“That pill…What is it like?” Matthew asked Steven, watching Sahara not too far away.
“Magnificent! It helped my cultivation base rank up to seven, now I am at the verge of going to rank eight. I feel like the first one was the best though, I think she is trying to understand the pill better, so that it works like the first one all the time…She has that kind of interest in it and said a few small things about it…She...She can make so many in just an hour, it’s really strange, because she makes it look so easy!”
Matthew frowned and then looked at Steven. It was so weird seeing his half brother talk so much about his beloved…Did he look at her like she was some goddess or something? Perhaps a role model? He was sure it was not just a sister type figure that Steven saw in Sahara…It was something else…
Matthew was jealous that Steven was able to see Sahara make pills, even have one of the pills, when she hadn’t given him any! How was this fair!?
Yet, Steven knew none of these thoughts, as he was jealous himself…Seeing Sahara wholly focused on something like that, made him want something too…Something that he could do that could either help others or just doing it for fun. But what?
It was only recently that he’d been able to have fun and smile about things…
Steven continued to look at his hands and started to think that perhaps he could find some kind of hobby, now that he had a home…
Sighing, Matthew got up and sat down closer to Sahara, taking her into his embrace once gain. If he had been anywhere else besides his own residence, he will not have done this, but since he was, he couldn’t help himself…
“Is she…Meditating? So that she can get my men?” The Purple Haven Prince asked.
Matthew frowned once again, “What is your name?”
“Prince Seth, Seventh Prince.” Prince Seth said.
Matthew was silent for a moment, then said, “How many Princes are left alive in Purple Haven?”
Prince Seth stared at Matthew, unable to say anything in return. Matthew saw him gulp and take a deep breath in, but still unable to speak.
“Your Highness, Prince Seth is the only remaining royal left in Purple Haven. The populace had rioted that much that even the royal lineage has even perished, leaving only one left remaining.” The woman looked at Prince Seth, seeing him in a new light. She hadn’t really thought much about him being the only royal left…
Matthew looked under his lashes at the woman and took in her words, “Is this true, Prince Seth?”
Prince Seth nodded once, looking upset. No doubt feeling like he has let his people down. He seemed decent enough, Matthew thought.
“Very well, for now, Prince Seth, please stay in Green Haven as a guest. We will have to introduce you to His Majesty, the Green Haven Emperor, and see how we can help with you and your people.”
Matthew looked away for a moment, knowing one person who’d probably love to kick some people to get them back into order…The General!
Perhaps, this was a really good idea! Not only are they now meeting the only Prince left from Purple Haven, they could obtain relations and even, well for the General, get something else out of this…
Matthew sighed, then said, “I can see that you are tired, I will announce that you have arrived and introduce you to His Majesty tomorrow, but the next day I am busy!”
There was absolutely no way that he would put anything before getting married to his beloved Princess!

When Sahara finished with her meditation it was nearly an hour later and she finally had an idea on what to do!
Putting out her hand, she tried to focus the brown specs of Spiritual essence that was inside of her dantian and put it all inside her palm…But nothing happened…Of course…
Frowning, Sahara then put her hand on the ground and then focused the brown essence into the ground instead. She wasn't doing anything specific, like zooming in to see what was happening or changing the essence into something like dirt, she just placed the essence into the ground.
Suddenly, a mountain formed beneath her, and she shot up into the air, the small mountain becoming two metres tall within seconds!

“Haha!” Sahara laughed and finally heard people talking to her. It was darker now, and she noticed quite a few torches had been lit, because they were all still out in the open Martial Arts area outside.
I don’t miss the mozzie’s!
One big reason why she didn’t tend to go outside during the night on Earth was because of mosquitoes, but they didn’t seem to exist here…
Before she could continue to feel grateful over the loss of a species, she was interrupted…
“Sahara!?” Matthew looked around, seeing himself up on the little mountain too. He hadn’t moved from behind her and had known she had finished meditating. He had already tried to talk to her before the sudden…Rise!
“It worked!” Sahara said, not caring that she had suddenly put a little mountain in such a spot.
“What worked!?” Matthew asked.
“Mmm, maybe I’ll have to have another pill to see if it really did work, I suppose…” Sahara sighed.
Letting out a breath, she went to stand up, but felt Matthew’s arm around her. So, instead, she turned and sat on his lap better. “I know what is going on with the pill, I’m just trying to fix the problem…”
Gently looking at her, knowing that this wasn’t as important as the new guests, but he couldn’t help but want to indulge her, “What’s going on with the pills?”
She bit her bottom lip and cheekily looked at him, “When I know for sure, I’ll tell you. In the meantime!”
Sahara was tired, yet she really didn’t want to wait longer to kiss this beautiful man!
She placed her lips on his and felt automatically better. Closing her eyes, Sahara lightly bit his lower lip, waiting for him to return the kiss.
