The sinner told Justitia many things, the story of why they were down there, and Justitia's apparent value as some political pawn. The sinner had told her of the defenses of the city above, and the rough number of soldiers in it. The sinner told her about how he was afraid of heights, and would sometimes siphon money off his teammates while blaming others. Justitia also learned of a group living somewhere in the sewers, that was supposedly in contact with The Lost, he told her about how they believe The Lost are some anti-magic cult. The sinner gave up all this information to Justitia, and when he had nothing left to give, she granted the sinner the mercy of death, splattering his graying matter on burnt out plants.
As Justitia finishes her 'interrogation', a former theory is proven correct. The stone begins reforming something, and that something is humanoid shaped. The righteous aid the righteous, it is the way of things. Sinners fight amongst themselves, but a righteous one would never harm another righteous one. She gathers the scattered pieces of the light crystal, and begins reforming it. Repairing it even from bits is a much quicker process than simply building it from scratch, and is probably one of the reasons why she finishes repairing her creation than the rock finishes its construction. When finished, Justitia hangs the crystal from one of the branches of the large tree using a vine, this area will now be bathed in the good light of justice.
Justitia looks at the corpses around, and realizes that the corpses kind of look like sinner rations. Do sinners turn each other into rations? How horrible. Justitia is disgusted with the idea of sinners eating their own kind, how revolting. Justitia is, however, very hungry and decides to roast some of the human corpses here using her light magic, afterward she begins digging in. It's fine if she does it, she's neither a human nor a sinner, after all. As for the taste, it tastes better than the jerky, and surprisingly gets rather close in texture to the mushrooms. The organs create an interesting conundrum with obviously lower quality meat, but she decides to just throw those bits to the plants, they look hungry too after all.
Finishing up her meal, the dryad still hasn't finished forming. That's fine, she's not needed her anymore anyway. Justitia flies off in the direction that the sinner told her that a branch of The Lost would be, it would be useful to gather some more information on the state of the world. It would be bad if the world exploded before she got to punish all sinners after all. The world... she feels... protective of it? Is the world itself an entity free of sin? That... doesn't sound right? Yet it also doesn't sound wrong. Justitia merely has an urge to... safeguard the world. Yes... she remembers... the ship. It was meant to protect the world as well, perhaps she should return there someday, after she's done cleaning up the filthy sinners crawling all over her precious planet.
As Justitia mulls over multiple scenarios of total sinner annihilation, she encounters the place described by the adventurer she interrogated. A rusted metal fence barred with wooden planks, sounds of people are heard deeper in, and she sees some odd metal plates attached to the floor in numerous areas. Justitia thinks of busting through the gate, but these people haven't proven themselves to be sinners yet. They don't deserve that kind of treatment... yet.
"Hey! Over here!" Justitia's shout echoes through the sewers, and someone can be heard tripping over themselves just beyond the corner.

"Holy shit, don't scare me like that lady!" A child with an assault rifle walks to the gate, carefully avoiding the metal plates on the floor.
"Is this the hideout of The Lost?" Justitia questions the child, eager to get answers quick, but considering the weapon in the child's hands, she knows she's correct.
"Uhm... well... more like people that don't like the adventurers. They are weird, and my mom says they bring nothing but trouble. W-wait, I'm supposed to check if you are from the planet! ... Are you?" The child clumsily aims the weapon at Justitia, but she isn't intimidated in the slightest. However, the questions whether she is from this planet does trouble her, she was born on the vessel in orbit, but was that the planet? After giving it some thought, she replied.
"Yes child, I am indeed from this world, also the safety is still on. It would help to disable it if you ever planned to use it." Justitia is led through the small minefield by the child, who fiddles with his gun after being informed it isn't operational.
"W-we don't really expect anyone to come through here, and mom said that if someone does, our greatest safety would be a child greeting them. A-also, please don't tell anyone I was sleeping, they don't like it when the watchers sleep." As the duo enter, multiple gazes fall on them. Malnourished people are gathered about, none of them being armed.
"The healthy people are out getting food, but the world outside is very dangerous. I heard there are giant rats out there." The kid has no idea of the biggest danger in the city standing right next to him, Justitia however, simply walks towards where a radio sits. The same one she found and originally contacted The Lost with.
"You have a radio here?" The kid simply stares, and an elder man approaches the winged mutant without fear.
"Yes, although The Lost got pushed out long ago. We still occasionally have contact with some of its members. From what we have been able to tell, is that these invaders have rapidly moved eastward, burning down farms in their wake." He gestures towards a map next to the radio, and sure enough it displays a large red swathe heading east. Some of the locations noted have been crossed out, Ostkampf being one of the settlements crossed out.
Some people stare at her for a bit, and an older woman approaches Justitia with an infant in her arms.
"Lady mutant, I see that you have great magical power. Please heal my grandchild!" The elder gives a scornful look to the woman.
"Katarzyna! What if it turns your grandchild mutant? Do you know how dangerous such a thing is?!" Now it's the turn of Katarzyna to give a glare back.
"Mikołaj you fool! My grandchild will die if I don't do something, besides there haven't been any news of mutations since that Central Governor showed up! The Lost said so themselves! Despite the invaders using it in such large quantities. Now you have a child guarding the gates because we lack any strength. Shame on you!" Katarzyna rapidly morphs her expression into a kind one, and looks at Justitia. "Please lady mutant, you are my daughter's only hope. She is currently out getting food."
Justitia thinks to herself, can she heal? She isn't sure, healing is more Alura's MO. Regardless, it couldn't hurt to try. Worst case scenario, she finds these people to be sinners and has to kill them all. As Justitia holds the infant, she prods into the creature with her magic. Being this close to a living being which is that much weaker than her allows her to thoroughly check through the child's body. It doesn't take long for her to find the cause of the illness, an infection located in the lunges caused by inhaling the foul air here. Justitia's hand lights up, and the baby begins to cough. Some of the people carrying guns tighten their grip, but don't make a move. The baby begins to cough up some ash, and begins to cry. The infection was purged.
"Your grandchild is healed, raise her well, and without sin." As the words sink in for the surrounding people, more flock to the [Angel] to get a chance at medical attention.
