The team now found themselves within Veilstone City, also known as the city of stone. As they got of the portal, Pikachu shouted his own name repeatedly that this is actually his reality, and he was there with his trainer when the corruption started to happen in this world, as he immediately said that he's afraid, having his bad memories come back all of a sudden. Samus wanted to understand better why the Mouse is like this, along with the rest of the team. The Pokemon did not want to talk about what happened, only telling so in due time, but he did mention that some of his friends joined many evil organizations that exploit Pokemon. As that is the case, Pikachu wants to be hidden, as he said that Pokemon have been made illegal by anyone who is not a member of any of the evil organizations that took over, so then Samus decides to hide him in a pouch she had knitted a while back at the SCP Town before the raid. The team decides to walk across town, then Lupin III saw the slot machine arcade, and he immediately wanted to play on the machines, as does Terra, as she had those fond memories of Seltzer, until Ike pulled them away to tell them it’s likely a scam, as they are very likely to be run by Team Galactic for funding, and Pikachu said that winning was always slim, as he knew from the fact that his trainer has spent all their time there, and barely won any money. Everyone around them then looked when they heard the “Pika pika”, and Samus awkwardly said that she just said that because she likes the Pikachu species of Pokemon so much, as everyone else just kept to themselves. The Bounty Hunter told the Pokemon to keep quiet at the moment, as they don’t want attention from Team Galactic, as she states they almost got caught. As the team carried on, walking across the city, Link had went on ahead, as he would like to see if there is anywhere to get supplies.

Link would soon come to the whole team quickly only after a few minutes, as he stated that he found Team Galactic’s HQ, as he suggested that they might find more portal balls there, if the need would ever come. He brought all of them with him to the building, and it was huge. Pikachu decides that he should get out of the bag, and told them that Team Galactic had took over a portion of the Pokemon world that is Sinnoh, and shares it with the other villainous organizations who all rule their respective regions, like with Team Flare owning Kalos, who are now in cooperation with Galactic, and Team Rocket over Kanto and Johto. Samus decided that the Electric Mouse can be out of the bag, since they are going to infiltrate the HQ, so it won't matter if he's in the bag, as the evil team would just check the bags. He said that he had been inside while he was trying to escape to another world, so he suggested that he should be the one leading them, much like Lucas led them back at New Pork City. Samus realized that her friend never told them all about what happened to his world, and wondered if he how managed to come out, until Mega Man X reminded her that it takes time for one to open up about their trauma, so it will take a while. They bashed into the entrance right away, where the reception desk was there, and the Grunt in charge was shocked that the Pikachu they wanted now had 14 allies, so she alerted the alarm. Upon so, everyone ran through the facility, as then through the warp panels throughout, Link thought about splitting up again, until Deedlit suggests that it’s best if they all stick together this time around, as she senses with her spirits that there are more traps around. As they just battled against the Galactic Grunts, their Pokemon like Zubat and Koffing, along with Flare Grunts and the Subspace Goons who were all there. They went through the maze that the facility was in, and as they battled against the Pokemon that the Grunts from all the teams had sent out. Then they all made it to the nap room, where Homer noticed there was a T.V., so he decided to sit down, while Pikachu said that it’s not the time, along with the rest of the team, and Homer said that he hated the program anyway. Then the doors shut down the only way out is through an elevator, which only exists.

