" Marauder's Map? Lin Yue, what do you want to use it for?"
Harry looked at Lin Yue in confusion; she wasn't someone who would break school rules.
"Sirius Black just came through here, and his name might still be visible on the map."
Lin Yue explained quietly and succinctly, her face showing no expression. Harry immediately understood and rushed back to his bed in a few quick steps, pulling out the Marauder's Map.
Lin Yue and Hermione quickly gathered around, while Ron forced himself to calm down and got out of bed to join his three friends.
"I solemnly swear that I am up to no good."
Pointing his wand at the Marauder's Map, Harry said seriously.
Intricate lines of ink appeared on the parchment, along with countless names.
With the Gryffindor common room as the center, Lin Yue quickly spotted Professor McGonagall, who was getting closer to the Gryffindor common room.
Sirius Black had already left for a while, and his Animagus form was a large black dog, which moved at a considerable speed.
Thoughts raced through her mind, and Lin Yue immediately abandoned the search nearby, opting instead to look at the entrance hall of Hogwarts Castle and the front door.
Sure enough, at a distance outside the front door, she saw the name Sirius Black.
"Over here."
Lin Yue pointed at his name, her voice incredibly flat, as if she had found not a wanted criminal, but just an ordinary student.
“It really is him. Can we go catch him?”
Looking at the name of Sirius Black, Harry's breathing became noticeably rapid. The truth about his parents' death was at stake, and he was practically itching to catch Black and ask him for answers.
However, he also understood that he couldn't catch Black on his own.
He couldn't put his friends in danger either, so he first asked Lin Yue.
She was the most thoughtful and the most powerful among the four of them.
Lin Yue watched the name moving quickly on the Marauder's Map, almost instantly deducing its trajectory and destination in her mind.
Heading towards the Forbidden Forest, with the specific target location unknown.
Estimated to enter the Forbidden Forest in about two minutes.
“You can't.”
Lin Yue looked up, her dark, bright eyes scanning Hermione, Harry, and Ron.
“You want to go alone? How can we let you…”
Harry instinctively wanted to argue, unable to let his friend face danger alone; it was something he simply could not do.
“Harry,” Hermione gently shook her head while holding his shoulder, “If there was any uncertainty, Lin Yue wouldn’t be so sure.”
Time was of the essence now; there was no time for them to be polite to each other.
“Be careful, put on my shoes.”
Hermione nodded at Lin Yue, casually taking off her slippers and placing them in front of her.
“I will.”
Lin Yue slipped on Hermione's slippers, feeling the soft, plush texture even through her socks.
She walked to the window and opened it, instantly floating out.
The cold wind howled past her ears as Lin Yue quickly approached the Forbidden Forest. Under the moonlight, a large black dog running swiftly towards the Forbidden Forest was incredibly conspicuous.
“Sirius Black, stop running.”
Upon hearing Lin Yue's words, the large black dog paused its moving limbs for a moment, but then ran even faster.
With an indifferent expression, Lin Yue blinked and raised her hand towards the large black dog.
Considering the dog's agility, she directly cast the levitation spell centered on the large black dog, affecting a five-meter radius around it.
Dust, small stones, and everything except the ground itself began to float due to Lin Yue's spell, which naturally included the large black dog that was originally running at high speed.
“Woof woof woof…”
Feeling itself floating, the large black dog turned back and let out a low growl at Lin Yue, seemingly warning her.
“You can't resist, Mr. Black.”
Linyue's tone was completely flat, and she floated in mid-air like the large black dog, her eyes staring at it as if they were inorganic.
"But you don't need to be nervous; we have found some suspicious aspects of the case from back then."
"Right now, we just need to take you back and ask about the truth."
Of course, if the truth is that Sirius Black betrayed and sold Harry's parents out, he would definitely be sent back to Azkaban.
But if the truth is that Sirius Black did not sold Harry's parents out, then he should be released without charge.

