“Just ignore those people, they won’t be able to notice us, I placed concealing barrier around us.” The Strongest raised his right hand and the ball of black energy appered in it, he then sent it flying toward Boe. Ball of energy flew into Boe’s head and Boe felt a big stream of information being recorded in his memory. Boe now knew how to start learning teaching of the “Demon Emperor” battle technique and what he needed to do to be able to collect and store shadow attribute battle aura around his body.
“Few days ago your affinity toward the shadow attribute battle aura were at level 2, which is quite low in my standards, but after experiencing death of your brother it increased to level 3 due to spark of the demon energy inside of your soul and this level is called 1 out of 100 genius level affinity even in higher worlds. After that I took you to massacre that city of demons where your inner demon woke up and guided hatred, rage and disappointment of all killed souls to nourish your soul and feed your inner demon, this allowed your shadow attribute affinity level to be raised to level 4, which is considered 1 out of 10000 genius in higher realms and in this lowly world there are only few people who has this kind of talent. Downside to that kind of sudden growth of your shadow attribute affinity is the fact that you started losing human feelings and became more of a dark side creature than ordinary humans, but on the other side it will help you cast out your unnecessary feelings and become the Demon Emperor faster. Now don’t move or talk and let me prepare your body for transformation of your soul and battle aura.” The Strongest came close to Boe and put his hands on Boe’s head. Boe felt something changing in his body, but couldn’t grasp what was happening. After few minutes, The Strongest walked away from Boe, who was now sleeping on the ground, and disappeared from the forest without making any sounds.
“Are you sure he isn’t a spy from light magi or from dark magi associations?”
“This child is only 14 years old and he has a level 4 shadow attribute affinity! We can’t miss a chance to get such a genius into our school, he might become inheritor of King Karib. If we will nurture inheritor of our King, our school will prosper and become the strongest organization in the Shadow Kingdom.”
“Huh? Where am i? Who are you people?” Boe woke up in an unfamiliar place surrounded by five people, closest to him was beautiful woman in very tight blue Chinese styled dress, four other people were standing further away from the bed he was laying on, all of them wore black hooded mantles and Boe couldn’t see their faces.
“Hello, child, you are in the Black Scorpio school of dark wizards. We found you laying on the ground in a middle of the forest, so we took you here.” Woman in blue smiled charmingly as she spoke to Boe.
At this moment something clicked inside of Boe’s brain and he heard his master's voice in his head, “Boe, I passed battle technique’s first three levels onto you and changed your body so it would be prepared for all transformations from learning it. If you want to meet me again and get next levels of teaching, you will have to pass my first three tests. For first test you have to learn all 3 levels of my teaching to perfection within next five years. For second test you have to kill director of school you are in right now. Third test is a secret for now, but to pass it you must find yourself four true friends.”
“Are you okay, child?” One of black hooded persons asked Boe, his voice sounded very old and hoarse.
“I am fine, thank you for your help, esteemed lords.” Boe jumped off the bed and knelt in front of five people. Boe understood that to pass his master’s tests he has to be accepted to this school and raise his strength using their resources, so he had to gain trust of these people.
“No need to kneel before us, child, rise and come with me.” Blue dressed woman helped him get up and took his hand in her hand. They walked out of room they were before and Boe understood that he was previously in some kind of prison.
“I am sorry senior. But how should I call you?” Boe was hoping to make her have a good impression of him so he was speaking very respectfully.
“You can call me big sis SV, kid.” SV smiled at Boe and increased the speed of their walking. After they walked through a few dozens of prison cells, they came to some sort of an ancient looking elevator. Two of them walked inside of the elevator and SV whispered something, right after that, the elevator started moving. They moved for ~10 minutes on elevator and then it stopped, she took Boe’s hand again, they walked out of elevator and came to a big hall with huge chandeliers hanging from ceiling.
“This is our cafeteria, its free to eat here for any student of our school. You can eat now, I will come to get you from here in half an hour and we will go to our director to officially make you a student of mine.” After finishing speaking SV just vanished from the cafeteria.
Boe looked around him and saw a few student going in and out of cafeteria, some kind of buffet and a few hundreds of tables to eat on. He noticed a few people looking at him curiously, as if he was a new animal in zoo. Boe walked to the buffet and picked some food for himself, he was very hungry after everything he has gone through. He sat down alone at one of the tables in the corner of a hall. While he was eating, he thought about everything that happened to him in past couple of days and all of it felt unreal to him, he had a feeling like he was dreaming and would wake up at any moment by his mother and would go to the demon hunter academy with his brother.

‘No, enough thinking about the past, now I’m different and I don’t have time to think “what would happen if…”, I need to get stronger and get back to my parents, they are worried about me for sure and I have to get even stronger to avenge Rak.’ Look of determination flashed past Boe’s eyes as he stood up and started walking toward tables full of students.