The team heard the “Prepare for Trouble” by a feminine voice, then the “Make it Double” followed through. It was the Team Rocket Trio, as Pikachu sighed once again with them making another appearance. Ike interrupted them, as although he only heard it once, he somehow knew it was just getting old. Link agreed with the statement as well, then Mega Man X just decided to take care of them as he shot out his Storm Tornado, as that caused Jessie, James and Meowth to just be blasting off again like usual. Although the Storm Tornado caused a lot of damage, the walls somehow regenerated as quick as light, shocking the reploid about how walls can even do that. Then the room locked itself up once more. Lupin III tried to use his gun to get the gang out, then using his thief skills to no avail. Then suddenly the room started to fall down as if an elevator’s wires broke down. On instinct, both Sailor Venus used her Venus Love Me Chain, and Simon used his Vampire Killer whip in tandem to tie everyone together so they could survive the impact. Once the room crashed on the bottom, everyone survived, although they were all dizzy, but no got hurt despite some of them having actual swords. Pikachu was the first to get up, as he walked around to see that there seemed to be a mist. Everyone else followed through, and they were worried, and once they all saw a figure, everyone got out their weapons, to only see Waluigi doing his janitorial work, as he was moping up the floor. He saw Mario with the team, and Waluigi reacted without a care in the world. He simply told the plumber that he should be careful and get out as soon as possible, as he says that the entirety of the Subspace Army and it's allies have plans to combine all realities into one so it would be easier to control. Waluigi finished cleaning up a few spots of dust, as he then got a call on his cell phone from a few other villains who what their Palaces, Mansions and HQs cleaned up, he took the elevator, and told the team that they should just find some safe place to never get out and pray they will never be found, and gather up on Portal Balls if that were ever the case. So then Waluigi left, as Link tried to get the elevator back by pressing the button, but it couldn't. They decided to go deeper into the fog, as it then started to clear up. Now everything is clear, and Pikachu noted that they seem to be in the Galactic battle arena. Everyone is stunned at how huge it is, the size of 5 soccer fields. Then out in front of them, they saw Dawn, along with Serena, two Pokemon trainers Pikachu was familiar with, as they were friends with his trainer. However, Dawn was wearing the uniform of Team Galactic, with her unique clothing in the style, as well as blue lipstick and eyeshadow, while Serena was wearing the Team Flare Admin outfit, with the white jacket and high heels, sunglasses and orange lipstick.

Pikachu knew right away that they are there to tackle them, so he started to sparkle out electricity through his red cheeks, then Samus and Mega Man X pointed their arm cannons, and everyone else followed through, all drawing out their weapons, and those that don’t have any were now in a fighting stance. Both Dawn and Serena laughed at the whole group, as they then both snapped their fingers. Once this happened, there were loud metallic sounds everywhere, and the elevators suddenly got shut down heading outside the room. So all exits are disabled, then Pikachu suddenly saw that there was a window right above the stadium, which Pikachu examined to see that there was the Boss of Team Galactic Cyrus, along with Cynthia, the Champion of Sinnoh who became an Admin of Team Galactic, with the same uniform and makeup style of Dawn. Along with Team Flare leader and admin Lysandre and Malva. The Mouse Pokemon was now scared, as his past of escaping the Pokemon world came right back to him, causing some distress.

Then both Serena and Dawn explained to them the situation that they are in, as the whole are trapped within the arena. They said that they wanted Pikachu, and that certain Pikachu, but they both exactly knew that the Pikachu with them was more powerful than the average of his kind. In fact, the Pikachu is even more powerful than some Legendary Pokemon. The two were then laughing once Pikachu spoked back, by repeating his name of course, as he then said about what they were doing to the Pokemon world was wrong, as the evil teams were all banning the average folk from owning Pokemon, and to become a trainer, you have to join the evil teams. That is how much things have changed since the teams have gained power over the Pokemon government with the help they gained from the Subspace Army. And to add insult to injury, they started to even do another red chain, which they said will now prevent anyone from breaking those rules, so the teams can rule unopposed in the Pokemon Reality, with their help from the Subspace Army.

