Elderwinn, the Academy of Sorcery, has existed for thousands of years since humanity from Mundi magicae was able to use magic for their own personal gain. The school was built to help the people of Mundi Magicae learn how to harness the mana inside their bodies so that they wouldn't be a danger to the people around them.
As time passed by, the world has also evolved at the same time. Civilization thrived and grew until politics were involved.
Elderwinn Academy ended up being caught in the process, causing there to be friction between students from a noble family and students from the commoner class.
Because of the conflicts caused by the students and their families, a meeting was held with members of faculties from the school. In order to ensure these meetings were held in secret, a room was created for this sole purpose to ensure that whatever was mentioned in this room would be forever held as a secret. Only the headmaster of the academy will have access to this when it is needed, and only he is able to choose who is allowed to enter the room.
Those involved in the meetings in the room are physically not able to speak about the events happening in the room.
Currently, in this era, Matthew Adhira is the headmaster of Elderwinn Academy, and by his authority, the Room of Silence will once again be used.

In the middle of a certain room, Vone was strapped against a chair with chains attached to his limbs.
For he is a creature unknown to the people of Munid Magicae, his captors took extra precautions, making sure he would not be able to move at all.
His head was screaming in pain while the visions in his eyes were seeing double. Every time he tried focusing his sight on a specific object, his migraine returns practically, making it impossible for him to know who is in front of him.
The red robes, along with the very blurry image of what appears to be an old man, was the only thing he could make out.
"Are you awake? Mr Vampire?"
Vone growled angrily, replying:
"Watch your tongue boy. I may look young, but I have lived long enough to be able to watch you go through puberty 3 times."
"Hoh... To be spoken to like a kid at my age is rather strange." Matthew Adhira chuckled a little upon hearing Vone's remark.
"But I want to know something else."
Matthew's tone changed drastically as he stood up and made his way to stand directly in front of Vone.
His usual calm and warm personality disappeared while his tone changed to that of cold and serious.
Grabbing Vone by his long, wavy hair, he yanked it hard, revealing his face as Matthew stared down in his eyes and asked in a very harsh tone.
"Why did your kind choose to attack my school?"
"!!"
The tale has been illicitly lifted; should you spot it on Amazon, report the violation.
Vone was surprised by the sudden change in personality and tried anything to get his head away from the man's gaze, but it was futile. He couldn't move a budge.
Instead, it felt as if the air around him had a gripped on his neck and was choking him. His vision starts to clear up as Matthew Adhira's face appears in front of him.
"Ackgh?!"
"Now. Best of you to tell me what your intentions are or else."
"???"
Vone froze up. He was choking yet at the same time he was able to speak at the same time. With the air slowly escaping his body, he finally spoke out.
"Ack... I... Have no... idea what are... you talking about."
"LIES!"
From within the room, silver hair illuminates under the dim light of the room as the owner of the hair walks forward angrily.
With a broken arm, she grabbed Vone by his collar and yanked it forward.
Bam!
Grace lifts her broken arm that was cast and slammed if straight on the ground, brutally beating Vone, who was still held on by his chains.
"How dare you... and your kind lay your filthy hands on the princess..."
Bam. Bam. Bam.
Soon, the white cast that was used to wrap Grace's broken was covered with blood as cracks started forming while her fist was bruised and cut from repeatedly smashing her fist into Vone's face.
The scene turned bloody as Vone's blood, along with Grace's blood, was splattered across the floor.
The pounding continued, and soon, the rest of the audience that were in the Room of Silence emerged out from the shadow to stop Grace from destroying her arms any further.
*Huff*
*Huff*
"If it hadn't been for the sake of interrogating you... *Huff*... I would have personally slayed each and every one of your kind for just breathing."
Grace spoke harshly while gasping for air to catch her breath. She wiped the blood on her face with her arm, only for it to be smeared across her cheeks.
Vone who was beaten to a bloody pulp spitted out the blood in his mouth aside and smiled. This was accompanied by the sound of a small object dropping on the floor with a sharp and unsettling clatter. The noise echoed throughout the room as all eyes were on the object that was on the floor. It was a teeth.
"I... have no idea what on earth you are talking about, child. But know this. I will hunt you down."
As Vone warns Grace, Headmaster Adhira once again approached Vone.
"Ready to talk now."
"Like I said. I have no idea what you are talking about."
The room kept silent. Nobody asked anything.
There was an unspoken rule in the Room of Silence where a spell will be automatically placed in effect on everyone no matter how strong they are.
The effects are: None shall be able to lie.
And this was an absolute truth that the guest of the Room of Silent knew when they took the first step here.
Which could only mean one thing.
Vone was not lying.
"I will retract that question and ask you another."
Headmaster Adhira spoke calmly and clearly to Vone.
"Are there different factions in your vampirism nobility?"
Seeing how he was outnumbered, Vone attempted to lie and hide the information, not knowing the Room of Silence's effect had placed its effect on him.
"We are all united under the leadership and guidance of the Purebloods...?!"
Vone shocked by the information he disclosed immediately shut his mouth.
Headmaster Adhira, on the other hand, had his eyes wide open and grabbed Vone by his shoulders.
"Who is your one true ruler?"
Vone tried his best to keep his mouth shut, but with the effect of the room active, his mouth replied immediately.
"... The Progenitor of all vampires."
Vone cowered in fear at the mere mention of this being.
"What happened to him?"
"Nobody knows. He went mad, trying to destroy everything but disappeared into thin air according to our history."
Headmaster Adhira stared at Vone, but his vision appeared to have his sight on somewhere else.
With a flick of his finger, a book spawned in the middle of nowhere, where a specific page of the book has been opened.
"What is the name of your lord?" Headmaster Adhira asked anxiously, awaiting the vampire's reply.
Although he was physically weak, Vone's mind has been awake for a long time. Using every ounce of his willpower, he forced himself to keep his mouth shut so as to never mention that name ever again.
Yet the effects of the spell were too strong for him to resist, and ultimately, he was forced to reveal the name.
Silence hung in the air, only for it to be broken by Vone's breathing. It was taboo for his race to ever mention this name due to the atrocity he committed. He took a long time stalling before finally succumbing to the spell's effect.
"Lord Vas___"
"Say it again clearly." Headmaster Adhira warned, placing his wand directly under Vone's neck.
A burning sensation starts heating up at the area where the wand touches as the temperature starts rising. It was a clear warning given by the old man.
"Lord... Vasilius."
Headmaster Adhira removed his wand and turned his back. There were only 2 words that exited his mouth.
"Oh no."
The book where he summoned flipped to a certain page as the chapters title reads a familiar word:
Vasilius, The Blood King.
