Within a full sennight Rojaahn was able to confirm his suspicions about the structure of the prison. Which also meant that there was a strong possibility that it was constructed by God King Azazel, and it fell to my person that I was the one who would need to break such news. However, I chose to forgo such a thing, as this other one who came from such a prison called herself "Azazel". It was believed, at that time, that the God of Gluttony would lash out at her person. Therefore, we would forgo making mention of such speculations towards the other.

For now, though, the little girl-child was frowning as she stood before my person. We were within the Midnight Castle's greathall, whereupon I sat on a throne of endarkened marble which appeared to have been molded upwards from the floor by way of magick. Of course, this was so, as I did not much care for the gilded objects many other kings had created for their person to sit upon.

To my right was another marble throne, but one which held the colour of freshly fallen snow, and upon it sat my wife, Sarah. Whereas to my left, and a little behind my person sat Sia and Shauu. Of whom were substitutes for Brutus, as he had the duties of subjugating those who would not conform to the Laws of Terra willingly. As well as to outright slay all who opposed our rights to ruling over the world.

No. I did not just demand or conform all living beings to such ideas. Instead, I had others demand that for my person in the form of fire and the sword. If so, then they would live, but if not? Well, I believe all know of the answer to this.

In any case, Azazel number two had sat down upon a small, sofa-like chair which was brought over by one of my Undying skeletons, and fussed about the plain, one-piece dress my Chosen had picked out for her. Of course, Sarah had joined in on the fun, as one would in her position. As to why we had gathered together? It was to decide the fate of the one before us, as I was loathe to just send her person away due to her appearance as a child.

"So," my voice drawled slowly as I brought all attention upon the present, "Where are you from, Azazel number two?"

"Why do you call me 'number two'?" She spoke in a sweet voice, one which created the imagery of flowers and singing birds before their ultimate demise fell upon their heads.

"There is another we know of who calls herself thusly," came my reply, whilst my eyes bore into her entire being, causing her small body to squirm under the glare. This led to Sarah reaching over to grip my right paw gently, whilst giving it a small squeeze in order to release her person from my gaze. In turn, it allowed the other to sigh with relief, and beam a smile towards my wife. Whereupon she did flinch once my glare returned.

"Where are you from?" I repeated once more, not wishing to stall any longer.

"Um... Azzarath?"

"Was that a query, or a claim?"

"Yes?" To which I sighed with great exasperation whilst Sarah leaned over in order to voice her own opinion.

"Ageless," she spoke softly, but not soft enough for the other. For she heard such words, and did flinch greatly before my eyes. Which led to my person holding up my paw towards her person in order to address the other.

"You flinched at my name of Ageless, why?" Once more, she repeated such an action and squirmed greatly upon the chair her body had rested upon.

Again, Sarah sought to intervene on the other's behalf, but was held back by Sia and Shauu as I stalked forward whilst calling upon my magicks. This was so, as I intoned the spell called, "<>," and watched as several dozen silvered spell circles erupted around Azazel number two's position, compelling her mind to only speak truthfully until I release her person.

"Where. Are. You. From?" came my words of frustration as my form grew larger and full of shadowed energies which crackled about my form.

From this, the Azazel before us spoke with widened eyes full of tears, "I am from Azzarath."

This led to my person calming down as I returned to my throne. Whereupon I did ask, "Why did you hesitate, and why did you flinch at the name of Ageless?" Once more, she did flinch and tried to forgo speaking such things. Unfortunately for her, the spell circles were built up to not only force her to speak the truth, but to compel the target, too.

"My... father," she spoke hesitantly, trying to fight against the compulsion, but ultimately lost as her eyes glazed over from the strength of the spell, "My father was a God King many a year ago, and chose to walk down the path of the Ageless. Not only did he succeed, but had to leave after what my sister did to me, as well as his retaliation for responding so negatively for such an action."

"Hmm," my voice hummed softly, whilst my mind contemplated upon what next to ask.

However, instead of my person speaking the next query, it came from my beloved wife, "What did he become when he ascended to the level of Ageless?"

"He became the one known as The Outcast for his part in retaliation against my sister's choices."

*

From what we were able to piece together, during the process of The Outcast's ascension, the sister of the Azazel before us was against the entirety of it all. For it involved him needing to absorb the essences of two other beings in order to gain their gifts as I had gained my own. Of whom were close friends of their family.

Yes. All three desired to ascend, but could not due to the fact that there were only a small handful of beings who held the Spark of Purity. For all others desired Absolute Power or All Knowledge, as opposed to gaining that which was necessary for life itself. Instead, these beings would simply search out an already constructed world with life, and take over its management.

What is more, such places would soon fall to ruin due to an imbalance of gifts running rampant throughout those that governed such worlds. As the Spark of Purity was needed for nearly everything. From birth to the creation of crops, as well as the creation of the elements. All this and more came from the Sparks, but none desired to take the time necessary to use it. Instead, they chose an easier route, and slew all life upon the worlds they tried to govern.

Ah, for those of whom are confused, all of this occurred many a millennia ago. Which means that this Azazel was quite old, and perhaps the other as well.

In any case, the one she claimed to be her father held a Spark of Purity. One of which only those of whom could be counted upon one clawed hand were within the Universe. Yes. He also desired to ascend after gaining such a thing. Of which led to a sort of competition between himself and the other two who held the Gift of All Knowledge, as well as the Gift of Absolute Power.

Yes. This competition was to the death, and yes, her supposed father was victorious. However, once he journeyed towards the All being, her sister had gathered together a force of Gods and Goddesses who were to be used in subjugating their father. This, in turn, caused her own person to become quite upset and brought about a few defenders to fight against this army.

Here is where she was unclear about some things, as she was not exactly present for much of the battle due to her and one other guarding the ascension process. For there were many who dared to try and sneak their way into wherever it was they were at. I believe she called it a "Sanctum", of some sort. Whereas the outside of such a place was bloody and full of strife as the army grew closer and closer.

Once they had reached this place, and opened the doors, did their father awaken into something more. The way this Azazel described the creature was very much like my own form, but less solidified. Yes. They did attack the creature, and yes, they were driven back. However, they were outright killed once it became known that they were here to slay his person. What is more, the one before us could not speak of what happened next.

Why? It was not within her memory to recall such a thing. Instead, the being that was their father became The Outcast, and fled from their persons. This led to a conflict between the sisters. One in which caused this one to lose as she was bound and tossed into the sphere in which I had discovered her person within.
