Book 2 Chapter 4: North zone falls

‘Joyous laughter’ “We are changing the battle plan because I know these guys will be useful in our battle against the empress. ‘With a sinister grin’ Oh this is going to be fun.”(Diuscrucis)

“What are you planning?”(Blue skeleton)

“Let’s just say we are going to put those broken trash heaps you call planes to better use than what you were planning to use them for.”(Diuscrucis)

“.... Oh I see what your planning! Come on blue, we have preparations to make! Everything will be ready by dawn so go rest up Duci!”(Katana)

“Stop using that damned nickname! Star let’s go. We are waiting in the mech.”(Diuscrucis)

Saying that Katana grabs the blue skeleton by his spine and starts dragging him away while I followed diuscrucis back to the mech. Once we were inside he laid down next to the arcade machine and then just stared off into space. Sitting down across from him I pulled out my touchpad and started typing recent events. While I was typing, Diuscrucis started filling me in on the new plan I have yet to hear.

“So here is how we are going to do. The ground force will be a minute or two behind the mech and once we destroy the outer fortifications of the target, the army will rush in and kill anything that moves, The air force will more or less be dive bombing into enemy territory to drop off the zombies behind enemy lines.”(Diuscrucis)

“What about anti-air rockets?”(Star)

“That’s what the mech is for. After breaking through the first fortifications, we are making a b-line for all and any anti-air artillery afterwards we wing it.”(Diuscrucis)

“What do you mean wing it? Surly you have a better plan than break in, break some stuff, and then see what happens?”(Star)

“Nope. that's the plan.”(Diuscrucis)

“This is going to end horribly…..”(Star)

* The next day right before the battle starts -

Katana, Diuscrucis and I are leading the charge against the empress. Katana is driving the mech, while Diuscrucis and I are getting ready to get out of the mech at a moments notice. In front of us is a wall that is easily three or four times taller than the mech. Behind it is supposedly a large city that puts the city of Dinsor to shame. In the center of this city in an enormous palace that the empress lives in.

‘Yells at the top of her lungs’ “Are you ready to rummbbblllllllle! You fucks ain’t ready for this!”(Katana)

Yelling those words she moved the mech so it would start running at top speed while she lifted up her left arm and started bombarding the wall with shots from the energy cannon. Each shot made a noticeably large hole in the wall that showed small partes of the city behind it. When we finally got close enough to the wall, she spun the mech in the air and collided with it. Regaining her footing she started running through and on the buildings of the densely packed city while firing at anything that looked taller or as tall as the mech. The air force followed shortly after as planes started colliding into all manner of buildings. These caused small explosions and lots of screaming. Behind us the rest of the army is pouring in through the large hole in the wall. As we moved forward at high speeds, something bright green flew through the air and hit the energy cannon before Katana could get out of the way. Upon contact, the arm of the mech was blown off the body and we flew diagonally right from the sudden explosion. This sudden movement sent all three of us into the air. As the mech flew we got hit three more times. The green attacks punched holes through the mech and two of those attacks grazed the command center leaving two sections of the sphere we are in completely exposed to the outside world. As I was in a state of free fall and slowly approaching the wall at a speed that will definitely kill me, Katana on her hoverboard grabbed me and flew out of the mech. As we left through one of the new holes in the mech, Diuscrucis latched onto the back of the board with his claws and climbed on.

“That was to close!”(Diuscrucis)

“And lots of fun! Let’s do it again!”(Star)

“No!”(Diuscrucis and Star)

As we flew away from the now destroyed mech I looked at it and saw that the mech has a large hole at the bottom left and top right of the chest as it continues to crash into buildings. It also has no head. Looking around I see Diuscrucis crying while mumbling about his mech and I see a large white and red palace. It looks absolutely beautiful and I am kinda sad we are about to destroy part of it. As we flew through the air high above the city, Katana turned the hoverboard at an angle and started diving right at the front door while moving around to dodge stray projectiles. As we went down Diuscrucis created a gatling gun and started shooting….. Spears?

