A great cult has managed to succeed where others have failed, they have managed to summon a titanic force of spatial mana to their world. They would do everything for the people of the world. In this case, it would be evacuation, as they would plead with the greater being to help them relocate to a world less ruined by forgotten conflicts. Yet, as their plot to save humanity comes to fruition, there are those who aren't so sure of their noble intent.
As the great being appears in the sky, a counterplot is hatched to stop the planet-sized spatial anomaly from doing anything to the planet. Using material gathered from the spatial titan, another great being is summoned through ritual. One that inherently opposes the space titan. That ritual succeeds as well, and a massive vessel tears into the timeline.
----------------------------------------
"Kolchalski! Analysis!" The captain of the UNE vessel is not pleased with his status.
"Planet sized UFO sighted sir! It appears to be crawling with a lot of activity! Contact in 30 seconds!" The sensors officer reports to his captain with haste, the ship isn't built to engage flesh planetoids.
"All hands to battlestations! Lock on target, but do not fire until I give the order!" The captain turns to the ship-bound AI, just as the lights in the bridge flicker.
"
"All units we are officially in combat, target is hostile!"
Various guns fire from the United Nations of Earth vessel, while it isn't the strongest ship out there, it punches far above its weight. This one in particular is part of the Space Guard, ships not capable of FTL travel, but in exchange have incredibly heavy firepower. If anyone was punching holes in planets, it would be this ship.
The main gun screams, and the moon screams back. Untold numbers of smaller targets detach themselves from the titanic lifeform, and the fighters engage the smaller ones. The moon, despite heavy damage sustained. Is now charging in the direction of the UNE vessel. Determined to bring its close-range advantage to bear.
The space between the 2 titans quickly fills with the dead, and the destroyed. There would be no mercy here, as neither side knows it could be given. Their corpses intertwine, and space-time does not handle it well. Cracks appear in the void, but they all go unnoticed by the combatants. As the titans get close, they both launch the bulk of their attacks.
"AISTA! Prepare to eject the core! We are self-destructing! We cannot allow this being to survive here!" The captain looks to the planet below, and bellows one last order over the intercom.
"All crew to the escape pods! This vessel has activated self-destruct! I repeat! All crews to the escape pods!" Throughout the ship, organized panic ensues, but the entire bridge stays put. They will be the last ones out.
Just as the core gets ejected, the flesh-moon shrieks another EM signal, and the signal comes into contact with the core. The core detonates prematurely, disintegrating both the ship, and the moon. Space-time cannot handle it anymore, and as the people on the planet watch below, they each get a message from an unknown source.

The various conflicts going on at the surface were stopped because of the space-time crisis, now everyone with a gun is running for their loved ones. Something bad is going to happen, and the world knows it needs to be ready for what it had wrought upon itself. Distant planets smell the blood in the water, and many already move to secure knowledge about new potential resources. On the surface the Agricultural Necromancer Union shore up their defenses, their allies must be informed if the farms are to keep running. The Lost Men patrol their roads with increased frequency, their world was lost once, and they would not allow a second time. The church of The Great Word would hold sermons to the various people's of the world, surely this is a message from the divine. In the forests, creatures hum at this new information, perhaps their time of dominance over the wastes have finally come? Various lords, and ladies shore their defenses in preparation, they know better than anyone of the greed of man.
Agents of the various worlds have already entered [The Forgotten Planet]. Their findings would be sent to the various parties with interest in the new world. Planets new to [The Veil] tend not to have advanced magical capabilities, and this planet is no different. The locals rely on crude weapons, with no complex enchantments. Is this planet even civilized, and how did they get noticed by The Central Governor? Regardless of the truth, the agents would find it fast. It isn't hard to look to the skies after all.
Every moment that passes, is worth its weight in gold on the surface. Factories work overtime to churn out guns, and steel mills are revived from their slumber. Ancient silo's blow off the dust from their weapons, their weapons have the longest range, and they will need to hit the enemy far from visual range. Newer factories meanwhile are being given major subsidies, if the mass-produced goods could be sold, perhaps trade deals could be established, and allies gained.
Meanwhile, somewhere on the UNE SG-Stalwart, a different message is heard.
[Automated system reports compatible entity for revival aboard UNE_SG-Stalwart. Initiating revival protocol.]
From between the corpses, a woman appears, with beautiful feathered wings, and bright blonde hair. She rises to her feet, with a golden set of scales in her thin hands.
