174. Thy Will Be Done

Umbra Star System, Kelumar Ancestral Planet, Nitarkar Umbra Sect

At balcony of a five-hundred meter tall ancient pagoda, two Rank VIII Kelum cultivators are standing a few feet behind a seemingly ordinary young Kelum citizen.

Unlike the two powerful cultivators whose muscular bodies are exposed and emanating with domineering auras, young Kelum looked like a peon stripped of his meridians. But despite looking vulnerable and weak, he only said three words to command the two to his bidding and treated them like slaves.

“You may go.”

“As you command, Ancestor.” The two simultaneously responded and disappeared without a trace.

The young Kelum cultivator’s name is Enkudar.

He is currently the Sect Leader of Nitarkar Umbra Sect. He is a Rank IX Divinity cultivator approaching the Peak Stage otherwise known as Severing Stage, and invisible wall that one must break before touching the gates of Immortality.

And the reason he looked ordinary is for him to understand the meaning of what needed to be severed and obtain the blessings of the Heaven and ascend to the Immortal World. To accomplish this, he must seal and restrict his powers.

On his hand is transparent pill the size of a thumb and at the center pill is tiny bluish hue indicating that the ingredients used to concoct the pill are variant ingredients for Replica Primordial Spirit Enlightenment Pill, a pill which when ingested by and 2ND Phase Dao Practitioner can help them solidify their Comprehension and break the barrier of 3RD Phase.

If that pill was on the hand of other races like humans or other species whose moral tendencies are easily swayed with greed, those pills should have already been swallowed by someone but not for Kelum Race.

The Kelum race is like other competitive and vicious cultivators but in the face of real treasures, they tend to step back and let the strongest of their kind decide. And this is exactly what happened to the two Elders who went to witness Clay’s abilities.

After helping Clay protect the Divinity Breakthrough Pills within a catastrophic hurricane whilst surrounded by a terrifying Fire Dao, they later made a deal with Clay to concoct Replica Primordial Spirit Enlightenment Pills. However, instead of keeping the pills for themselves, they chose to surrender it to the sect.

They could have had easily broken through to Rank IX Divinity and even improved their Dao Comprehension but their bloodline made them realize how unworthy they are of a flawless and Dao perfected pill.

*Sigh!

Enkudar exhaled slowly. They may have unfair advantages towards other races but Dao is still elusive even for superior beings like them, mysteriously elusive that taking another Enlightenment pill has no effect.

He still remembered when Flame Emperor Rimar came to visit their galaxy thousands of years ago. And it was because of his pill that he had finally reached the 3RD Phase of Dao.

This time, they are blessed with yet another Alchemist with godly talents who is probably better than Flame Emperor Rimar himself. As one of the prominent figures and protectors of Lutrania Galaxy, he was tempted to contact neighboring galaxies so they can fork out all the ingredient for a True Primordial Spirit Enlightenment Pill but having learned their lesson, he knew that once the pill is concocted, the pill itself will be a precursor to another galactic war that Immortals may even descend and intervene even if it’s just one pill.

Today, he summoned the two Elders again to recall the events that day. He already have everything there is no to know but he wanted to hear it one more time hoping he will change his mind.

It would have been easier if Clay had been discovered by another sect as he was certain that the entire circle of galactic protectors will be involved whether they will secretly contact other galaxies for ingredients of the True Primordial Spirit Enlightenment Pills.

But now, he has this ominous premonition that the moment he disclose the existence of a god-like Alchemist, that another event similar to Nosfera’s rampage will befall their galaxy. And this is the reason he is hesitant if he should let Clay stay.

As he watched the sun set, Enkudar felt an approaching figure from behind.

He is none other than Clay who just came out of seclusion after been heavily drained from concocting twelve sets of Replica Primordial Spirit Enlightenment Pills.

“Venturing into the Ukacha Ruins is easy but venturing out alive, I have yet to hear one …”

“May this senior fulfill his promise.” Clay slightly bowed and kowtowed with his fist as he interrupted Enkudar. He has no intentions of being disrespectful but he already had a conversation prior and the longer he delays his leave, the more he restless he feels.

There was silence that even the breeze would not make a sound as it passes. It was awkward but after a few seconds, Enkudar moved his hand.

*Ting

The sound of a coin broke the silence as Enkudar threw a rounded metallic talisman to which Clay caught with his right hand.

