I woke up early in the morning, finding it hard to resist the allure of the surprisingly comfortable bed I was sleeping on. Failing to succumb to my own wants and desires I got up and decided to look for Rou. I found him up and about with the rest of the goblins just as early as yesterday, walking up to him I noticed a few of the goblins were trying to hide from me. No doubt that they don’t want to train like that again. I smiled as I greeted Rou and was surprised that unlike the goblins around him he asked immediately when the training will start. To the relief of the goblins hiding I told him that they don’t have to train today but can if they want to, I also told him that I'll be gone most of the day and will leave the training up to a few lesser liches I summoned. Giving my orders to the glitches I told them to only attack the goblins that ask and to only use level 8 skeletons at most. I also warned them not to kill any goblins while summoning 2 skeletal mages to protect the goblins during the training. Preparing to leave the village I found Rune meditating and told him that I'll be gone for most of the day and to tell Falz and Vari as well.
I followed the path out of the village and found myself walking towards my little mana farm once I got there I walked down to the first floor only to be a little perturbed. Only one room was full to the brim with mana shrooms and the remaining haven’t even got a single one. I found a few of the liches and asked them why only one room was full, the reply I got was that they thought I'd only want one room filled so I could do other stuff. I immediately asked them to start filling all the rooms with mana shrooms which got them moving fast, especially since I told them I'll be back in a few hours and hope that the first floor filled. I left the complex behind and walked to the clearing I was training in. I decided to summon a few more liches, 30 exactly and ordered them to summon constant streams of greater skeletons.
Before the first one was fully formed I was already on the move I still hadn’t attempted to use either the holy or demonic elements. I got into the dead center of the field and started to fired a holy mana bolt and was startled, it cost me 50 mana and destroyed the greater skeleton without damaging its bones in the slightest. Next I turned around and fired a demonic bolt which cost the same as the holy and was shocked as the skull I hit turned to a black ash instantly. Smiling to myself I decided to spend the next 2 hours experimenting with magic while fighting the greater skeletons.
The 2 hours passed in a blur as if it was a passing moment while it left me with a great impression of what I'm capable of. I spent a large amount of time combining and experimenting with the different elements and found that although I can combine up to 3 I'm lacking in control with melding more than 2. During the practice though elemental manipulation jumped up to the advance stage and elemental bolt gained a few levels as well. I found out that I can create several effects by manipulating the elements which isn’t half bad, for example when I combined lightning and wind I can create a paralyzing effect. I learned how to, paralyze, slow, poison and weaken with the elements as well. I also found that I'm completely immune to all of these effects due to Advance of the Drudge and my affinities. When I tested these effects on myself I gained a level in Advance of the Drudge.
After I finished the fight I gained another level and excess level and as a result I upgraded my AGI to G.AGI, one more and I'll have all greater stats. When I checked my stats I noticed that I still didn’t gain any health from increased G.VIT, I thought I'd only lose the improvements for when I evolve. Shame I could use more health if something got dangerous.
After the little bit of training I decided to try and improve my healing capabilities for one hour. I decided to try and create different forms of the lesser light heal as well as try making healing spells with the different elements which was more interesting than I thought since I lost track of time and spent an extra hour working on it. By the end of those 2 hours I couldn't help but smile as I got this interesting new ability.
Healing ArtsNovice 2Series of spells which are focused on healing the mind and body. Elements can both hurt or heal and each of them have various effects depending on the spells used.
Spell List:
Lesser light heal: 30 Mana
Flames Warmth: 120 Mana
Supporting Wind: 50 Mana
Basic Heal: 20 Mana
Repair: 150 Mana
Revitalise: 200 Mana
Ludwins Pulse: 5000 Mana
Purity: 1000 Mana
Demons Stitch: 200 Mana
Dark caress: 100 Mana
Out of all of these healing skills a few really stuck out to me which a few of them seem darn right over powered. Each of them have their own effects which I like very much but for the sake of consistency I'll go over all of them except lesser light heal.
