Chapter 46: Free Massage

[Sixth Round: Blue Team, Dragonire (Classless) vs Red Team, Rennes (Assassin)]

Blue Team Players:

“Yeah, this is over... There’s no way Dragonire gonna win.”

“Fucking hell!! Why are we so unlucky to get a garbage player like him in our team!!!”

“Dammit, it’s over! We’re all going to die!”

The players of the Blue Team were dissatisfied and harbored resentment toward the system for assigning what they considered a subpar player like Dragonire to their team. In their view, they deemed it unfair. Consequently, they were now placing the blame on Dragonire for their loss.

In this quest, only the winning team survives and gets to exit the dungeon, while the losing team faces death.

Red Team Players:

“Yay! Free win! Although it’s going to be a boring fight though.”

“What kind of a joke is this? A classless player??”

“Poor guy… I heard he had a bug system, that’s why he doesn’t have a class.”

Dragonire wasn't the sole player in this world grappling with a bug system; in fact, there were others who had encountered the same issue. Unfortunately, all those classless players had already met their demise in the 1st tutorial, leaving Dragonire as the sole survivor among those without a designated class.

Even though it was a free win, the Red Team couldn't help but feel somewhat sorry for the Blue Team.

[Sixth round starts!]

With this, the fight between Dragonire and Rennes began.

As the battle commenced, Dragonire and Rennes stood frozen, not making a move for a minute or two. This unexpected stillness left fellow players perplexed, wondering about the unusual pause in the action.

“Huh? What is going on??”

“Yeah, what are they doing? Why are they just standing still and not fighting??”

"No idea. Perhaps Rennes is planning to give Dragonire a handicap by letting him attack first, considering he's a classless player."

Indeed, they were correct; Rennes was intentionally providing a handicap, allowing Dragonire to attack first for free.

"Go ahead. You’re free to attack me for ten minutes, and I won't do anything except for defending or dodging your attacks." Rennes offered Dragonire.

‘What a nice guy! Unfortunately, as long as I'm here, your team will never win.’ Dragonire thought.

“Thanks for the offer, but I’m good.” Dragonire replied.

The moment Dragonire rejected the offer, his team became furious at him and thought Dragonire was being ridiculously stupid for not accepting it.

“Fuck you, Dragonire! You stupid cunt!!!”

“Yeah, son of a bitch!! Why did you reject it!!!”

“Useless garbage player!! How could you be so stupid and reject the offer!!”

"This time, Dragonire had had enough. In an instant, he disappeared and reappeared right in front of his four teammates, delivering a resounding slap to each of them.

PAA!!! PAA!!! PAA!!! PAA!!!

SLAP!!! SLAP!!! SLAP!!! SLAP!!!

The sound of the slap was so loud that it echoed throughout the entire colosseum.

“You motherfuckers!!! Talk shit about me again and I’ll slap the shit out of you all!!!”

During this moment, players from both teams stood in stunned silence, mouths agape. The speed Dragonire exhibited was so astonishingly fast that they couldn't even perceive it with their eyes.

After leveling up to A-Class, Dragonire's Player Ranking skyrocketed from Rank 527,716,238 to an impressive Rank 15. Put simply, only players ranked from 1 to 14 could now challenge Dragonire, while the rest could bid their chances farewell.

Dragonire's teammates were so shocked and frightened that words failed to escape their mouths. They understood that any retort would undoubtedly result in another brutal slap from Dragonire. Moreover, Dragonire's slaps were exceptionally painful; a single strike had already left their faces visibly swollen. Even now, they could still feel the lingering heat sensation from the earlier slap.

The colosseum fell into an eerie silence after Dragonire's swift and unexpected assault on his teammates.

Dragonire, with an air of authority, addressed his teammates while they nursed their red, swollen faces. "I've had enough of your complaints! If you're here to win, then start acting like a team! We're in this together, whether you like it or not. Now, focus on the fight, or we'll all end up dead. Do you understand, you motherfuckers?!”

His teammates, still in shock, nodded vigorously, not daring to utter a word.

"I said, do you understand? Say 'Yes, sir' if you do!"

“Y-Yes, sir!!!”

“Louder!!! I can’t hear you!!!”

“Yes, sir!!!!!!”

“Good!! Now shut the fuck up and watch me fight!”

“Yes, sir!!!!”

With this, Dragonire turned away, his eyes fixed on Rennes, who observed the entire incident with a mixture of amusement and mild surprise.

The Red Team players, who had initially underestimated Dragonire, were now beginning to reassess the situation. The slap had not only silenced the dissent within the Blue Team but had also showcased Dragonire's newfound strength.

As the realization sunk in, whispers spread among the players, "Did you see that?! Dragonire is no pushover!"

Rennes, maintaining his calm demeanor, spoke to Dragonire, "Well, it seems you've got your team in check. Alright, shall we continue? Are you ready?”

“Sure, ready whenever you’re ready.” Dragonire replied.

“Alright, well, I’m not going to go easy on you this time because it doesn’t seem like you’re someone who needs a handicap.” Rennes said.

Previously, Rennes was looking down on Dragonire because he thought Dragonire was weak. However, after witnessing what Dragonire did to his teammates just now, Rennes had a change of heart. He now no longer looks down on Dragonire and actually sees Dragonire as equal.

“Handicap?? Well, I never needed one in the first pla—!”

Before Dragonire could complete his sentence, Rennes swiftly struck, wasting no time in launching an attack.

WHOOSH!!!

“Take this!!!” Rennes said.

STAB!!! STAB!!! STAB!!!

DIAGONAL SLASH!!! DIAGONAL SLASH!!! DIAGONAL SLASH!!!

HORIZONTAL SLASH!!! HORIZONTAL SLASH!!! HORIZONTAL SLASH!!!

Rennes unleashed a barrage of aggressive attacks. However, despite the intensity, he restrained himself to about 25% of his total power. His intention was to test Dragonire's resilience and see if Dragonire could endure.

While Rennes was attacking, Dragonire chuckled inwardly and thought, ‘Ahh! I love these kinds of attacks, it’s like I’m getting a free massage.’

Dragonire made no effort to block or dodge Rennes's attacks; instead, he stood still and absorbed every blow. After all, it was a free massage, so why not? At least that was what Dragonire thought.
