It wasn't every day that a giant blob of spatial flesh, a rampaging seraphim, and a few dozen mages squared off against each other in Warshawa, but their collective efforts would make sure that today would be the last day of the city. Justitia didn't care for the city, and simply wanted to destroy the wrongdoers inside. Zhaggdu is here for the spawn of the dead time titan, trying to stomp out the flame before it will consume them all. The mages are happy to ignore any plight the city might have had, a single feather from that cursed mythical being, or a stable chunk of flesh from the descendant of a space titan would be enough to provide incredibly powerful equipment. The once sprawling city is deformed, hit by elemental blasts, and utterly dusted by the various attacks smashing upon the city.
Not that there are many left to care about the sorry state of the city, [Justitia, Seraphim of Judgement] made short work of the majority of the citizenry. She may be the biggest war criminal in any room at any given point, but her opponents are no slouches in their acts of evil either. Justitia has stopped counting their sins, it doesn't matter in the end anyway. Justitia might as well dust everyone in existence for daring to breathe the same air as her. She can practically sense the greed emanating from the mages, or the wrath coming from Zhaggdu. Ever since losing her blindfold, the world has grown so much more... disgusting.
Justitia dodges another rip in space, the being attempts to send her to a place that would no doubt be difficult to survive, if not outright kill her. Her extra wings are not something she minds, her maneuverability skyrocketed with the additional wings being revealed. Her opponents are no slouches, the mages are competent enough to works together to block attacks, and Zhaggdu's mastery of spatial magic allows him to evade attacks despite his size or inability to move. As it stands, it seems that no party is easily able to break the stalemate without another party intervening. Zhaggdu is wholly occupied with trying to get Justitia, and would certainly intervene if she moved too close to the mages. Causing a situation where despite it being a free-for-all, the mages have free rein from one of the taller buildings to fire from.
Justitia fires another blast of light at the mages, who expertly use the glass of the building to reflect it by temporarily turning it into a mirror, while it isn't enough on its own, their combined magical prowess makes up for it just fine. They quickly retaliate with a cloud of dark homing missiles, they all quickly lock-on to the brightest target available. Justitia responds by generating a powerful light infused crystal, and dropping it from the sky. The missiles chase the crystal, and detonate uselessly on the city. She learned that little trick from those jets flying over.
This charade goes on for a while longer, with the fight having turned into a game of cat and mouse, and everyone takes turns playing the cat. That is until Justitia notices something entering the building the mages have taken shelter in, she sends in some strong light attacks towards the mages, attempting to blind them. After a while, explosions blast the bottom of the building. The mages had reinforced the outside of the building against attacks, but probably didn't expect a precision detonation coming from within. Justitia tries to move on the now stranded mages, but is intercepted by a still furious Zhaggdu. She can however hear something from where the mages used a featherfall spell to land.

"CHAAARGE!" At the site of impact, a group of armed refugees fire at the mages, their attacks would normally be completely useless, but a dryad empowered their magazines with life magic. The bullets now carry a non-insignificant magical payload, and even with their bad aim they are still a serious threat. The situation worsens for the mages on the ground, when a spider with angel wings jumps in between their ranks, causing havoc while the refugees lay into them. The spider is too agile to hit while they are under fire, and every refugee they fail to kill instantly gets dragged off by plants, only to emerge shortly later to continue their assault.
Just as the mages manage to pin down the spider causing so much trouble, Zhaggdu was finally forced to retreat away from the fight with the Seraphim. And the freed up Seraphim barrels into the mages with a look of utter hatred on her face. Spells are launched at her in a vain attempt to slow her down, and the magic experts attempt to flee the field of battle. Their previous attackers never stopped attacking, not hesitating one bit to aid the woman who turned the city into an ashen wasteland within seconds. Any that aren't cut downed and turned to ash are gunned down, pounced on, or dragged off into recently manifested bushes. Zhaggdu recovers from its injuries with its short spat with Justitia, and tries to get the jump on both her and her allies by opening a 2-way portal connected to a black hole above their heads. Such an action would destroy Zhaggdu as well, but if it could destroy the star-spawn, it would be worth it.
Its actions weren't denied by any on the surface, but rather a thick tungsten rod that fell from far above, killing it instantly. The black caused by such a powerful weapon is nearly completely absorbed by the corpse of the shard of the space titan, and Justitia's allies are protected by a sphere of light that disintegrates the remaining shockwave itself before reaching them.
As the streets become quiet, Justitia looks around, before locking her gaze somewhere in front and below her. She disintegrated a way to whatever she sees, and bursts into a hidden bunker complex that was both recently built, and powerfully warded, but none can hide from the gaze of Judgement. She comes face to face with the last sinner in this city, those refugees and those old righteous... they deserve to breathe the same air she breathes. She takes a deep breath herself, inhaling some of the featureless sinless ash herself. The baron in front of her is absolutely terrified, and lacks any of his previous arrogance.
"The scales, where did you hide them." Justitia's voice reverberates slightly in a manner that surprises even her, but she shrugs it off.
"I sent those things to the headquarters of those damn cultists west of here, they deserve you." Justitia narrows her eyes at the weasel of a man, he wasn't lying the slightest bit in that sentence. Unfortunately for him, just because he's right, doesn't make what she is about to do wrong.
The slightest bit of arrogance that the baron regained quickly evaporates as Justitia wordlessly approaches, and raises the plasma cutter high.
