword with enhanced piercing power, and extremely concentrated flames, met with the mouth of the bear… Well it sliced through the bear like a hot knife through butter.
The lower jaw of the bear fell to the ground. The flames happy to finally be released from the confinement of the wind mana, danced on the piece of flesh and bone.
The sword didn’t stop at the jaw though. No, it continued to pass for about a tenth of the total length of the bear.
When I felt the sword start to slow down beyond what I wanted, I pulled it hard enough to break it free of the bear’s body.
Needless to say the bear fell to the ground, dead. The final bear finally managed to kill the vines and extract itself. It looked around in anger. The first bear had been fully burnt to the ground.
Although it had cost a bit of mana it was a cool effect.
The second bear literally had almost been sliced in two. I wiped my blade on the pelt of my victim.
“Just you buddy. So how’s this going to go down?” The bear had the nerve to attack my city. I had to make an example of it to show the other critters of the forest not to mess with me.
Instead of attacking me head on like I thought it would, the bear turned around.
It promptly initiated that age old saying. ‘We must fight to run away, so we may fight another day!’
I stared for a second, debating if I should kill the thing or let it live. I decided to let it live. I had gotten the info I wanted, and it would help spread the word of the defense to any other bear monsters if nothing else.
I knew letting it go would probably bring trouble, but trouble on the level of a few monstrous bears wasn’t much. If things got too bad I always had my ‘last resort’.
I drew the water out of all of the vines, and took the seeds. I didn’t want anyone else getting their hands on the seeds if I could help it. I got a total of eight seeds.
I flew back into the city amongst cheers from the crowd of guards on the wall that had seen my battle. I nodded to them. Showing appreciation in that situation was the best move. Completely ignoring those that defend your city is never a good idea.
Well that was a bit anti climactic.
I had honestly thought the fight would be a bit more,… I don’t know, tough. I went back to my castle, accompanied only by my disappointment.
When I got back to the castle on the mountain, I checked my notifications.
You have used poison generated from the Tree of Timeless Life. You must absorb 100 points of nature mana, 50 points of darkness mana, and 40 points of water mana, to restore the lost poison.
That first notice kind of threw me for a loop. I didn’t know I would have to recharge the damn poison! At least I easily had more mana of each type than that. The problem was that I only used a few drops of the poison.
If I fought something that had poison resist I’d have to use a lot more. I couldn’t even imagine the amount of total mana it would cost to fully regenerate 100% of the poison I could make. (Actually my computing skill told me it would take 8.5 million total mana!)
The second notice I got was that I got a level up. I thought for a few minutes, and stuffed the entire 7 points into wisdom, increasing my mana regen by 1.4 points per second.
I could enchant one bomb with runes for about 250 mana. I could regen 40 mana per second if I didn’t eat anything. So that was about 4 seconds per bomb. What would happen if my mana regen was so insane that I could just constantly enchant things?
I had Eli and Golem detach, and recharge their mana. I extracted seeds from most of the plants, as they were almost all fully grown. Afterwards I had Eli, Moro, Tear, and Sol go about planting and enhancing the vine plants. I needed the vines to be more powerful if they were going to be able to hold down something as large as a bear.
After four generations, which grew in only a few hours with the help of my inscriptions, I had enough seeds to begin really experimenting.
In the course of only two days my fairies and I went through several dozen generations of the vines. Only the ones with the most resistance to creatures freeing themselves were allowed to reproduce. The rest were harvested so I could try making potions out of the seeds.
When I was satisfied, we went on to my next project. Those same four fairies continued to increase the potency of the healing field in the palace and inner arc section. The total power of the healing field was basically impossible to increase, but they could increase the effective area the cloud extended to.
This content has been unlawfully taken from Royal Road; report any instances of this story if found elsewhere.
The only part of my power I didn’t really need to train was the inscriptions. They were directly based off of True Elven. Since I had been taught the entire alphabet, as well as all of the words Ancestor knew, I could basically make any enchantment my skill allowed. The most complicated inscription I could make was definitely on the vine bombs.
