* Archaemenes (Archs): Spies from Machia Veil, skilled in recording and tracking RayCrests as they code through reality. They use these codes for interdimensional travel and often have nefarious intentions.

* Arcuans: Benign aliens from Planet Atelis, characterised by their quest for higher consciousness. Made of energy that transforms and multiplies. In ancient times, they also occupied organisms for study.

* Artinian: An Aurial code for gathering information before creating a coding change. Comes after the Oran Sacramenta of Fealty and before a changing Aurial code.

* Aurial Code: Energy that, when moved in certain directions, changes the fabric of reality. Mastered by RayCrests and bestowed by the Aurial Plenum.

* Aurial Plenum: Wise supreme beings, guiding the Four Parallels. They provide knowledge and codes to the RayCrests.

* Ballan: A senior Aurial code that allows RayCrests to observe from adjacent frequency realities. It restricts movement within the code to a small space.

* Ballanair: A Ballan in a known frequency where exploration is allowed.

* Charax Code: An acrobatic choreography that expulses enemies fifty yards away, used when surrounded.

* Gantemer: An Aurial code that can make matter change direction.

* LitSpear: (***spoiler alert***) Nate’s Arcuan family, which multiplied into hundreds to search for their missing members.

* Markan: An Aurial code for stopping time single-handedly.

* Markarian: An Aurial code for stopping time in a group, with a longer-lasting effect.

* Multidimensional Humans: In this book, humans live in various planes of consciousness, swapping between them to raise their awareness and maintain universal harmony.

* Oran Sacramenta of Fealty: An Aurial code for permission to modify the fabric of reality. An oath of loyalty to the Aurial Plenum.

* Pinner Lines: (***spoiler alert***) Orange lights of coding that, when touched, cause pain, suffering, and lower vibrations. Primarily found in Machia Veil.

* Primul cypher: An Arch version of the Waterli shield.

* RayCrests: Residing in Veil One, they are a blend of old human souls and benevolent alien beings. They possess knowledge and abilities to code reality, elevate human consciousness, and create new realities.

* Solstice Bridge (SB): An artificial portal connecting Machia Veil to Quotidian, activated only during the summer and winter solstices. Excessive crossings through SB have caused an imbalance in The Four Parallels.

* Timeline Veils: These represent levels of consciousness influenced by life events, ranging from the lower vibrations of Machia Veil to the higher realms of enlightenment in Veil One.

* Waterli shield: An Aurial code that builds a protective shield of purple light around the body.