Pikachu now demanded for them to return his trainer, as he knew he was captured, and the two women nodded, as then a Dusknoir appeared with something in its hand, and tossed it to the Electric Mouse. It was a severed head of Leaf, with both of her eyes gouged out, as blood was dripping out, and a large part of his destroyed, ripped apart like flesh. Pikachu yelled his own name loudly as he saw that his best friend was killed, while crying. He was now sad, while Samus immediately got angry over this, over the fact that her friend’s trainer was killed, and demanded to know why, and then Link, Mega Man X, and Mario all followed through in their anger. The two women laughed, as they said that Leaf had been a thorn on their side, as since the corruption happened in their reality. When it happened, she gathered a team of Pokemon Expects that was made up of the Elite Four, Gym Leaders including Brock and Misty, Champions including Cynthia and Lance, Ash Ketcham, her friends, and even Youngster Joey. However, all the evil Pokemon Teams that all together made up Team Subspace Rocket already taken over the Pokemon world, and by then all the Experts either were killed, enslaved, escaped to other realities, or were corrupted and joined the Evil Organizations themselves, much like Serena and Dawn, who themselves were actually a part of Leaf’s team. Once Leaf was surrounded, she only had her Pikachu left who had not been turned. As she was surrounded by Team Rocket Grunts, as they all had their Pokemon snickering to themselves. Leaf knew that he can’t fight with her Pikachu, as she had a Portal Ball with her, that she stole from a Grunt. As then she threw it, not where it will go, and she threw Pikachu in there, out of his Poke-Ball, with hope that her Pokemon would have a better life in another world. By then, that is how Pikachu ended up in the Lost Woods, as that ball took him there.

Then the two said enough of talking, as they then threw a Poke Ball, releasing Rayquaza, the Legendary Pokemon of the Skies. He roared massively, and everyone was ready to fight the dragon/flying type Pokemon, except for Homer who ran, and Pikachu who too was frightened at the sight of the Legendary Pokemon, also of the memories reminded of him. Then Mega Man X went up to him, as the reploid convinced him to get over his fears, reminding him that the Mouse faced opponents that were just as strong and powerful, and that they all had loved ones lost to corruption, just like he did, and he should try to survive for them. With this confidence boost, Pikachu thanked Mega Man X for helping him out, as the two saw Rayquaza attacking their new friends, as then the two leaped and joined the battle.

After Rayquaza was defeated, both Ike and Like said it was like any dragon they have fought before, as they have fought against them many times, although Deedlit said that Rayquaza was even more harder than Shooting Star. But then, both Dawn and Serena was about to pull another Legendary Pokemon, saying they have 5 more to defeat in a smug attitude, Serena added that they won’t survive this one. Then Lupin III revealed that he stole a Portal Ball from the two Commanders, which angered them, as he threw, setting it to “New York City, Tower of Smash”. He jumped in, and then everyone else followed, although Pikachu was great during the battle, he froze with terror of running away, until Mega Man X told everyone once again they had to go, as he followed along, but not after he stated that they may have to defeat Tabuu for real. While then Homer was still there, and once this happened and noticed everyone was gone, he saw the portal closing, and Link’s clawshot came out of the portal, grabbing Homer, and dragging him into the portal just when it started to close. Just then both Serena and Dawn were upset over this, however, everyone viewing the battle from the window came right down, and told them not to worry, as Rhea and Smithy already had plans in store for them, and they will get their “reparations”. This calmed down both admins, as they look forward to finally getting Pikachu back, as they wanted for so long.

The team all ended up in an alleyway in New York City, where there was a lot of garbage lying around, with the trashcans and the massive amount of black bags that were there. They all fell into a dumpster. Everyone got out of there, and with Morrigan looking out in both ways to search for anything, she told the team that they are indeed in New York City, but she told everyone that they should be quiet and maybe in disguises as she saw that there were apparently some police units around there. Lupin III decided that he had to do something, until Terra was creeped out, as she saw Crono was out there already. She told everyone about it, and all had the same reaction as the half-esper. She then tried to get Crono to get back to find him walking by the police with no problem. The time traveler told her it’s no big deal, as apparently the police have no care about anything. Terra was still angry, as she said that his reckless behavior could have gotten them in more trouble than they already have, and is starting to be more like Homer. Crono actually pointed to one direction that Homer was actually the first to go out as he apparently is eating some donuts and watching T.V. from the windows of a store. Terra responded with still some anger stating about jumping off a bridge metaphor, for then Sailor Venus to tell her that she’s being a drama queen and that everything is alright, while she was holding Link’s arm once again. Simon would tell her to take a break and to worry much, but some caution is alright, just in case if the police might be ordered not to act, but to report. Terra realized that the vampire hunter might actually be right, since there seems to not be any issues so far in New York City, but still wonders if that’s really because she’s in a certain situation, as they are in the nice neighborhood after all judging from all of the streets.