The inscription was basically a small paragraph of instructions. The bomb would explode like usual, but then the metal would start to push the fire mana back by using a fusion of fire and wind mana. It was a complicated thing.
I decided to use some inscriptions on my staff. Basically I just used the worlds: Empower, Metal, Mana. The intent while writing the inscriptions was just as important as the actually inscription. Just like manipulating mana.
Basically any metal mana cast on the metal parts of the staff/sword, would grow even more powerful. So when Golem coated it, the effect would be more noticeable.
While messing with the inscriptions I was sitting in a small room hollowed out of the mountain. This room had two different metal mana veins protruding. It was to help my metal mana purity rise.
Most of my time for those few days was spent carving the vine seeds. SparrowHawk was the one that ferried the seeds back and forth between the fairies and me.
I did continued to increase my metal mana purity though. I also meditated to force the purity higher when I had the chance. After the few days spent sitting in the room my metal mana purity had gone up to 10!
Susan and Evan had made me literally hundreds of bombs to work with. For most of them I put the same explosive runes, but I did experiment on some. The results were mostly failures. Almost 100% failed. I did get some interesting ones, but none were truly useful.
Although the ice bomb was funny. The metal of the bomb actually absorbed fire mana and sent out frozen water mana, ice. A large star of ice was created when the bomb struck the ground.
With my metal mana finally at 10% purity I decided to start another project. In a room next to the one with the iron ore, I began to draw a circle. The circle was covered in runes on top and bottom of the line. There were four obvious sections of the inscriptions.
The outer layer was the second most complex, and obviously was the largest. The second layer was a square. Again, on both sides of the line used to draw the shape were various symbols. Inside the square was a triangle with the same. Finally the innermost section was another circle.
The innermost circle had the most complex set of runes. Although they were by no means the most complex I could think of, they were the best my skill would let me do.
I could use just about any words I knew in True Elven, but I could only use the grammar of a middle schooler. Otherwise the entire spell would explode. Something I found out working with the many bombs I had gained.
The room I chose was the lowest room in the castle. It was also the closest to the center of the mountain. I put it there in case I got lucky enough for this mountain to be a volcano. Then I’d be able to get as much fire mana as I could handle.
The outer inscriptions drew fire mana towards the ritual spot. The square did an automatic purification. I was hoping that using purified mana to increase my mana purity would help me out. The triangle amplified the pure fire mana, and sent it back to the square if the inner circle didn’t activate.
The inner circle only activated while I was in the center. It was keyed to me specifically. No one else would get anything out of this place.
The inner circle basically worked as a pump. It forced all of the fire mana it came in contact with to shoot at the person (me) in the center. The amount of fire mana purification I could do while consciously or subconsciously would (hopefully) be increased exponentially.
It took me an entire day to actually finish all of the runes required for the ritual spot. If I messed up even slightly on even one rune, the entire inscription would fail. After double, triple, and quadruple checking each rune, I was finally satisfied with it.
I sat in the middle and began to infuse the entire thing with mana. After a minute or so I began to notice the effects of the circle.
It was hot! Like literally burning up! My body involuntarily tried to jump out of the circle, but I forced myself to stay seated. The fire mana pouring in was so pure it felt like I was actually on fire. After closing my eyes, and concentrating everything I had on absorbing the pure fire mana, I noticed almost instant results.
In less than five minutes my fire mana purity increased from 5 to 6. In ten more minutes it increased to 7. Fifteen minutes was all I could stand.
During the process my skin slowly took on a reddish hue. My face was flush, parts of my body even began to turn black from being charred. The purity of the man was really high!
As my body slowly became red while meditating, I noticed the impure fire mana being drawn in by the triangle, and sent into the square for purification. Even my own impure fire mana is used to fuel the spell. I didn’t see that coming.
