Fafnir's grave was an area filled with poison that unique individuals such as Truthseekers could resist by releasing an aura of Truth from their bodies. It was hard releasing a constant output of Truth, but thanks to Will completely cleansing an area of the poison, the crew did not need to keep releasing Truth and could save their energy for crucial moments, such as this one.
The Wailing Banshee's corpse materialised as it fell. A small mote of light left its body and split itself up into parts that entered everyone. This group was a party that shared experiences for every kill. This was a feature in the system's main menu under organisations.
There was no vocal warning from Will but Achilles smoothly despatched the creature. As a Mental Energy Cultivator Will had many methods of warning a fellow local from the same background. What surprised everyone was the fact that Achilles' Truth was so potent!
Wailing Banshee's were infamous for having incredibly dense defence in their material state. Ordinary Truth could not harm them much. Achilles' movements and motion from rest to attack were smooth and unhindered, allowing him to release a short Truth burst that quickly dealt with the beast.
"Not bad, I didn't need to warn you." Will nodded in approval at Achilles' reaction. The others were stunned by the revelation that Will did not warn him in any way.
Will already knew that Achilles was a natural when it came to Mental Energy Cultivation. He was the most similar to Will out of all the locals of Tsimikas. Unlike Will, he had a natural instinct as a local created by the system and had developed his own Mental Energy Field substantially. His ability to detect attacks was not as sensitive as Will's but it was good enough to allow him to act as required.
This was the main reason why Will did not mind him being in the front. The Banshees loved to flank groups but their attack patterns were infamously random. They could also attack from underground in their intangible states so they were a handful. Achilles was well equipped to react to any situation.
Before anyone else could add to Will's words, the latter shouted, "Gianluigi, 6 o'clock! 2 metres Up. 3 metres away!" The Crown Prince of Remus did not wait to be told what to do next as his right hand turned into a wolf claw and he spun around, releasing a True Strike where Will had directed.
A Wailing Banshee materialised a few metres behind Gianluigi. It was vaporised by his Truth-imbued claw strike instantly.
Gianluigi was intrigued by the fact that his attack landed just as the creature materialised.
'It was indeed 2 metres above the ground and materialised exactly 3 metres behind me. He can not only detect their presence, but he can also calculate the moment they fully materialise.'

Natasha and the others made the same observations and looked at Will in a new light. Detecting the creature's presence and detecting where it would be fully tangible were different concepts entirely.
' If I had not gone through the adjustment and Jingsung's training, this would have been impossible.'
No one however was more pleased than Will because his control of the space around him had improved once again with this new gift.
'Aqua Sense was child's play compared to this. Not only am I more aware of my environment, but I can also control my own energies better. This is almost a cheat. I can cast a Suijin no Ikari with 30 per cent of the effort thanks to my new Mental Energy Field.'
Julius and Titus looked at each other. The twins were silent by nature but were avid thinkers. Their understanding of each other often allowed them to communicate without speech and they did not need words to share their ideas. This was an advantage of being a twin within the system. All they did was glance at each other, but one knew what the other was thinking.
'Solitary is worth trusting.'
With a silent nod to each other, the duo had already accepted Solitary as a capable fighter.
Will proved his worth to them moments later with a flurry of instructions.
"Julius, 4 o'clock! 3 up 5 away!"
"Natasha, 8 o'clock! 7 up 4 away!"
"Gianluigi double trouble! 10 and 2 o'clock. 2 up 4 away and 5 below 2 away!"
Juilius and Natasha followed up with precise Truth imbued attacks while Gianluigi's superb reaction speed revealed itself. A swipe above with his left hand and a Truth Imbued diagonal stomp with his right foot resulted in two quick deaths.
Motes of light came from below the cracked ground beneath his right foot indicating the death of the banshee coming from below.
This round affirmed the group's belief that Will was indeed a capable scout. They had a rough idea of where Fafnir's body was as all they had to do was travel in the direction of the most oppressive Dragon force and most potent poison.
Will cleared the path and warned the others while the others attacked. Lydia and Palmer were meant to be there to provide support but there was no need. No one needed buffs and the Wailing Banshees moved so fast they could barely be debuffed before they were attacked. The Spectralians found themselves with nothing to do and looked at each other wryly.
The group left a trail of destruction as trees, soil and foliage were strewn everywhere in sight. As they got closer to the Dragon's corpse the stronger the Banshees became.
They were becoming faster and their defences were also improving. The group could no longer attack wantonly without going all out. The attacks they released changed from minor True Strikes to spells and skills imbued with Truth.
Multiple skills were thrown out, but there were limitations. They could not use large-scale attacks or skills that needed loading time. They could only use instant casting skills.
The Dragon Force within the poison was capable of suppressing mental energies greatly. The Dragon Force also made it impossible to detect killing Intent as it also spewed copious amounts of it.
'As expected of a poison made by a legendary dragon, even I'm starting to feel a bit uncomfortable. At this rate, this might disturb my casting speed.'
Everyone felt as if they were being stared at by a vicious draconic beast from the underworld. This feeling came from all directions. This made the beast observing them seem omnipresent, further confusing their senses.
Will barely had an advantage in this field thanks to Bloodlust's passive trait of making one sensitive to killing Intent. If the enemy was weak enough, Will could even see through the creature's physiology. However, due to his lack of knowledge, he could barely use this ability. Now he had another tool in his arsenal. His Area!
Will learned that his Area had adopted this killing Intent sensitivity. So long as killing Intent entered his Area, he could identify with ease. Even though the dragon force killing Intent was stifling, within his area, WilI could isolate the killing Intent from the Wailing Banshees! This made locating them incredibly easy.
But Will also had another Empyrean Intent! This brought a new trait into his Area!