‘Yelling over the the rushing air and the sounds of battle bellow’ “Why are you shooting spears and not bullets?”(Star)

“Simpler to magically create in mass than bullets during battle.”(Diuscrucis)

“How so?”(Star)

“Spears are nothing more than sticks with a point. Bullets require you to make a hollow casing with precise measurements of gunpowder, a tip that can be fired, and a part to ignite the gunpowder. Making spears saves time and… It looks like they’re here.”(Diuscrucis)

Saying that he jumped in the air and did a spin kick to hit a muscular blue haired chick with brass knuckles through the palace doors. As we flew passed them Katana slowed down and we both looked back to see Diuscrucis facing off against several dozen heavily armed foot soldiers and three buff women who look eerily similar to each other. As the fourth look alike woman was quickly getting up and standing between us and him, Diuscrucis only looks back at us with one golden eye with a velvet slit down the middle and he yells.

“Go on ahead! I got this! Be sure to beat down the empress good so I can send her to prison without having to fight her myself!”(Diuscrucis)

After he said that Katana spun the board around so I was only able to see and hear part of their conversation before it was covered up by the sounds of an intense battle.

“You think a lowly champion can beat us heroes? You are nothing more than an errand boy of a god tasked with cleaning up messes left behind by the gods and their heroes. You will never measure up to us!”(White haired woman)

After a few seconds we found the throne room and katana held onto me tightly and jumped off while the hoverboard blew up the door. As we slowly floated to the ground, Katana dropped me and pulled out her machetes while confidently walking through the doorway that is covered in smoke and fire. Pulling out my new pistol I walk in after her. Upon entering the room I see blood everywhere. The room has five pillars on each side of the room and all of them are covered almost entirely in bodies. None of which were human and all of them are heavily mutilated and still breathing. Many of the people in here seemed to have been skinned alive and had most of their bones broken so they stick out of their bodies while they are nailed to the pillars by large black poles. Many of the people have been here so long they only seem to wimper while some still have it in them to scream in pain. The sad thing is that if they die, they will come back to life and continue to suffer. Between the pillars on the left and right walls are stained glass windows depicting the birth and life of a really fat donkey and it’s dragon wife? Yup… It is totally plowing that dragon in the third picture The floor is covered in blood and in the back of the room is a throne made up of what I can only assume to be formerly beautiful women who are now sewn together to make a throne. In front of it stands a tall pale woman with long black hair, a flat chest, and multiple black scars going down from under her blood red eyes to the bottom of her face. She is wearing a revealing black dress that would make her look very attractive if she actually had breasts. She is also wearing a tiara with a hot pink gem in the center and dozens of small red gems surrounding it. Standing next to Katana I raise my gun and prepare to fire. The women looks at us and then focuses on me.

“You’ll have to beat us first!”(Katana)

Saying that Katana rushes forward and I start firing my gun at the Empress. Standing still for only a moment, she suddenly collapses into a pool of blood as my bullets hit a magic shield that shattered like glass when Katana pierced it with her weapons. Using my blood magic to feel the area around me I quickly turn around to see a geyser of blood quickly and silently rise up and as it drops to reveal the empress. She flicks her hand forward and to the side which causes a whip of blood to lash out from besides her and smack into both Katana and me. It hit us so hard we smashed into a wall and I think it broke several of my ribs.

“What fucking bullshit was that!? It looks like I need to get serious.”

As Katana rushed her again I stopped to take a look at her status.

Fuck! It looks like this will be a battle of magic… I wish I could just use my gun to fight her…. If only I could change my title right now….

