The students ate their lunches and began talking with each other once again. The auditorium was filled with silent whispers, and the upper classmen were just helping setting up the stage, so they couldn't anything about that. The instructors were busy teaching their classes. No one was available.
Sitting there in the auditorium, Leon felt anxious about his new life from then on. The only thing he could do think about at that moment was to just stay put.
'Alright, Leon, you have to stay calm.... Why am I like this?...' (Leon)
Leon sank down in his seat, feeling down and lonely. Regret began to set in of not coming to the academy as a noble. He glanced up on the stage at his older brother, James.
"He's so cool!" Leon muttered to himself.
(Leon Sighs.)
Samuel who was sitting next to him glanced over at him, with a concerned look on his face.
"Are you feeling okay, Leon?" Samuel asked him, feeling concerned about Leon's well-being.
"Nothing.... I just miss home."
Leon responded to Samuel's question in a low tone. But Samuel and his friend knew that something was up with him, but they didn't want to dig around in Leon's affairs'.
"Alright, dude... Let's talk about something else, then." Samuel suggested to Leon.
'Hmm? I don't know nothing about Samuel nor his friend... Maybe I shouldn't ask about that.' (Leon)
Leon pondered to himself while he sat there in the auditorium. It may have seems that the new students came early this year. All of the seniors who were helping out were thinking such things.
"They've arrived earlier this year, huh?"
"Huh? Who?"
"I mean the new first year students, they came early."
"Yeah, last year's selections were the same thing. What's wrong with this school's time?"
"I wonder the same thing, bro. Let's continue our work before the principal gets here.... That guy is super scary!"
The upper classmen chatted between themselves, unaware of the sudden arrival of some of the teachers. A few minutes later, the work was done. The auditorium was well decorated, as a very important event would take place their. Or like the Emperor was going to visit the academy, that would be shocker for the new students.

"Wow!"
Sophie, Daniella and Aria sat comfortably at one of the seats in front, where all most everyone sitting there were nobles or children of famous Adventurers. They were chatting about random stuffs.
"So what do you girls do in your free time?" Aria asked Sophie and Daniella. Both Sophie and Daniella were kinda shocked to hear that question.
"Well, Uh. My name is Sophie Marian von Blaze, and I'm a noble. Nice to meet you guys!" Sophie introduced herself to the girls, acting awkwardly.
"I'm Daniella, nice to meet you."
"I'm Aria, a daughter of an adventurer."
The girls introduced themselves to each other, smiling and talking about random stuff.
At that moment, an old man wearing a high-ranking military uniform walked into the auditorium. He walked down the walkway confidently, his face was without a smile, he looked super serious. He is the principal of the Imperial Military Academy, his name is Sir Alexander Schulz. He was in the imperial army.
Sir Alexander Schulz was an high-ranking member in the army. He has a five and a half stars on his uniform
He climbed the stage and stood behind of a mic, all of the students stood up and gave their new principal a salute and remained standing. Alexander gestured them to sit down.
He cleared his throat, and began his welcome speech.
"Welcome to the Imperial Military Academy, First years. I hope your journey here wasn't stressful. The Military Academy welcome you talented young swordsman, magicians, and those who want to pursue a career in the military. I know it is hard to study in a place far away from home, but keep fighting if you want to accomplish your dreams!"
"At this prestigious academy we only accept the finest of the freshmen this year. So please try your best to pass the entrance exam. Thank you all for coming."
The principal stepped away from the mic and and stood at the back with Alexandra and James. Another teacher took the mic.
"Please welcome the first year representative, Aria to give a speech."
Everyone began to clap as Aria walked on the stage. She gently collected the mic from the teacher, she took a deep breath and started her speech. There were cameras were in the auditorium. But they could film the ceremony alone.
"On behalf of all of the first years, I would love to thank the principal for accepting us into this prestigious academy. I promise that we will work hard to accomplish our dreams, by working side by side with the academy, so thank you for allowing us to attend this prestigious military academy!" Aria bowed after her speech, where she captured the hearts of the teachers and the boys.
Applauses sounded throughout the auditorium, everyone clapped including Leon. He was so happy that Aria was the representative for the first years, he was so happy that he couldn't contain his smiled. Aria exited the stage and sat down in her seat next to Sophie and Daniella. They were shocked.
'Oh yeah, father said that Leon and I should go to the principal's office after the Entrance ceremony was all over... So maybe I could meet up with Leon once again.... I miss him!' (Sophie)
Thus the Entrance ceremony went on and they did all that they have to do, with Leon feeling anxious about something. After everything was finished, The students were separated and placed into a few classes, for the written part of the entrance ceremony. Leon was in the class with the same people he came, while on the other hand, Sophie was with Daniella and Aria.
The class was separated on class, like on nobles and peasants.
"Welcome students, this phase of the entrance ceremony with be a written exam. You will have 90 minutes to write and complete this exam, any more than 90 minutes your papers will not be collect." A voice echoed through the classroom, on a PR system. It was a voice of a man.
"Now begin!"
Suddenly papers appeared on everyone's table in all of the classes. The papers was filled with lower level math's, science etc. So it was quite easy for Leon, who went through something like that.
The students all bent down their heads and began their written exams.