She was from Earth, where people kissed in broad daylight…Matthew wasn’t, and yeah, he desperately wanted to kiss his Princess, but it really wasn’t the time!
Putting his hand up to her cheek, he was going to pull back, when she forced his body more into hers, making them even closer!
Sahara felt him give in to her and instead of pushing away, he gently caressed her cheeks instead. She slightly pulled on his hair, because this kiss was just too gentle and light. She wanted to savagely tame his mouth with her tongue, but he wouldn’t let her get carried away…
Sahara didn’t hear the gasps, as people saw what they were doing up there on the newly made mountain, she just felt like she needed this kiss!
Why?
“Your…Your Highness! The…The Thirteenth Young Miss…Her…Her brother is here!”
“Sahara!”
The gentle, brotherly, fatherly Talon…Was yelling at her!
Suddenly, Sahara knew why she wanted to kiss her man like this…Because she probably won’t be doing it for a while!
She sighed heavily...
It wasn’t easy holding these feelings at bay all that time! Now I want to let em loose! But I can’t!
Talon’s voice snapped her back to reality and she stood up, then teleported herself down beside him. “Father!”
“I think we should leave this instant!” Talon said, sounding unhappy.
Sahara put her hand up, halting him from taking her away, “Just a sec, I want to leave a note.”
Talon frowned, “A note? Sahara, just say goodbye, His Highness is right there!”
Sahara looked at Matthew, then back at Talon, then laughed, “No, silly, from the prince there! To his men.”
Prince Seth smiled and nodded.
Matthew sighed, still trying to catch up to his beloved Princess, “Get the Prince what he needs to write.”
“Can someone else send the note?” Talon asked, getting slightly frustrated.
“What, you want someone to go all the way over to Purple Haven?” She sarcastically asked.
“What!?” Talon asked, having heard her sarcasm a few times. But…Purple Haven!?
Sahara laughed, “I can go all the way to Purple Haven now. That is a Prince from there, he was in trouble. So now I’m sending another personal note to his friends, to let him know that he’s safe and that I’ll get the others too, as long as they can stay alive.”
“…Oh…” Talon could only say, not really understanding too much…He also had no other words.
Prince Seth wrote quite a long letter, making Talon more and more impatient, yet he was in the Second Prince’s estate and he had already been rude…He could only stand there and wait, thinking of wanting to punish the little bundle of joy when they returned back to the Rolland Estate!
“Your Highness!”
It was clearly some kind of message, and everyone was relatively quiet, so it was most definitely heard.
Matthew walked closer to the doors, leading out of the Martial Arts area. “What is it?”
“Your Highness, there’s news that the golden eyed man escaped!”
Matthew frowned and spent a moment to think about how he may have escaped, or if someone else would release him.
Steven became wide eyed and came closer to Sahara. He was initially going to stay here at the Second Prince’s estate, to welcome Sahara back on the day that they were married, but with that man out on the loose now…
“I will be coming with you.” Steven stated to Talon, who raised his impatient eyebrows at the golden eyed man.
Naruto jumped into Steven’s arms then and licked his neck. Steven relaxed slightly, but stayed where he was, not willing to be further away from the first person that had taken him in happily and freely.
“Steven…” Matthew started, as he was really not in the mood to play this game, while he had to figure out what happened with Nate.
“No! I will keep her safe.” Steven stated. He was not taking ‘no’ for an answer! Although, to Sahara, he sounded like he didn't want his mother to leave him at day-care...
She smiled and looked at Matthew, like nothing was wrong. “He’s cool with me.”
This also reminded her of kids going from one parent to another...
Matthew blinked with the word 'cool' but understood what she meant, and then gave Sahara a short glare, “You are unfair, my dear.”
Yes, he wasn’t hiding his envy of Steven. He was able to spend so much time with her and it wasn’t fair!
“…Keep her safe? What’s going on?” Talon’s voiced question and look of confusion went unnoticed, making him slowly grow more angry! He had not given permission for someone to come with but…What was going on here! Did he not have a say in anything!?
Sahara happily smiled at Matthew, “No, I don’t think it’s unfair to let him have his way when he’s insecure. Let him be, I have no problem with him coming.”
Talon was getting angrier and angrier by the minute...How did his daughter think that she can just let any stranger stay with her! He really wanted to say something, say that he was her father and that if she wanted to make decisions, they should go through him!
But, as always, Talon had no power of Sahara...She was...She seemed like a free spirit. One that can't be tamed. Just because she stayed home a lot all those years, when she was young, didn't mean that he didn't know of this fact. He knew that she was more mature, beyond her years. He knew that she was stubborn and wanted to do what she wanted...Yet, he just wanted her to acknowledge some power to him...
Please, my daughter, can you at least ask first!?