Clay on the other hand immediately injected his Qi into the talisman and did not say a word. He knew the coin is a teleportation item like the prism crystal he activated when he first met Vidri.

Seconds later, he was shrouded in an unknown energy causing him to disappear from his spot then reappeared on the moon base of the planet.

When Clay re-appeared, he was greeted with an elongated cigar shaped space ship spanning close to a kilometer. It is the very item he had wanted to procure once he obtained sufficient strength but due to his recent encounters, he had to prematurely acquire a ship and get to the bottom of what the Consciousness of the Universe wanted him to accomplish.

Clay flew towards the ship then landed when he was nearing the entrance but the moment he opened the door, Enkudar appeared not far behind him and stood with his hands on his back.

“Liom Chen, if you don’t know of him, he is a reincarnator from the Five Temples. Before he ascended to the Immortal World, he sent out massive fleets of cultivators into the Ukacha Ruins. Not one came out alive. I’ll ask you one more time. Stay and I will bestow an Elder position for you.” Enkudar released a sliver of his killing intent attempting to stop Clay.

Clay was calm and when he entered the ship, he turned around said, “This ship is a nice coffin. I will cherish it.”

*Tish

Clay touched a button the close the door and looked at Enkudar one last time. There are things he wanted to ask but he doing so may lead him to another route. Since everything is going smoothly has he expected, then he may as well just travel into the Ukacha ruins as fast as possible.

Whatever transpires next, he has a feeling he may actually live in peace without having the Consciousness of the Universe influencing his fate.

“Good luck, human.”

Clay was relieved when he heard Enkudar’s last message. He thought he will be dragged into a fight but like he predicted, no one shall stop him.

(Greetings, Captain. Would you like to baptize this ship?”

“Yes. It shall be called La Flaga II. And set your setting to human female voice. Your name shall be called Eris.”

(Acknowledge.) The mechanical voice suddenly changed.

“Calculate the safest telemetry towards Ukacha Ruins.”

(Captain, there are laws prohibiting …)

“Ignore all laws and do as I say. Inform me if someone has made a move or if you see patterns of any movements suggesting attacks towards the ship.”

(Command, acknowledged.)

Clay walked towards the main engine room. He needed to deposit and fill out all energy compartments with High Grade Divinity Crystals which were all produced by the Divine Level Spiritual Vein inside his spatial rings. For inter-star travels, Modified Spiritual Qi Crystals are more than enough but not for inter-galactic movements. Couple that with Dao Resonators and the latest models of weapons installed in the ship, he is confident he can destroy Divinity cultivators along his way, with one exception, Seraphim Magi’s.

“Eris, do you have information as to how the Five Temples of Ukacha were able to resist Nosfera Army?”

(Captain, information about Seraphim Magi’s are limited and your question can only be answered by citizens with Class V Authorization Access. These information can only be passed through word of mouth.)

Clay was not surprised and the first person that came to mind is Vidri.

“Initiate contact to Vidri of Lutrania Science High Council.”

(By-passing protocols. Initiating contact.)

Clay paused and waited. If the Consciousness of the Universe really wills him to travel to Ukacha ruins, then everything he has to know shall be answered. After a minute, there was a radio static noise before Vidri’s holographic image was formed in front of him.

“I did say I will become a regular researcher, right?”

“Yes, you did.”

“Therefore I’m unable to help let alone reveal classified information.”

“He he he”Clay left a soft laugh then continued, “I know. But in a few seconds, you will receive a call informing that you do.”

“Look, I don’t know what you’re up to but the next time you call, I will not ans…”

*Ringgg!!!!

*Ringgg!!!!

Clay did not comment and observed the puzzled look on Vidri’s face. He does not need to be a genius to know that the entire ship is being monitored by Enkudar. The communication was interrupted but after another minute, Vidri’s hologram appeared again.

“What do you want to know?” Vidri looked like his entire family had been kidnapped and is being blackmailed.

“The executioners from the Five Temples of Ukacha, what do they have in common?”

“Materialization Stage of Dao and Essence Flame. Do you have any more questions?”

“No I do not. May the goddess of luck be with us all.”

ZZZzzzzk!

Clay ignored the urgency in Vidri’s tone and ended the transmission and after install all High Grade Divinity Crystals, he stretched his neck then said, “Eris”

(Yes, Captain?)

“Ready for lift off. Our destination is Ukacha.”

(Aye, Captain)