“Katana be careful! She is a master blood mage, is suffering from vampirism and she can create force fields!”(Star)

“How the fuck did you know that you… you……YOU FUCKING MAGGOT!”(Mary)

Giving me a quick nod Katana clashed her blades together and they burst into green flames and she stabbed them into the ground. When she did, a circle of green fire formed around her blades and started to spread into a large green pillar of flames. As it did this, all the blood that touched the flames immediately evaporated. After witnessing this the Empress raised her hand like she was choking someone and Katana slowly started floating into the air while clawing at her own throat. Mary tried to throw her across the room head first into one of the poles in the wall but as she flew across the room I raised my hand and swung it down the moment I felt the blood in her body. Doing this saved her from giving a blowjob to the pole but it also created a large crater around where she landed. Happy that I atleast got her to land, I dive roll forward to avoid a blood whip that was coming my way. Getting up I start running while making my own blood whips to fight off her attacks against Katana and me. Each time our whips met it caused a small shockwave and I had to take control of more blood around me in order to recreate my whips. After a minute or two Mary stopped sending blood whips at me and pulled a large amount of blood together with hand motions and after whirling it around herself she shot it at Katana like a water cannon. Jumping in front of Katana’s unconscious body and concentrated my blood whip around my arm, I shot my arm forward and quickly spun the extended whip around like a fast, tight drill that was over four feet long and had a six foot base. When the blood cannon made contact with my drill it splashed and completely missed Katana. After a few seconds I quickly turned to my side and stopped multiple tendrils of blood that were flying at my back by raising my other hand at them. Feeling myself get lightheaded I started absorbing the blood in my surroundings to replenish my mana but now that my mind is split up doing three different tasks I failed to realize a spear of blood was flying directly at my chest. Upon realizing the threat I tried to get out of the way but remembered if I move then Katana dies and I don’t want Diuscrucis to go on another rampage so I braced myself for the hit.

“Damn that hit me hard. I think I died for a minute there? Thanks for protecting me Star Now lets see if we can do something about her blood.”(Katana)

Right before I got impaled, green flames circled around Katana and me as it consumed all the blood that came at us.

“Stop hiding and face me you low life maggots!”(Gilg…. Mary)

Hearing her yell we look up to see a waterfall of blood coming our way. Seeing this Katana raised her flames up to to form an overhead umbrella while I took enough blood from my breasts to shrink them two sizes and shot it at the empress as the flames left my field of view. The blood shot forward like a bullet but she managed move away fast enough for my attack to only graze her cheek and cut her ear in half after crashing into her force field and almost failing to break through. Feeling her now damaged ear and cheek Mary took on a look of utter rage.

‘Yelling at the top of her lungs’ “How dare you damage my perfect beautiful skin!!!!!!! Forget decorations! I’m going to use your skins as jackets and bathe in your blood!!”(Mary)

With her shout every single impaled body started screaming as large quantities of blood started to flow out of them without end and started shooting at us in the form of frozen blood shards.

“This is bad! Star keep her off me! I’m going to go deal with those bodies!”(Katana)

“I’ll do my best.”(Star)

With that Katana sprinted to her machetes and started clearing each and every pillar of their bodies by burning them all with green flames. As she did this I was running around dodging shots of blood while trying my hardest protecting Katana from being killed by tendril and being flung around like a ragdoll which ended in her being thrown through the wall behind the throne at one point. At one point Mary stopped focussing on Katana and sends waves of blood at me. Seeing them come at me I call all the blood around me forward and create a wall that lasted a good three seconds before she jumps over it and bitch slaps me into a wall. Quickly getting up I use blood magic to heal my wounds and concussion as I shot a wind blade at her. Stopping it with her shield we immediately start shooting each other with blood blasts that did nothing more than cancel each other out in large bloody explosions. As Katana finally reached the final pillar, Mary called all the loose blood in the room towards herself and started pulling blood out of the final pillar of bodies at an extreme rate. Seeing it flow around her like a hurricane Katana created a whirlwind of flames and shot it forward to destroy her blood.