Upon hearing Lin Yue's words, the large black dog that had transformed into Black quieted down a bit, and this reaction further confirmed Lin Yue's calculations in her mind.
She turned back in the direction they had come from, flying towards Hogwarts Castle with Sirius Black.
As they flew back through the window, Professor McGonagall had evidently already arrived in the dormitory.
At this moment, she was covering her chest with her right hand, looking at Hermione and the others with a face full of anger and anxiety.
"Miss Granger! Mr. Potter, Mr. Weasley, I can hardly believe how you dared to let Miss Lin Yue go after Black all by herself!"
"That is a vicious and powerful wizard!"
It was clear that she had selectively forgotten that Lin Yue had controlled two walls to crush a troll in her first year, had single-handedly defeated a basilisk in her second year, and had directly threatened the Minister of Magic this year.
To Professor McGonagall, all of these were things to overlook; Lin Yue was still a child, still a student, and she should be protected.
This had nothing to do with how strong she was; at such a critical moment, any responsible professor would choose to forget their students' abilities.
Because they knew very well that in such situations, they should stand in front of the students, not let the students face it alone.
"Professor McGonagall, I'm sorry for acting on my own and worrying you," Lin Yue said as soon as she landed, bowing deeply to Professor McGonagall. "But it was an emergency; if I hadn't gone in time, Sirius Black might have run into the Forbidden Forest."
"At that point, trying to catch him and determine the truth would be extremely difficult."
With a long sigh, Professor McGonagall stepped forward and lifted Lin Yue's lowered head.
"I won't blame you, Miss Lin Yue, but please don't take all the responsibility upon yourself. Even if you hadn't gone after Black today, we would have definitely caught him."
"You are still a child, a student; this is not something you should be doing, nor a responsibility you should bear."
She gently stroked Lin Yue's head, her soft demeanor leaving the Gryffindors dumbfounded, even the large black dog, Black, who was floating in the air, had a petrified expression.
"Sirius Black?"
Professor McGonagall subtly shielded Lin Yue and the other students behind her while raising her wand in a rather intimidating manner.
Hermione quickly stepped forward to pull Lin Yue back, looking at Professor McGonagall with uncertainty. At that moment, the coldness and anger radiating from McGonagall made even an outsider like her feel a chill.
"Professor McGonagall," Lin Yue's calm voice rang out at the right moment, "based on my analysis of the events from back then, I believe there are many illogical and questionable aspects. I suggest we question Sirius Black to ascertain the truth of what happened."
"We cannot wrongfully accuse an innocent person, nor can we let a guilty one go free."
Professor McGonagall pressed her lips together tightly and turned to look at Harry, who was standing behind her. If anyone here had the right to make this decision, it was him.
Meeting McGonagall's gaze, Harry took a deep breath. "Professor McGonagall, I agree with Lin Yue. I want to know the truth about how my parents were betrayed. Similarly... I believe my mom and dad wouldn’t want an innocent person to bear the burden of a crime for their entire life."
"You are a good boy, Potter..." Professor McGonagall's voice choked slightly, "You are the embodiment of James and Lily; you have inherited them well."
With a gentle wave of her wand, and without Lin Yue stopping her, McGonagall successfully placed the large black dog on the ground.
The large black dog did not attempt to run away but instead stared blankly at Harry with moist eyes, looking at this boy who bore an uncanny resemblance to his father.
He has grown up... this child has grown up, and two tears glimmered at the corners of the black dog's eyes.
McGonagall's wand remained pointed at the black dog, and her expression returned to its initial seriousness.
"Mr. Potter, Mr. Weasley, go fetch Professor Dumbledore. Miss Granger, Miss Lin Yue, go get Professor Snape and have him bring the Veritaserum."
"Okay."
The four named responded and quickly ran out of the dormitory, out of Gryffindor Tower.
As they made their way to Professor Snape's office, Hermione glanced at Lin Yue, slightly out of breath.
