Chapter 67-Soul Imprint Plate

Chapter 67-Soul Imprint Plate

“COME OUT NOW OR I WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING HERE!” Kallee’s loud voice echoes throughout this villa.

Mao and Yukira both hurried out to meet these intruders.

“Haha milord what can I do for you?” Mao asks respectfully the moment he saw Kallee and Denzel. He could truly feel how strong Kallee was but the person beside her not so much. He could feel the Ancestor qi leaking out from him but it seems weak. Mao felt like if it was a battle to the death he could take him on at a cost through.

“Where is the boy?” Denzel said cutting to the chase. He has no time to waste with these  peasants.

“What boy could you mean?” Mao asks. “Can you be more specific?”

With an irritated expression, “Kallee show them the boy we are trying to find,” Denzel growls. Pain was still buzzing all over his body.

Kallee stepped forward and an image of Lintian appeared in the air. You see when Kallee saw the trail leading back to this clan she already had a hunch it would be someone from this clan because no matter where that trail leads it eventually leads back to this resident.

When Kallee went back to Denzel he was heavily dosed on medication. So she took the extra effort and began to do some research on the family. She found out that this family has 6 heaven realm expert in total. 2 Ancestor realm cultivators but both are back in the continent of Japan. They wanted to spread their family influence so they sent the daughter with Mao to this continent. It was also to get them out of the way for the Patriarch competition between the 13 siblings. Lastly Kallee retrieved memories from Damon’s brain. It is easier to retrieve recent memories from a diving brain then past memories therefore Kallee was able to get a semi decent video of Damon’s final fight. From Damon’s memory Kallee could determine the little boys height, and mass. From there she was able to have a decent guess of the boy’s age.

After that she did some scouting work. Well more like getting her servants to look for her profile of the child. The servant came back with all the children in the family and they also found out that Lintian was the only child that was missing. The only problem that came up was that Lintian’s cultivation did not match the boy who was in the ninja suit. She derived this by account the time and distance when Damon caught up and combined it with the known body martial art skill of this family. From this she derived that Lintian must be near the first of the martial realm. If this was any other normal child she would be right but Lintian is pretty much the opposite of normal. Lintian had the Emperor’s step which was a rank 4 skill. Normally a child cannot master such a skill at his level but Lintian could and that is why Kallee’s calculations were off.

Kalle instead chose to discard that information about cultivation and limits. She chose to believe that the fox might have been helping this child out and was hiding it from his family. Therefore even through she was not one hundred percent accurate it did arrive to the correct result.

“Th, th, that is Lintian,” Mao stammers. “Why are you looking for my son?”

“Your son has committed a crime on the highest level!” Kallee shouted. “Assisting and helping a demonic beast!”

“My son is a good child,” Mao answers back. “It’s not possible could you have made a mistake?”

“Silence!”

Mao was scared so was his wife and everyone around. Mao was shocked for a couple seconds but managed to recuperate. His whole family and clan was at stake here. If he makes the wrong move who knows what these people would do.

“Let me ask you again where are you hiding the child?” Denzel stern voice rang out.

“Milord I do not know. We are searching for him at this very instant too,” Mao replies. It was the truth.

“We know! Give us his soul imprint plate!” Denzel roars. The pain medication was wearing off. He was irritated and the pain was driving him mad. Every family would have a soul imprint plate of their family members. This plate allows them to check on their status. It shows the family if they are dead or alive. It also has a second function and that is to know the location of the said imprint within a thousand mile radius of the plate. The problem is that Lintian does not have a soul imprint plate here yet. Mao was simply so busy that he forgot. Yukira always assumed that Lintian had a soul imprint plate.

“Milord my child’s soul imprint plate is still over in China with my family. It will take at least 2 weeks for it to get here.”

“Enough of your lies. I haven't known a single family who does not make back ups for their own children!” Denzel howls and flings out his hand in anger. A wave of Ancestor qi flew out killing 3 guards in that direction.

A case of content theft: this narrative is not rightfully on Amazon; if you spot it, report the violation.

Everyone shuddered but no one screamed. They were all trained assassin here. Mao realized that even through his qi was weak it would still be stronger than his by a long shot.

“I will repeat this one more time! IF I DON’T SEE THAT SOUL IMPRINT PLATE IN MY HAND IN ONE MINUTE OR WE WILL MASSACRE EVERYONE HERE!” His voice exploding with rage as he pops a pain killer pill into his mouth.

Mao was growing frantic, “my lord if we have the soul imprinting plate of my son Lintian wouldn’t we have used it and found him already?” He tried to reason but Denzel would not listen.

“Fine you want to play this game?” Denzel smiles evilly. “Every second you waste here I will have Kallee kill someone in this field right here.”

“One!”

Kallee waves her hand and one of the guards dropped dead.

“AAHHHH! RUN” Everyone was screaming.

“Milord! We really don’t have it! Whatever my son has done let me pay the price! Don’t hurt anyone here!” Mao screams frantically. His wife behind him was dead silent calculating every possible escape. Except there was none. She does not want to give up her son. She would rather die herself than give him up. She already lost him once and wasn't  about to lose him again.

“SILENCE! ANY OF YOU RUN AND YOU WILL ALL DIE HERE!” Denzel shouts.

Everyone froze in place.

“You? How can you pay the price that your 8 year old son committed? How?” Denzel barks in Mao’s face. “Two!” He shouts as he walks away.

Boom! Another one dies.

“I, I,” stammers Mao. Sweat flooding down his forehead like a broken dam.

“THREE!” Another one fell to the ground lifeless.

“AARGGHHH!” one of the guards yells charging towards Kallee like a madman.

“Four!” The charging guard exploded. Fresh blood rains everywhere, staining everyone here.

“Please! Don’t do this! I swear that I don’t have Lintian’s soul imprint plate!” Mao cries. He knew each and every one of the guards that were killed just now. Even through he was busy he has never negligent to chat with everyone that works for him. It creates an inseparable loyalty to the clan.

“FIVE!” Another one fell to the floor.

Seeing no chance of escape or possibility of living Mao did what every animal that is cornered will do. Lash out at his attacker.

The heaven realm qi in Mao’s dantian spiked. QI swirls around him like a whirl when he blast forward to try and cut Denzel down. Except the moment he got within 2 feet of Denzel thousands of tiny translucent chains burst forward to restrain him. They all missed because of the Moonlight Dancing skill that Mao used. He created an illusion of himself a whole feet ahead of himself. Except when the chains missed it detected Mao’s real location and burst forth to restrain him.

Denzel had an arrogant know it all smile on his face. As he walks over to Mao while pulling out a black sword.

“I wonder how everyone would feel if I kill you? Is one child really that important to you?” Denzel chuckles.

“Hmph,” Mao snorted in disdain and laughs out loud wildly like a crazy person.

“You must not have been love as a child,” Mao said without a care in the world seeing, as he was about to die anyway.

A cold glint flashes across his eyes as he raised his sword. Hacking towards Mao’s head like an execution.

“NOOOO!” Yukira screams out tears sprinting away from her eyes as she ran towards Mao.

In Mao’s eyes everything was in slow motion. His very existence flash before his eyes. Memories from when he was a baby till now flood before his very eyes.

“STOP!” A deep dark and ominous voice rings like a Sunday morning church bell through everyone’s head.
