After speaking, Odysseus gave way to Will. The latter stood up and faced the crowd observing. He was quiet the entire time and had not even so much as spoken a word. He had won everyone's respect through his tactical skill and prowess. He had aptly used the lack of knowledge his enemies had of him and had targeted their weaknesses well. He definitely had a backer and had sufficient strength. Thus most of the observers were curious as to what he would say. Only Mercedes remained aloof allowing her followers to fan her as she leisurely relaxed, with the ever stoic Ulysses standing at attention by her side.
"I don't care about the finer details as long as we move along the route I marked in 3 days' time. I'm handing over control of the group's structure to the Spectralia group, who will take care of the rest. Mercedes, my subordinates will be in your hands. Solitary Sword Sovereign will represent me in the party. I don't want you to drag me down, so I will move by myself. Mercedes, come and tell everyone your plan."
After dropping a bomb on the crowd, Will casually sat down as if he had no care in the world and Mercedes gracefully stood up. She smiled seductively at Will's visage and pulled a few strands of her blonde hair behind her ear, causing many in the crowd to swallow saliva.
Mercedes was a natural leader and born strategist. She was unhappy about losing to Peerless, but once again Ulysses had aided her greatly. Just after the final, she slept to recuperate. Shortly after awakening from her slumber, Ulysses welcomed her with news of a deal he had struck with peerless.
She was not sure what he had promised Peerless, but they were allowed to take control of the finer details of the operation. Experience had to be distributed evenly and the reward distribution would be decided by Odysseus. Spectralia had the greatest firepower when it came to quality of members. Ulysses Alone could match the entire Veritas contingent. Thus these terms greatly favoured Spectralia. They could also dictate the organisation of immortal troops.
Ulysses and Peerless had established communication and had agreed to terms. Mercedes knew that Ulysses would never accept terms detrimental to her in any way, thus she agreed, despite not knowing what Rijkaard had promised Peerless.
The Frozen Asgard Sect, The Eternal Night Empire and The Veritas showed ugly expression upon realizing the gravity of what they were seeing.
Peerless and Spectralia had formed an alliance!
…
A few hours later, all the relevant personnel gathered and got ready to move out. 200 level 99 Olympians and 200 mortals got together and got organised quickly.

The structure was simple but accepted. The group was split into 3 tiers. The bottom Tier which had the weakest combatants, the middle tier that had the high quality subordinates from each crew acting as officers while the top tier was made up of savant level characters. Natasha, Odysseus, Mercedes, Ulysses, Gianluigi and Solitary Sword Sovereign were chosen as the top tier leaders. As Mercedes explained her system, Peerless had made an instruction. Solitary was in the Savant Tier. Many wanted to question this because the tier was not one to be taken lightly.
"He is almost my equal in battle capability that should be enough. If you doubt him, anyone here can challenge him, but he only accepts duels to the death."
This single statement shut up most of the unsatisfied parties. There was no need to lie about such matters, because one's skill would be revealed in the dungeon. The fact that only death battles were accepted meant one thing; Peerless was confident that his confidant wouldn't die!
No one present had the desire to be a guinea pig and test Solitary's strength. His name also made others curious. It was most likely a title, but be it as a mortal or system local, one could only earn such a title after obtaining basic mastery of the SSS manual and performing a significant feat with the manual as the basis. It was a manual easy to obtain but extremely difficult to master.
The fact that Peerless had a qualified Solitary Sword Sovereign practitioner as a subordinate spoke volumes. Such characters were usually arrogant talents that disdained being part of groups, let alone following the orders of someone at the same level.
If he did gain that title, then he met the minimum requirement. Only those with potential as Truthseekers were allowed to come. Achilles and Lyra evolved from Will's Blood and Tsimikas had Truth under Nation Power Boosts. This meant that all its locals had potential to be Truthseekers with enough training resources and time. According to Odin's Analysis, Achilles, Lyra and Tobias were superb talents for Truth. Especially the mystic Lyra.
Thus the set up was complete. The high tier became generals, the mid-tier became captains and the low tier became the ordinary troops that cleared out the traps and dealt with reconnaissance and logistics.
Most of the battling was to be done by the mortals since they wanted experience for growth while the deities handled mostly logistics and would assist when necessary. Other users from other Branded Dungeons such as Michael Bellingham would be rivals, and plans were discussed on how to deal with them.
"Okay, that settles everything that needed to be discussed. Let's get our subordinates used to each other." With that, Odysseus led the group to the location where most of their troops were waiting.
…
In a large stadium sized hall, a large group of a few hundred individuals had gathered, while a few more late individuals were trickling in and mixing with the crowd. The gathering was made up of the locals and weaker followers of the mortals. The soldiers under Odysseus stood at attention on the sides of the square shaped hall and carefully gazed at the gathered mortals. Their message was clear. Behave yourselves.
The mortals were from different camps that often clashed with each other, but they gladly calmed themselves when faced with the overwhelming presence of deities.
A trio of individuals were having a discussion in a corner of the hall separate from the group. They were Lyra, Achilles and Narcissus. They had their discussion through a telepathic link created by Narcissus.
"Remember, your Master is going to be pretending to be two individuals. You simply need to treat him as you would Duke and the others. If you meet his mage version called Peerless, treat him accordingly."
"Understood!"
The two locals were gobsmacked after learning that the true Narcissus was accompanying them as part of their crew. They could not help but be stunned by the revelation that their leader was so close to a prince of Olympus. Lyra was particularly motivated because Narcissus had quite a reputation for Spiritual magic and mental energy cultivation.
"The leaders are here. Remember to act accordingly. If you know you can't lie, shut up."