"Tonight, everything will come to a conclusion, right?"
"Yes." Lin Yue nodded with a calm expression, her chest rising and falling slightly.
"Whatever the truth is, tonight, there will be a conclusion."
Arriving at Professor Snape's door, Lin Yue raised her hand and gently knocked, "Professor Snape, I'm sorry to disturb you so late."
Not long after her words fell, the wooden door in front of her was suddenly opened.
Professor Snape, dressed in a black robe with a gloomy expression, looked down at Lin Yue and Hermione.
"I believe Miss Lin Yue and Miss Granger should know that Hogwarts has a curfew, especially considering the recent incident of Sirius Black invading Hogwarts Castle."
"You'd better give me a sufficiently reasonable explanation for why you disregarded the danger and came to me."
His voice was drawn out, yet he spoke quickly, making it clear that he was also worried that Lin Yue and Hermione had an urgent matter.
"We've captured Sirius Black."
Lin Yue spoke in an incredibly calm tone, which caused a momentary jolt in Professor Snape's eyes.
"He is currently being guarded by Professor McGonagall in the boys' dormitory of Gryffindor Tower. Based on my analysis, there may be doubts regarding the incident where he betrayed Harry's parents, so Professor McGonagall asked us to invite you to bring the Veritaserum."
Listening to Lin Yue's words, Professor Snape's breathing became rapid as if he wanted to say something, but upon seeing Lin Yue's expressionless face, he suddenly gave up.
He turned back and walked into his office, and when he came out, he was already holding a vial of potion.
"I hope my potion won't be wasted. Let's go, Miss Lin Yue, Miss Granger."
Professor Snape walked to the side front of Lin Yue and Hermione, keeping a watchful eye on the two of them while also cautiously observing the surroundings.
If Lin Yue's analysis was correct again, then the person who betrayed Lily and the others was not Black... which meant that Hogwarts Castle wouldn't be very safe now.
They returned to the dormitory without incident, and Principal Dumbledore was already there, watching the large black dog that Sirius Black had transformed into, alongside Professor McGonagall.
"Severus, I apologize for disturbing your rest at this late hour," Professor McGonagall said politely, nodding at Professor Snape.
Professor Snape shook his head vacantly, staring at the large black dog on the ground, lost in thought.
"Albus, shouldn't we let these children..." Professor McGonagall looked uncertainly at Principal Dumbledore, feeling that the upcoming matters should not be heard by the young wizards. This was not something they should worry about, and it could potentially frighten them.
Principal Dumbledore was deep in thought, and Harry looked like he was about to speak, but Lin Yue was quicker than them all.
"Professor McGonagall, I’m afraid we need everyone here."
All eyes in the room instantly turned to her.
Facing everyone's gaze, Lin Yue remained calm, her expression unchanged, revealing nothing.
"If the truth is not as the Ministry of Magic investigated back then, they will certainly not admit it."
"They might even accuse us of siding with Sirius Black, or say that we are crazy."
"So we need witnesses, enough witnesses."
"And," Lin Yue reached for a feather quill from someone’s desk nearby and transformed it into a camera, "a recorded, irrefutable piece of evidence."
Thinking of those people in the Ministry of Magic, especially Minister Fudge, even Professor Snape was somewhat speechless.
In the end, the three professors unanimously agreed to let all the young wizards from Gryffindor who had gathered there stay as witnesses, and they even called over the remaining young lions who had not yet arrived.
Professor McGonagall waved her wand at the big black dog, and in the next moment, the dog transformed into a ragged, disheveled, and emaciated man right in front of everyone.
"Sirius Black," Professor Snape wasted no time; he extended his hand to offer the Veritaserum, and couldn't help but add a jab, "Will you drink it yourself, or shall we force it down your throat, or do you think you don't need to drink it and will just confess?"
"I'll drink it myself."
Sirius replied in a hoarse voice, taking the Veritaserum and downing it in one gulp.
