The night walk soon ended once Chimaru and I got too tired to keep going, so we stopped after five hours of trail. The following day, I woke up to a surprise: Chimaru was sleeping over me, all nonchalantly, over my flat chest. "Hey! Wake up, perv!" I shook Chimaru for a few seconds without much luck until he finally woke up after several minutes of constant shaking.
"Wha!? Wha!? Who dares disturb my pleasurable sleep!?" Chimaru exclaims so happily and carelessly while innocently trying to act like I wouldn't notice his hands trying to touch me, to which I respond by slapping his hands away from me. "Boundries Chimaru! We are not like that at all yet!"
"It will only be a matter of time," Chimaru says while holding an incredibly smug face, followed by an indecent slap on my butt, which I follow up by slapping him harder than ever, sending the poor kid flying against a nearby tree but what he says after receiving such a punishment just sickens me "Worth it!"
What was I going to do with a horny kid like that? Should I just ditch him? No! If he dies now because I left him alone in the woods, I will surely bring myself even more bad Karma, which I don't need right now; goddammit, bringing him along was a mistake. He is harassing me!
I'll just deal with the consequences of taking him along. I do plan to make him take the blame for everything. After all, I guess letting him do that is fair since I will have him take the fall for everything should things go wrong. I am a genuinely despicable person, you say? So what do I care! I've said it countless times before! I am no hero of justice.
Almost all my decisions are made with my own survival and flourishing in mind. If I also care about others, it is only a secondary goal since I am not about to die for someone else like my Father, Buster, and his friend Thomas. I am not evil, but I will not go out of the way to help.
Just look at how this world treats good people like Buster or Thomas; they both got the short end of the stick and does anyone else other than me care? Nobody does! If I die, who would care? Nobody! I do have a strange feeling in my gut; however, somehow, a part of me refuses to believe Buster is dead.
I mean, that guy was mighty by all accounts and also had powers beyond my comprehension. It just doesn't make sense in my mind to think someone like Buster is dead, but at this point, does it even matter? Whether Buster is dead or alive doesn't matter right now when there is next to nothing I can do to save him if he is alive.
In many ways, I wish for Buster to be dead, for I don't even want to think about what they're putting him through if he somehow survived the attack and became a prisoner of the Emperor. "Hey, Big Sis! what's that over there?" Chimaru asks while we walk on the same dirt path until I stop to see where he is pointing.
To my dismay, what he soon points at turns out to be three little Magi Bear cubs slowly rolling and playing on the floor just a couple feet away from us down a downstream water river. "Oh shit, Chimaru, we have to get away from here. Don't go any closer." I tell him, knowing full well that a mama bear had to be lingering nearby.
Chimaru, however, totally ignores my orders and stupidly goes down the stream to check the little cubs out, who soon start making weird, growling noises while they run away from him. "Hey! Come here! I just wanted to play! Aw! No fair!" Chimaru carelessly exclaims while my blood pressure rises to an all-time high while, thinking we have been granted a lucky break.

{Bear GROWL}
"Oh fuck! Oh fuck!" I couldn't avoid cursing as I heard the growling right behind me, which was so loud and clear. I soon realized that the Bear had been watching everything from above, and we didn't even notice until now when it pushed me toward dumb Chimaru with so much strenght I felt a couple of my ribs breaking from the impact.
{ROAR}
The Bear roared with so much anger that I felt chills down every fiber of my body, all while Chimaru still didn't seem to catch the memo about what trouble he had gotten me into. "What is that?" Chimaru stupidly asks as I struggle to come to my feet, choosing to ignore him for now.
I'd eaten well before coming on the trip, so the injuries from the Bear soon healed, but I now found myself being charged by a massive Bear that wanted to rip me apart and eat me like a snack, followed by Chimaru as dessert. "It's a Magi Bear, you idiot! What do you think it is? SHIT! UUUGH!"
The Bear moves with so much power and speed that it takes almost all out of me just to move out of its deadly paw's way. FUCK! My knives only last for a couple of strikes before the Bear's strenght manages to shatter them into pieces, forcing me to improvise by grabbing rocks and sticks from the ground while Chimaru hides behind a tree, watching me get jumped without doing anything.
{LOUD GROWL}
"Ugh! Chimaru! I don't want to be the little help gal, but! A little help!?" I try to plead for help from Chimaru, but he doesn't say anything and just hides away, scared behind another tree a little further away from me and the killed Bear, trying to rip my head off.
{GROWL!}
"AHHHH! FINE YOU LITTLE SHIT! GRADE FIRST!" Without many options and with the fleeting support of my 'companion,' I had no other choice but to use the power of the KP engine grade one, which would multiply my strenght at the cost of body deterioration since I still wasn't very familiar with it.
My body soon started steaming almost uncontrollably until the Bear began to tear into me, to which I responded by targeting the beast's eyes and nose with a rock in my left hand. "UUUGH! UUUUUUGGH! AHHHH! AHHHG!" {Bear grunts and growls} The bloodied Bear stops attacking me for a second, leaving me also bloodied and hurt against a rock until it resumes its devastating attack on me, this time targeting my face.
Since I couldn't see very well with my blood-covered eyes, I failed to recognize the Bear's line of attack, which meant that it quickly grabbed my face, bitting it with so much strenght and violence it sent me crashing against the floor while mauling me to death.
"AHHHHHHH! AHHHHHHHGG!!" Even though I hate to admit it, I was in full panic mode at this point, trying to get the Bear away from me. I soon started mindlessly punching its chest with all my might while it kept ripping parts of my face off, starting with both of my eyes with a single bite.
"MOTHERFUCKER! I am not going to die! NOT LIKE THIS! AHHHHHH!!" With the adrenaline pumping incredibly high and without anything more in my mind, I place all of my efforts into punching the Bear until I finally feel my strenght increase in my last punch, which finally pierces right through the Bear's chest, letting me pull it's heart right out of it's body as it tumbles and Growls and my regeneration kicks in with so much available blood near me.
{Grunt followed by heavy breathing noises from Annabel}
"Big sis! Are you okay?" Chimaru's voice makes my blood boil while I slowly start regenerating my face and damaged body by drinking the beast's blood. It took around a minute for my regeneration to heal my face entirely, so until then, I just kept drinking its blood.
"Didn't I tell you not to fall behind!? Goddamit Chimaru, you're going to get me killed! Just follow my orders and do as I say! I can't have you following me if you are going to do whatever the fuck you want!" I angrily yell at him, taking all of my pent-up rage and anger toward him, and for a good reason; I mean, good fucking grief.
"I-I-I am sorry, big sis. I thought they were friendly." Chimaru starts crying as I finish scolding him, looking at him with rage and disdain since he almost got me killed, but fate smiled at me this time. "Magi Bears are not friendly. Almost no creature from the forest is! Next time, just do what I tell you to do!"
"I'm sorry! I won't do it again! I am sorry!"