One of the most fun parts of using new skills was when unexpected, but good, things happened as a result. Like reusing impure mana to create more pure mana.
As I sat in the middle of the inscriptions the heat began to grow worse and worse. It was like being cooked alive. Although I had pretty good resistance to pain and mana, it was too much.
I had to have two days of cooling off in an ice-bath I created, just to see the swelling and burnt bits of my body return to normal. Though it was a great way for training my purity, it was a little excessive. I would have set some sort of failsafe in place, else I might actually be cooked alive.
Maybe something like a defuser. To make the purified fire mana dilute in the air inside the middle circle. That way it had the same purity, it was just less of the fire mana. That would probably work out.
After cooling myself down for quite some time, I decided to at least create similar inscriptions for the other mana types. I created the other seven magical arrays in the same day. After I had made sure of my work with the fire, inspect was able to accurately assess the capabilities of each of the other runic arrays.
Getting purity up by 2 in only 15 minutes is seriously not something to laugh at. At the very least I was readying myself to experience the pain if I found no other way to work with it.
My total mana, including the mana boost from my 7% pure mana, was 5,350.8 points. That was a huge amount considering someone would have to have 535 int to compete. That was still a far cry from the 30,870 I would have once I reached 100% pure mana.
Just imagining having that much pure mana gave me enough drive to sit in the fire mana chamber for another fifteen minutes. That fifteen minutes increased my total effective mana to 5625.2 points. Instead of just sitting in a chilling bath, this time I went into the water array.
As soon as I had finished pumping in the required 500 mana to start the array, I was assaulted by freezing cold water. The chilling bite of the water was in stark contrast to the heated tearing of my skin thanks to the fire array.
After sitting in the water purifying array for an hour and a half, my water purity went from 75, to 76. After that, I felt it was ok to take another dip in the flame array.
This continued for a while. Days in fact. When I was done cooling off in the water array I’d go into the fire array until I couldn’t stand it anymore. My total fire mana purity went to 15, but the water mana purity only got to 79.
Since light, metal, and darkness purities were all at 10, they were now my lowest ones. But after those four extra days, I just didn’t have the willpower to actually step into another array. Every time I thought of it I cringed on the inside.
On the plus side, when my fire purity got to 15, the fire goddess Salamander increased my affinity to fire by 10%.
So in just over a week, with a lot of pain added in, I had increased my total useable mana to 6174. 180% of my actually mana.
I decided to pop into my dungeon to see how things were going. Before going in I made sure that I had a few potions to stop poison effects. I had dozens, and could make like six in a day if I really tried.
The dungeon corridors, were slim. They were just large enough for two people to walk abreast. Although the monsters and traps didn’t effect me, I noticed there were a lot of them. The monsters mostly mulled about. The traps didn’t seem to affect them either.
The tunnels connected to each other in an immensely elaborate maze. Since I was the Dungeon Master, I could mentally see the layout of the dungeon.
The besties in the dungeon looked grotesque. The giant rat monsters had huge front teeth, big red eyes, boney legs, as if it were starving, a fat belly as if it had eaten a small child. Boils covered the rats, and wounds seemed to fester with mold.
The were disgusting to look at. These were ‘Chaos Rats’. They had the full ability to use any mana type, but had no minds of their own. None of the monsters in my dungeon did. They were fully controlled by my mother. Well Chao had proxy control over them.
They had basic motor skills, but they could only follow orders. They had nothing resembling free will.
All of the monsters had undergone mutations. Even the necromancer girl, now a Chaos Bringer, had physical changes. She was much larger, about 8 feet tall, and literally had a third eye.
When I got to the boss room, which is why I brought the potions, I talked with Chao. Chao was as imposing as ever. His body looked like he was a professional body builder. His multi colored hair was only obscured because there was no light. I could only see thanks to my own small light source I summoned.
The boss room was much the same, but had the poison plants taking up every inch of space on the walls, floor, and ceiling. Without a resistance to the poison, one would lose their life in less than 2 minutes. That’s a pretty short time limit for killing a boss that can fucking teleport.
