At the ruinous area outside the Facility, Samus, Pikachu and Mega Man X walked to the parking lot, where all the spaceships are supposed to be, only to find that it’s gone missing. Samus was upset at this turn of events, as the ship was the only way off the Space Station is to use the ship to portal to other alternate realities in Outer Space. Mega Man X was wondering how they are getting off, as he went in through a ship, but they can’t go out due to security and uncertainty if they are even going to survive getting through to another reality. Then Pikachu saw the Gunship, looking like Samus’s helmet, as he pointed that out to them. The saw, and it was on a giant tow truck ship, carrying many others. She knew she had to get the ship back, but had to note that the ship only has one seat, and since Pikachu is small, he can ride on her, while Mega Man X will have to ride on the roof. The Reploid did not like that idea much, but pointed out that it could steal another ship that fits more people. The bounty hunter was open to that idea at, but still insisted they should use the Gunship. So Mega Man X was disappointed, but knew he did have a choice in the matter, as he wanted to protect humans like Samus from threats anyway, so he’s willing to put up with it. Samus responded that he should not complain noting the situation, and the fact that he's a robot, meaning that he could survive just fine out there.

The three walk across the ruins, but they end up fighting various members of the Subspace Army, and other monsters like Federation Soldiers along the way. Then once they saw the tow-ship on another parking lot picking up more ships that parked there without permission, they hopped on board. The Gunship was on the roof, so they headed there to find that there were many Primids, Federation Troops, R.O.B.s, Team Galactic Grunts and Maverick Robots there, all smiling devilishly, as they outnumbered the trio, with their high tech, Mega Man X knew that they can't just from looking at the strength of just one number. Samus should have known it was a trap, as her presence made them aware of her ship, so the three are now held prisoner, as Samus complained that she should of looked for another ship on the island instead.

Later on, as Lucas and Sailor Venus wondering around the ruins, where Samus and her group previously were. Sailor Venus would come out and explain to Lucas of how her world got corrupted. She said that Berthier had started up a company that sells both cosmetics and perfume with her sisters after they defected from the Black Moon Clan, until Berthier betrayed her sisters, and used the Black Crystal and Nemesis to enact her goals once Wiseman was killed. So she used this chance to gain power while working in the shadow, resurrecting Atsugessho, her favorite Droid, and sold makeup products that transform the wearer into a copy of Atsugessho in both dress and looks. This spread throughout the world, and eventually, she and the rest of the Inner Senshi were transformed to become the commanders of the Neo-Black Moon Clan, and only Artemis, Luna, Sailor Chibi-Moon, Tuxedo Mask and the Outer Senshi managed to escape to another world, with Sailor Pluto opening up a portal, knowing that they have to take their leave before they become droids, and got out successfully. She was not so lucky, as she became obsessed over makeup like with Atsugessho, and a loyal slave to invade other worlds in her service, and it was not until Garfield saved her, and he flee in fear before she could even thank him, leaving alone. She took the opportunity to flee the battlefield and escape what is now known as the Neo-Black Moon, took a pack of portal balls she found to survive the corruption.

Lucas felt sorry for the Sailor Guardian for going through this, she said that it’s alright, but still feels bad that she lost her close friends. They decided not to keep talking about their lost ones, so they don't go into depression. They kept on going through the outside, until Lucas saw the tow-ship, and that the trio from before were on there. The psychic youth pointed that out to Sailor Venus, as she saw them held hostage. They both agreed to go save them, because they both wanted to do the right thing, so they hopped onto the ship which was below as they were at a cliff. On the way down, Sailor Venus used Crescent Beam Showers to destroy the troops on board, taking out half of them. Once they landed, Lucas told Samus and co. that they are on the same side. The bounty hunter was not quick to trust them, as she insisted that they could be there to trick them, only for Pikachu to tell her that if they were enemies, they would not have saved them in the first place, using Mega Man X as an example. Samus can't argue with Pikachu on that, so she decided to let it go.

Reinforcements arrived, and then Samus, Mega Man X, Pikachu, Lucas and Sailor Venus all teamed up to face the army. They managed to hold them back, then Samus realized that with two more people, she couldn't use her old Gunship, so had to steal another ship, to then see another ship that she had and was larger, and it was the Starship, looked exactly like Gunship, but bigger. She went on there, as she installed the IDT Energy Tank in there, and called for the others to come in and keep back the troops, which they did.

Once in, Lucas wanted to get out, but Samus demanded that everyone go into the seats and put on the seatbelts. She quickly installed the Energy Tank, closed the entrance, and ran to the cockpit, where she ignited the engines. The Starship got up, and flew off the Tow-Truck and flew into the distance and entered another portal the ship made to make it to another reality. The five knew that with this ship, portal balls are now obsolete, so they have that problem taken care of. While Samus was riding the ship, when they could freely move around, Sailor Venus asked the three if they were aware of the SCP Foundation. Neither Samus nor Pikachu knew who they were, but Mega Man X has said that he knows about them, since he had met some of their operatives while reality hopping, but still wanted to save more people. He said to the two that did not know about them and even the rules that the SCP has to find them. This rule puts them on unnerve, but as Lucas, Mega Man X and Sailor Venus gave more details, Samus and Pikachu were on board, but having them find them would be hard, as the reason the Foundation survived is because they are organized enough to keep secrets and avoid detection by the Corruption. Eventually, as the bounty hunter was still driving the ship, Pikachu saw Mario and Link with 5 people unknown to her and rest of the group. The mouse went to Samus to tell her that he knows those two and requested for her to land. She denied his request, until the other 4 passengers asked for her to dump her cynical nature that they may be survivors that could actually help them, and they could never know. She changed her mind, as she landed her ship right next to where the group of seven are, in the canyon, while they were talking to each other to form an agreement.