“Sorry for disturbance, my name is Boe Nas and I’m a new student here, do you mind telling me a bit about the school?”
“Hello, Boe Nas, you can go fuck yourself, we aren’t interested in speaking with some retarded country bumpkin.” First one to speak was a blonde haired young man.
“Don’t listen to him, kid, he is too arrogant to speak with anyone of common origin. Come here and sit with me, I’ll tell you everything you want to know about the school.” Boe heard a pleasant female voice from the table in few meters of the one he walked to. Boe looked in the direction of the voice and saw a gorgeous white haired young lady with very a alluring body, dressed in dark yellow uniform of the school.
“I thank senior sister for invitation, I shall not refuse and will of course come and sit with you.” Even though Boe had common origin and was raised in a small village of the small kingdom, his mother always taught him how to speak respectfully with women.
“You can just call me senior Ella” Ella said with a charming smile on her face. Blonde young man who was rude to Boe, was now red from anger and was looking at Boe’s back with hatred and his eyes were radiating obvious killing intent, but Boe didn’t have any battle experiences so he couldn’t feel any of it.
“Ella, why are you even talking with that trash? Am I, Harson of the great Vito family, not the only one who is worthy of your attention?” Harson obviously wanted Ella to be his woman and was ready to rip Boe to pieces right in the middle of the cafeteria. Boe understood all of it and half of him was telling him to get away from this couple to not get in trouble with Harson, but something inside of him was telling him to provoke Harson even more.
“You know that gentleman shouldn’t harass a lady? You should really stop harassing my senior Ella, she is too good for you, honestly, in my opinion, you aren’t even worthy of her boots.” Boe said all of it without even turning back to look at Harson.
“Do you have a death wish, kid? You obviously don’t know who I am and what my family can do in these regions! Or do you really think that teachers will decide to go against my family just to defend someone like you?! I am already a rank 1 dark wizard and patriarch of my family is at the peak of a rank 3, almost at the same level as a director of school.” Harson was very proud of himself and his achievements, he was absolutely confident that his family can scare almost anyone in the region.
“Stop spouting nonsense, Harson, our director will definitely defend Boe from your family even if it will mean the start of a war between school and your family.” At this moment SV appeared close to Harson and he almost fell to the ground from fright.
“Big sis SV, have you come to get me to director already?” Boe grinned and jumped up from his table and started walking toward SV, while glancing at Harson and chuckling.
“Director is too busy right now, but he will meet you in person later for sure. For now, I came to give you everything you need to become an official student of the school and walk you to your room in our dormitory.” SV tossed a bag to Boe and started walking to the door. Boe bid farewell to senior Ella and ran to catch up with SV.
“Who is that guy and why is he calling Professor Sky Venom “big sis SV” and she even seems fine with it? Isn’t she considered one of the scariest professors of our school?” Harson was shocked by what happened and started thinking of all possibilities that could make terrifying Professor Sky Venom to become so kind towards a regular student.
“Maybe he’s a noble prince or a very talented kid with great affinity toward dark, shadow or death attribute magic aura?” Ella was staring at Boe’s back with mysterious shine in her eyes.
“You don’t have to worry about that Harson anymore, he won’t be bold enough to attack my disciple even with his backing. But be very careful with that girl Ella you talked to earlier, she might seem innocent to you right now, but she can manipulate men easily. She’s definitely a lot more dangerous than stupid brute Harson.” SV sounded very caring while saying all these things to Boe. If Boe wouldn’t be on a way to become the Demon Emperor, he would certainly fall for her “caring attitude”, but now he didn’t feel anything from her actions.
“Thanks for your help and concern about me, big sis SV. I will be very careful around Ella from now on. By the way, shouldn’t I call you a mentor or a teacher, since I’m your student now?” Boe wanted to distance himself from SV, he felt that she hid a lot more than he could think of right now so he didn’t want to get involved in any troubles that may occur if he would be too close to her.
“No need to be so polite and official when we are alone, but I guess you should really call me a mentor when we are around other students or teachers.” SV was shocked that Boe was so quick-witted at his age and could already understand that she was trying to get closer to him, but it made her even more interested in Boe.
“That is your room, in bag I gave you, you will find a map of our school, introduction to our teachers, classes and rules. You can rest now, but I will need you to come tomorrow to my office right after breakfast so we could decide which classes you will be attending.” SV walked Boe to the room number 2404, said all she wanted and left.
Boe walked into his room and saw there 2 rooms, first one had a simple bed, big table, chair and a lamp, second room was looking like an experimental laboratory with a lot of empty tubes and equipment Boe have never seen, “So, it seems that I will spend next 5 years of my life living in this room...”