Flames Warmth is a regeneration skill that with steadily heal you and boost your stamina recovery, since I dont have stamina this is almost useless to me. Supporting Wind is a small heal which slightly increases the user's speed. Basic heal is quite literally a simple heal spell and is twice as strong as lesser light heal. Repair is simply that it repairs things. Revitalise is a strange spell that shocks your whole body causing pain everywhere but it greatly heals any wound. It also has the effect to remove minor toxins from your system and speed up the patient's reaction speed temporarily.
Ludwin's pulse is a very interesting spell since it doubles the user's natural regeneration while in use and heals the user every minute of use. The pulse also seems to push things away from me as well which is cool.
Purity essentially removes status effects and will regenerate lost limbs while healing.
Demon’s Stitch is a very powerful heal as it will close any and all wounds and heal a great deal of HP, on the negative side is that it also leaves a scar which can become infected and will leave a status effect of either poison or diseased if you have little resistance.
Dark Caress is a very nice spell since it heals both physical and mental fatigue.
As soon as I was finished with the Healing arts I returned to the liches in the complex and was pleased to find that the whole place was now filled to the brim with mana shrooms. Out of curiosity I asked the leading lich what they did with the earth they removed to make the complex as well ask if they had any excess mana shrooms. The lich didn’t say anything and instead I got a window pop up.
Lesser Lich Ander would like to transfer some item to your inventory: 4,893 tons of earth, 39 tons of rocks, 29 tons of coal and 560,320 mana shrooms Yes/no
Accepted the trade and proceed to absorb 480,000 mana shrooms to increase my total man up to 25 million and store the rest for later use. I order them to start continue collecting the mana shrooms and to construct a 3rd floor as a laboratory of sorts. Leaving them I start walking back to the village while constantly making amalgam healing potions for some later tests and learn that although I can create not much over a 1000, if I try to make any more that 20 in a minute I start feeling the mental stress. On my way back I stop a small freshwater pond I've past a few times and collect a flash of water, once I put a cork on it I got a notification saying that Craft Inventory can now create bottled water. I started creating bottles of water on my way back to town since I could create more and would be more useful for my ideas later. Interestingly I created over 1000 bottles of water before I got back and all of them were simple glass bottles instead of flasks. I need to have a deeper look into how this skill works later.
When I returned to the village I was pleasantly greeted with a small goblin that told me that Roa is busy training. Out of curiosity I went to whats more or less became the villages traning grounds and watched as Roa and 12 other goblins were training against some level 8 skeletons I was pleasantly stunned when I noticed that the goblins that tried to skip the other days training were here as well. I left them as they were without being noticed and went to find Falz, Rune and Vari.
When I found them Falz was fighting Rune and Vari in his Dark id form and they seemed to be roughly equals. Falz stopped mid fight and noticed me while Rune and Vari slumped to the ground.
(Rune): “Where have you been young lady? We’ve been worried si...”
Silenced by Falz punching his jaw out of place, Vari takes over before I could say anything.
(Vari): “Shut up Rune she went to train in the forest.”
(Dark): “So what have you guys been up to?”
(Falz): “We’ve been playing some games and training against each other, we’ve also...”
I talked with them for an hour about what they did and what I did, Falz has been improving the control of his Dark id form and found that he’s the strongest among them when he’s using it. Rune has been improving the control of his mana martial arts skills and now steadily recovers health and mana almost as fast as I do. Vari on the other hand hasn’t done anything as impressive, she’s just been training her speed and strength. I said my goodbyes for the rest of the day and went to see if Rou finished his training. He was still training so I left to go back to the complex.
