Kevin looked at all of this and smiled and he reached out his hand. The figure in the sand dust came forward and shook hands with Kevin and said “Kevin, It's been a long time since we met right? How are you?”
Kevin looked at her with a smile adorning his face as he asked “I'm fine Kylie. What about you?”
A six-meter-tall Kylie had black hair and eyes a well-toned body and appropriate muscles that blessed her with a feminine charm, she showed a charming smile on her face upon hearing Kevin’s question, and replied warmly “What about me? I am doing very well, Kevin. Recently I gave birth to a lovely boy and I'm doing better than ever.”
Kevin's smile froze for a fraction of a moment due to his unreciprocated affection for Kylie during his time as a soldier. She chose someone else as her life partner, so he's a little jealous and has bitterness towards her. Since it's been a very long time, his feelings for her have mostly faded away.
He organized himself and spoke out with a heartfelt smile “Good for you, I would like to visit your kid sometime later.”

Kevin looked at her and said with a solemn expression “This task is very problematic and we may lose some of our soldiers in the process. So it's best to be prepared for all situations. Have you equipped everything for our entry into the wilderness and for tracking down the snake?”
Kevin became serious regarding the mission as usual. Otherwise, he wouldn't selected as the major of the troop. He has not affected his mission due to his emotions till now, and Kylie also knew about this. So when he seemed serious, even though she didn't completely know about the abilities of the giant snake. She knew she had to take the mission more seriously, due to Kevin’s solemnity.

After going through all of this, she replied to him in a formal tone “Major Kevin we prepared everything according to the intelligence. If you are ready, we can depart at any time.”
Kevin nodded his head and then instructed his soldiers to get their belongings. In the meantime, he also packed his stuff with the assistance of the soldiers from the border defense army.
While Kylie ordered her soldiers to land from the sky and made them understand the seriousness of the task. Kevin's troop soldiers one by one boarded the eagle with the help of fierce eagle soldiers. Major Kevin also climbed onto the Major Kylie eagle and looked at the tail behind her which was the major reason for her being able to become a Major of the flying troop. Kylie also chuckled at this statement and said “I heard that our native continent is multiple times larger than the current continent and the rivers the size of Riya are average there. I don't know if I can visit our native continent at least one time.”
Kevin shook his head as he said with a denial “You are thinking too much. If what was recorded in the books is true, then it's better not to visit our native continent. Even our Divine Race has struggled very hard to survive there and left. So, it's better to be here in the Weakhm continent.”
Kylie shrugged her soldier and admitted nonchantedly “Yeah! you are right. It's better to be here than the native continent.”
With this statement, their conversation became dead and they focused on their respective tasks. Kevin formulated a plan for the snake, while Kylie guided her troop and increased the morale and courage of the soldiers with her capabilities.
Because the long river made it very hard for them to cross, with no space to rest in between them, and their food backup for the eagles also needed to be well-planned. As the large animals eat much more, their supply won't last if they eat more or become tired.
They traveled like this for a very long distance, and after half a day of travel, one of the eagles became tired and flew very low. Seeing this, Major Kylie became anxious and whistled, to summon two veteran team captains. Michael saluted and whistled loudly and took over the command for now. At the same time, Dick flew back and bought his team of soldiers and followed Kylie's eagle obediently without saying anything. Kevin looked at all of this and remained silent without saying anything, as he didn't know much about what was happening with their whistling method of contacting each other.
He only knew why they whistle and the basic reason for that, but he did not know the complex meaning of the different types of whistles that they were using. So with a patient expression, he stood on the eagle as steady as a mountain and was ready to face any type of situation.