“Star! Force her blood into my flames! She may be able to hold my attack off now but she needs to run out blood eventually.”(Katana)

Doing as she said Mary’s blood supply quickly started to lose ground but unfortunately Katana started to grow tired while Mary just seemed to be stalling for time. Seeing this I pulled out my gun and charged it with blood magic for a power shot. Stepping out from behind Katana’s flames I stopped forcing Mary’s blood to fly into the fire and forced it to make a constant narrow gap large enough for me to fire off a bullet and hit Mary. Taking aim I fire the red bullet at her but my control over her blood hurricane loosened which caused the bullet to skim it and rickoche into the shield. Even though the bullet broke through the shield it only hit Mary’s shoulder which caused her to temporarily lose control of her blood and allowed Katana’s fire to engulf the final pillar instead of kill her. With the only available blood in the room being the three of us and what’s left on the floor, I quickly absorbed it into my breasts and went to smack her with my gun because she slapped me earlier. As I approached she clawed at her bleeding shoulder and pulled out a long pole made of blood. Swinging it at me I used my new gun hook to help grab onto the pole and rip it away from her. As I did Katana rushed her by jumping over me and impaled her with flaming machetes before flinging her back to her throne. After rolling on the floor for a few feet Mary starts to shakily get up off the floor with her one good hand on her newest wounds.

“I-I-I was supposed to win this battle. N-not you. She-She promised me victory. Said I would win and rule what is r-rightfully mi-mi-mine. If I sided with her. How are you maggots b-beating me?”(Mary)

“Ask that to whoever you sided with in prison. I hear you still get your bi-yearly free call.”(Katana)

Moments after saying that the center window on the left wall burst inwards as a woman with long black hair flew through it and was impaled into the floor between us with a flaming sword that quickly consumed her body in white flames. Shortly afterwards the other three heroes flew through the same window screaming and smashed through three windows on the other side of the room. Moments later Diuscrucis dashed through the room from the broken window and went after the other three with a wide grin and was joyfully yelling…

“Now look what you made me do! I only wanted a hug! What’s so bad about that?!”(Diuscrucis)

Watching that happen the empress started to panic.

“That’s impossible! He’s a demon champion! Ho-ho-how could he be be-be-beating four human heroes? That’s impossible. ‘Looks fearfully at us’ G-Gu-Get the hell away from me!”(Mary)

Seeing her panic so much I ready my gun and fire at her. Raising her hand she deflects the shot with her hand by creating a force field with it but, I hear it shatter as the shot is deflected and she is forced to take a step back. Seeing a zombie that just stumbled into the room from the hole in the wall that was made when I accidentally flung her through it, Katana smiled and laughed a fireball. This resulted is another hand deflection and a step back from Mary. Happy that she can’t hear the zombie slowly approaching her due to the ongoing battle throughout the city, Katana and I kept firing at her so she would more quickly meet the zombie. As the empress was rapidly moving her hands to stop our attacks she quickly made her way towards the zombie until its mouth reached her wounded shoulder. Once it got her she started screaming as the zombie ate her alive. While it was eating her the tiara on her head hit the floor and started rolling towards us. Once it hit Katana’s foot it glowed a slight yellow and stopped moving while she walked away to go kill the zombie.

“It looks like this is my stop. It was nice meeting you Katana.”(Star)

“Heading back to your own time period huh. Come over here and give me a hug.”(Katana)

After a death grip class hug where I had trouble breathing, Katana walked to the Tiara and picked it up.

“I don’t know why I can’t see this damned tiara anymore but I do believe this is what you need to go back home. See you around Star and go get laid. You need more spice in your life.”(Katana)

“No I don’t!”(Star)

- Present day -

As I yell that at her I grab the Tiara and with a flash of bright pink light I was back in the storage room but this time everything seemed to be completely organized. Looking around I see the tiara sitting on the shelving unit along with the statue of a man with a sword and skull. The only difference I see with the shelves is that those are the only two trophy items on them now and they are both glowing a soft yellow color.

Turning around I see the robotic snake who slammed the door on my face earlier drying a beer glass with a pink cloth.

“Welcome back from your two day break Star. Want some pancakes?'(Armageddon)