I spent my time walking back practicing manipulating mana making it do various thing to improve my manipulation abilities which in turn improved a lot of my skills somewhat. When I reach the complex I walked down to the new 3rd floor that was still in the middle of construction and was please that in the 2 and a half hours I've been gone the place is already one third of the way done. I was about to sit down and do some experiments and see what I could craft but I decided that I should do some more intense training and left for the clearing, once I got their I summoned a few lesser liches and ordered them to only attack me with skeletal mages. I started fighting a small horde of the skeletons when decided to fight them only using my mana shields and fists. About an hour into fighting I started taking almost consistent damage from the skeleton mages and gained some proficiency in weapon mastery when a pop up said shield has been added alongside Unarmed. After another half an hour I started to take more damage that I naturally healed and started using various healing arts from then on, it got pretty painful after a while. I spent a total of 4 hours fighting skeletal mages and which lead to training various skills such as mana barrier, shield and unarmed mastery, healing arts and flash blade. When I finally finished the fight I leveled up with another excess level and finally got the last greater stat when 2 windows popped up.

Interesting I wonder why I only got stat gains after this training session, in fairness this has been my most difficult. Even better it's possible to get even better forms of the stats now that will be use full. Feeling full of myself I went back down to the complex and asked Ander if he has any more excess mana shroom and I couldn’t snort at how much he had just given me.
2.1 million mana shroom in a trade was some what absurd. I was tempted to consume them all for mana right their and then but decided to hold off on the since I wanted to try crafting some things on the now complete 3rd floor.
I sat down on the floor of one of the rooms and pulled out an amalgam healing potion and started using eidolons craft with basic heal and in the next minute I got a window telling me I crafted a Greater healing potion and could now do so with Craft Inventory. I repeated the process a few times with the basic heal and got several variations of healing potions from false healing potions to Greater healing potions. I tried the same with some of the other healing spells and was intrigued when healing potions of various grades with the added effects of the spell used, Ludwins Pulse actually gave me a very interesting restorative potion which steadily fully restores a consumer's health, mana and stamina for half an hour called Steady Restore. I wouldn’t have been able to create it if I didn’t increase my mana pool as well, what was worse though what the migraine which followed.
After a 20 minute break waiting for the migraine to fade I got back to work and started some of my other ideas. I took out a water bottle and used eidolons craft and manabolt and wasn’t surprised when the bottle exploded. I repeated the same process but this time I added a chopped up mana shroom to the water, I even got a notification saying I made a crude mana potion. Next I repeated the same as my first attempt and was pleased as it became a bottle of mana bolts which was very interesting. When I read the description I summoned a greater skeleton and threw the bottle at it. Once the bottle broke several mana bolts started across the greater skeleton destroying it instantly. This will be use full, thinking that I create a second and put it in my inventory, I also created another and tried to pour the contents out only for a small stream of mana bolts to start from the mouth of the bottle. Once finished I put the bottle in my inventory as well.
Now onto my final idea for today, I start by creating a box out of some greater skeleton and skeleton mage bones while using eidolons craft to shape the box and strengthen it with elemental manipulation. I made a lid for the boz and crafted a barrier into the box to prevent magic from getting in or out. Second, I gathered 200 mana shrooms and chopped them up as fine as I could then started crafting the pulp into a mana crystal using elemental and mana manipulation with some help from eidolons craft at the end. Once it was created I put it into the center of the box and started to meld it with the bottom of it. Once finished I made some smaller mana crystals at the corners of the box melded again. I began to enchant the crystals with eidolons craft enchanting the corner crystals with raw mana greatly empowering them. The center crystal was then enchanted with Create Entity specifically greater skeletons and 2 mage skeletons and specific intent for each. It was costly and extremely painful to make this but I was more than glad that I did. I plan on giving a few of these to the goblin village before I leave for Folous.
Training Spawner Level 15This spawner is created with the purpose of training whoever opens the lid and can spawn monsters up to level 15. This spawner will spawn a greater skeleton and 2 skeleton mages at level 15 or lower when opened depending on combatants level. Greater skeleton with attack while skeleton mages will prevent combatants death and heal them before vanishing once skeleton or combatants defeat.
