“Join you guys?” Oliver asked, his face full of confusion. “For what exactly?”
“Oliver, how did your parents die?” Jin-Woo asked.
“They died in a car accident.” Oliver responded looking straight at Jin-Woo. “But what does this have to do with me joining you guys.”
“What would you do if you found out your parents were actually killed on someone’s orders?” Jin-Woo asked.
“Why are you asking this?” Oliver had a confused expression.
“Our parents died in a fire ten years ago. We thought the fire was just a terrible accident, but it wasn’t.” Jin-Woo answered bitterly. “Someone wanted our parents dead. That person then had someone start a fire and make sure our parents died there. We uncovered the truth two years ago.”
“That’s terrible!” Oliver could feel Jin-Woo’s and Yuri’s pain. “Why would someone do that?”
“Our father was the previous governor and after his death Xiao Li became the governor. Governor Li covered up what he had his men do to our parents, but Yuri during one of our missions discovered some documents that an ex-hitman had in his residence.”
“Then, that’s why Yuri, you got upset when Roger mentioned Governor Li.” Oliver said.
“That man cannot become the president! I won’t allow that to happen!” Yuri was holding back her anger. “We’ll make him pay!!”
“But that’s how this world works, Oliver. You have to do what it takes to obtain what you desire!” Jin-Woo said. “Oliver, join us in shaping this world into a better one. We’ll start by killing Xiao Li.”
“Are you crazy or what?” Oliver responded. “You won’t be able to even reach Xiao Li, he is always protected by powerful bodyguards. And what do you mean by shaping this world into a better one?”
“If it’s about power you don’t have to worry about it. All the Magical Energy I absorb, I can convert it into power, and I can even share it with others. I’ll continue absorbing more and in no time not even the military will be able to stop me!” Jin-Woo said with confidence. “After Xiao Li’s demise, we’ll take over the world and shape it into our ideals! Anyone that opposes us will be eliminated! We’ll unite the world under us!”
“Jin-Woo, Yuri! Stop this! If you continue down this path many innocent people will die!” Oliver yelled at the siblings. “You don’t sound like yourself!”
“I can do whatever I want with my power. This power has given me the right to change the world! The world is mine to do as I like!” Jin-Woo said confidently. “But don’t worry I’ll make sure no harm comes to you or anyone in Platoon 12. You guys are our friends!”

“You guys would be no different than Sukui! Please reconsider!!” Oliver pleaded as he got up from the chair. “Or I will have to restrain you here!”
“You can’t restrain me; your power is not enough! Maybe if it was me back from our mission in Muna!” Jin-Woo said before getting up. “Then, I’ll show you just how powerless you are against me! Yuri step back, I won't need your assistance in this fight.”
“Got it! Make sure to not injure Oliver, just show off your power!” Yuri said as she distanced herself from Oliver and Jin-Woo.
“I don’t want to hurt my friends, but I need to make you understand, Oliver!” Jin-Woo said. “You can’t stop us!”
Oliver glared at Jin-Woo and Jin-Woo mockingly smiled. Jin-Woo fired a Fireball at Oliver. Oliver blocked the Fireball and got hurt in the process. Some people began to notice the two friends fighting.
Damn it. If I dodge, the people in the mall might get hurt! Oliver thought as he ran towards Jin-Woo. I can’t risk using long range Magic.
Oliver gathered Magical Energy on his fists and when he reached Jin-Woo, he covered his fists with fire and began punching Jin-Woo. Jin-Woo countered each punch with his own while his fists were covered with ice. Jin-Woo grabbed Oliver and used Magic to enhance his strength and threw Oliver. Oliver crashed into a table. There were people around observing their fight, while others had run away in panic. Jin-Woo fired another Fireball at Oliver. Oliver closed his eyes and prepared himself for the attack to land. He could feel the heat of the Fireball getting closer, but then he heard someone land right in front of him and the heat of the Fireball had disappeared. When he opened his eyes, Oliver saw that Nicole had cut down the Fireball with an Ice Sword made with Ice Magic.
“WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU JIN-WOO!!?” Nicole was furious. “You were supposed to be Magicless, but that’s not the problem. Why are you attacking Oliver!?”
“Nicole, stay out of this! This is between my brother and Jin-Woo!” Yuri said. “Why don’t you just let the boys fight.”
“No, I won’t! This is affecting everyone in the mall!” Nicole stated, glaring at Yuri. “The police will be here soon!”
“It doesn’t matter, Yuri. Not even they can do anything against me!” Jin-Woo said with a mocking smile.
“Oliver what’s going on?” Nicole yelled.
“We must stop them! If we allow them to continue with their plan, they will cause irreparable damage!” Oliver answered as he got up.
“I understand! But why can’t I feel any Magic Power from him? He is using Magic, so he should have Magic Power.” Nicole began shaking.
“I don’t know, but my instincts are telling me to run away! Jin-Woo has become too dangerous!” Oliver glared at Jin-Woo, then looked at the people watching the fight. “EVERYONE, PLEASE GET OUT OF HERE!! THIS IS DANGEROUS! WE ARE WITH THE MILITARY WE’LL TAKE CARE OF THIS!!”
People began running away as the pressure coming from Jin-Woo kept increasing. Yuri enclosed Jin-Woo, Oliver, Nicole, and herself in a barrier.
“Now no one will have an opportunity to bother us!” Yuri said while hugging her Pia stuffed animal.
Jin-Woo started firing Fireballs at Nicole in rapid succession. Nicole started to slash at the Fireballs as fast she could. Oliver stepped to the side and charged up a Fireball. Oliver fired the Fireball and when it got close to Jin-Woo, Yuri blocked the Fireball with a barrier. Jin-Woo stopped firing Fireballs and looked at Oliver.
“You two can’t do anything against me and Yuri!” Jin-Woo said with confidence. “You better give up!”
“Jin-Woo, let’s go, we have to get our preparations in order!” Yuri said as she approached Jin-Woo.
“Yeah.” Jin-Woo responded. “We’ll see each soon enough! I hope you can think over my offer, Oliver! Nicole, tell the others that it was great working by their side!”
Jin-Woo grabbed Yuri’s hand. A dark shadow quickly covered the siblings. After the shadow disappeared, Jin-Woo and Yuri. There were no traces of where they could have gone.
“Jin-Woo, Yuri!” Oliver’s face was full of sadness.
“Oliver, you need to get medical attention. You got beaten pretty badly!” Nicole was concerned.
“Don’t worry, I’ll be …” Oliver began to feel weaker as the milliseconds passed and fell on the ground.
“OLIVER!!” Oliver heard Nicole call his name before losing consciousness.