Remember: Monsters are just animals possessed by demons. Demons were directly under the control of Davros. Monsters inhabited dungeons. Dungeons were the creation of Chaotic Lifeforms. It only made sense that Davros had a direct connection to the Chaotic Lifeforms.
According to Chao, the Elder Gods were traitors to their own kind. They were part of a group of a few hundred (A small amount given the vast numbers of Chaotic Lifeforms) that had sided with the other figure.
Chao believed that the dungeons were given to Davros to control. Davros was a traitor to the Chaotic Lifeforms.
Once Chao learned of my decision to conquer this planet, he took every opportunity to make sure I knew I’d have to destroy the Elder Gods first.
I had the blood of all of the Elder Gods, but Ancestor didn’t want me to use them until my mana purities all reached 100. Allegedly that would bring about the best results. Given the power of the blood drops, I had to concede.
Anything that brought out more power from something as powerful as the blood of a god would be worth taking into consideration.
Deciding that I was going to go through the test the True Elves made, I asked Ancestor about it.
“The test is separated into different categories.” Ancestor explained. “There is melee fighters, mana fighters, and researchers. The melee fighters focus on magic that will enhance their natural bodies, much like you do. Usually they fight with the most powerful forces of the battlefield.
“The mana fighters focus solely on using mana to help the melee fighters. Usually they are tasked with destroying large amounts of weaker opponents. That way the melee fighters can take on the powerful enemies.
“Finally the researchers do exactly what you would think. They research the best ways to use mana, and new ways that have not been used before.
“Each test is dependent on which path you choose. You can choose more than one path, but no one has been able to ever past two paths at once. Once you have passed a path test, you cannot take it again. If you fail you only get one more chance before the choice is taken from you.”
I didn’t know which path I might want to test for. They all sounded interesting. Especially the researcher path. Ancestor never helped me with my research. It seems as though all of Ancestor’s useful knowledge was locked away for some reason.
Getting back to Chao. I agreed to kill the elder gods, but only under one condition.
He looked at me skeptically. “Name it. I don’t have much power outside of the dungeon you own, but I’ll provide anything I can to get back at those traitorous bastards.”
I explained what I wanted.
“To start off with I want you to explain this.” I pulled off the belt I had been given as a goodbye present. (See chapter 35). “This thing is enchanted with a ‘gravity mana stone’. I know mana stones have the power to use unique spells other than earth, but I want to know how this thing works. How does it give the extra space? Why doesn’t it increase the weight of the belt?”
The small purple stone was basically invisible unless one had it unequipped and looked at the perfect angle.
After staring at it for several minutes Chao sighed. “I’d love to,… but I can’t.”
It wasn’t that bad of a deal for him. I didn’t understand why he would refuse. “Why not?” A little anger crept into my voice.
He sneered for a fraction of a second, before gathering himself again.
“It’s a rule. A promise if you will. When the being that destroyed us was, in fact, destroying us, we sealed off many powers.”
He shook his head. “It’s not that I don’t want to. I DO! But I can’t.”
Apparently the war with being had caused the Chaotic Lifeforms to begin to seal up different mana types one after the other. Chao didn’t know how many they managed to seal, but it was impossible to use those mana types after that.
The only exception was the tiny amount of residual mana types left in the world from the war. Pockets of the unique mana types survived in the world, but they were scarce. This gravity mana stone was one such case.
It became impossible to for anyone to use those types of mana. Only the Council could bring them back. The council were the 5 most powerful beings of the Chaotic Lifeform race. The queen was number one of course. The other four were very close in power to her, but followed her.
I had so much to do if I wanted to actually rule this game with an iron (mana) fist. The first step was to level up though. With that I had a brilliant idea.
I left the dungeon as my smile grew wider.
There was one sure fire way to raise levels quickly. A gladiator tournament!