Exactly what I was hoping for, the small white box looks like it's made of white wood and could simple store things, I put it away in my inventory. As I get up and get ready to leave Ander offers a trade with me and gives me another 1.9 million mana shrooms. I started walking casually to the Gob-village when an idea struck me. I take out a water bottle and start to use Eidolons craft on the water while I walk. It took 20 minutes before I was finished and during that time the water steadily became what it is now, a phosphorescent yellow with specks of silver floating inside. When I got a window saying what I could now create I was met with it name being blanked out with an absurdly high mana value at 70 million. Without second thought I drank the whole thing as I came into view of the village. Rou started walking up to me and before he even got half way I fell to the ground clutching my head, dropping the glass I was about to put away. Rou, Falz and Rune saw me suddenly collapse and sprint towards me screaming something I simple can’t focus on. My body went limp and I couldn’t open my eyes, pain surged all around me and it felt like years was passing. I was conscious and in ever increasing agony for the time I was suffering and when the pain finally stopped I opened my eyes and noticed everything, literally everything in my vision it was strange. I didn’teven need to turn my head to notice the notifications at the side of my head.
Due to reaching max level and exceeding limitations of skill Observe has evolved into Godly Observe.
Due to Unexpected circumstances Advance of the Drudge was forced to become Advance level 4 Improving resistances to 60%.
You consumed and survived Sight of the Observer, a potion few can say to exist even among the gods. For surviving Sight of the Observer Visual prowess has been maxed and relevant skills improved.
Well that’s something, what's more that I can simultaneously observe and read everything in my sight. This is going to be useful when I adapt to it. I walk out of the house I woke up at and find that all the goblins stop and looked at me, I catch Rou in the sight of my peripherals talking with Vari, Rune and Falz. They notice me when all the goblins stopped and when I started walking towards them.
(Dark): “How long have I been in bed?”
(Rou): “You’ve been unconscious for 3 days, screaming in your sleep.”
(Dark): “I was conscious the whole time, in agony… it felt longer.”
Everyone say the look in my eyes and I could tell what they felt since I was reading it of their profiles I was observing.
(Falz): “You nearly died Darkness, what was it that you did to end up like that?”
(Rune): “It was something hard wasn’t it?”
(Dark): “ I created a potion called Sight of the Observer and when I drank it my head started burning, I collapsed and then the pain spread and grew constantly from then till I got up. It greatly improved my Observe skill but I wouldn’t recommend trying to do that ever.”
(Vari): “How did you survive that thing, your health constantly dropped until a weird pulse started coming of you every minute.”
(Dark): “I’m guessing that I only survived because I used an ability I've got called Ludwins Pulse to try and heal myself. I only got the skill the day I collapsed.”
I talked with them for an hour about how I was doing and if I was thinking to do such a thing again. I basically told them I'm not an idiot and changed the subject of the goblins training. Most of them have gotten to level 16 while a few have managed to get to level 18-19 such as Rou and the goblins I saw training the day I collapsed. Rune, Vari and Falz are the same level as before but they gained a sizable number of stats while I was down.
I left them and returned to the house I woke up in and decided that I should rest until tomorrow and let the remnants of the change fade. Before I went to sleep I created another one of those potions manually which took another 20 minutes and then observed it.
Sight of the ObserverThis potion is a perfect recreation of the ancient potion sight of the observer and as a result has the exact same properties. These potions were created by a god of enchanting whose creations were always craved by the other gods. The god that originally created these potions was killed in pursuit of his potions of godly skills this one being the only skill ever captured before the gods disappearance to a more mundane world. The very god that witnessed your initial death. He/she has been watching over you and is glad to see this type of power went to someone interesting.
Mana value: 70,000,000
AEXP: 1,000,000,000
I consumed the potion for the AEXP and past out on the only large bed in the house while thinking about what I just learned.
