After ten minutes Catherine stood up.
"He is fine now, but has to sleep to recover. Also I don't think we should leave him here, so let's get him into bed."
Joseph noded.
They walked out of the tent with Leonard floating behind them.
"Every time I see you float someone, I can't shake the feeling that you are going to a grave to bury them."
Catherine laughed.
"I can't say I haven't done that."
'Creepy.'
After they got him into bed in one of the smaller tents, they walked out to speak about what happened.
"So you say they were up here when we came up and went down when we weren't looking? But I have not felt anybody up here, except for Leonard."
Joseph shrugged.

"I know, but I can't explain it otherwise, except if we just missed the bloody footprints. But I would say that can't be, because walking up I looked at the stairs and the ground quiet a few times and there were no footprints."
"Then the one that went down was invisible and had their mana cloacked you say?"
"Or simply they had no mana."
Both of them were confused by this. They set up a few spells to detect anyone walking around and a few traps as well.
"This should suffice for now. Let's wait for him to wake up. I also want to have a nap."
Catherine waved at Joseph while walking into the same tent.
Joseph walked into the main tent once again and looked around. There weren't any strange things, other than the bodies.
All of them was cut with something sharp, most likely a sword, judged from the lenght of the cuts.
Finally he looked at the map. There was an "X" on the tower, but that was all.
'They are probably waiting for us there... But that is quiet dumb of them. We literally have no reason to go there. We can just simply leave with the keys. After all there is only one ruby like thi...'
He facepalmed.
'They got the ruby didn't they?'
The ruby was missing as he thought.
'Ofcourse it is missing. Why would it not be missing?'
He walked out of the tent.
'I think at this point blowing up the place they marked with an "X" wouldn't be the worst idea... Except for the reason the gem might get destroyed.'
He was walking back and forth thinking about different ideas and constantly checking for any signs of someone coming up.
There was nothing happening for an hour, so he sat down to meditate in the tent where the other two were.
