Silence followed after Sahara spoke, and she wondered if this type of problem may have occurred to them at any stage during their meeting. They too must have taken her powers for granted…
“Why not!?”
Shrugging, trying not to let the pain of her conflicted day show, she simply stated, “At this time, I don’t know…I don’t even know if I can get you all home without having to sit down and get spiritual essence.”
Looking down, Sahara closed her eyes.
No, she wasn’t ready for this! She didn’t want to explain herself! She didn’t want to be there and tell them what kind of day that she had had!
“Sahara?”
Matthew’s voice interrupted her and before long he was gently trying to lift her face to him, but she looked away…Unable to have held back her tears, and so she hid herself in Kin’s body.
“What’s wrong!?” Now his voice had a bit of fear in it.
Sahara whipped her eyes on Kin’s blanket and looked up at him, “I’m just back to being me again, that’s all.”
Matthew looked at her in confusion, “…Where you not always you?”
Sahara stopped and stared at him…
Well…I was…
Why did that question get to her so much!?
But that wasn’t what she meant…
“I am no longer able to hear thoughts or bring back the dead…I can’t see the spiritual essence anymore either. I wouldn’t be able to express anything to anyone now about what the spiritual essence would want to say anymore…It’s gone!”
Looking back down again, looking at Kin and his grumpy face, she realized how quiet he had been today.
My baby boy…I’m sorry. I hadn’t been a good mum today have I?
Again, she wanted to cry…Perhaps she was going to get her period or something because this was the most sensitive that she had been since…
No…She wasn’t pregnant, she had checked recently…
“Unbelievable! We finally come to a conclusion about something, and we can’t even do it!” The Green Haven Emperor stated.
More had indeed been accomplished but Sahara had no idea now…
She had no idea that the fake asshole Red Haven Emperor had now been dealt with. She had no idea how the real Red Haven Emperor came through as not only a normal person but one that got his feet back on the ground…
The men really had finally figured it out and it wasn’t because survivability was on the line…It had been because they had been told that they were no longer able to meet like this after today…
Not having any idea that she had finally made things work out, to a degree, Sahara still somewhat hid her head.
But…Now that something had changed up their plans, it felt like a lot of the day may have been wasted!
“We didn’t have enough time to come up with a contingency plan…” The Blue Haven Emperor stated.
“No! I will not have it! Sahara, you must do this! You must and you will!” The Green Haven Emperor stated, harshly looking at her.
There was indeed something good that he got out of all this, if Sahara would do as she is asked, but that would not happen if she weren’t!
With the dead coming back to live, to help lessen the burden of what had occurred here, the Green Haven Emperor still had a big fish in his pond…It wasn’t just that he had someone that could bring someone back from the dead, but that he had been the Haven to help another Haven, even though his Haven had been the one in peril! So, after such debate, he had finally been able to get a trade going with both Red Haven and Blue Haven…Finally!
But…This won’t work if Sahara will not bring the dead back!
“Royal Father! I have told you not to do this!” Matthew stated through clenched teeth.
“And this King has told you to shut up!” The Green Haven stated loudly.
“No!” Matthew stated. “Sahara, this Prince will have to burden you to take some people back to their respective places…Please.”
And just like Matthew thought, his Emperor Father not only started speaking but started walking towards Sahara, almost like he owned her.
The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.
It was the worst that Matthew had seen him! He had started to get increasingly greedy as time went by and Matthew had stated earlier that this may not happen and that there was no force to be placed upon Sahara!
Sahara watched as the Green Haven Emperor walked towards her like a madman and did as her husband stated…But it wasn’t something she could just do with a click of her fingers anymore.
With a sigh, Sahara went towards Emperor Seth, and he went to hold her hand, only for Sahara to once again sigh and say, “I will have you sit down, it takes a bit longer to…”
Not wanting to add on to the unfinished sentence, Sahara touched Emperor Seth’s shoulder and in no time, he disappeared, on his own…
Already people became aware that Sahara was indeed different. She had taken longer and now teleported just one person…
Sahara found that she had enough essence to do the Red Haven Emperor…Hopefully. So, she then made her way over to the real Red Haven Emperor and touched his shoulder.
The Green Haven Emperor was somewhat whispering loudly during all this, and Matthew repeatedly told him to hold in his anger and to calm down.
Sahara finally made her way towards the Blue Haven King, pretty sure that she had enough essence for him and him alone to go back to his respective Haven.
“What happened, my dear? You leave like some god, only to return as a lamb.”
Looking up at him, Sahara let out a smile, “I forgot how much power I was borrowing.”
“Borrowing?” He asked, not ready yet to leave.
Stopping behind him, seeing him look up at her from in front, Sahara then said, “If you speak to the spiritual essence, let them in and accept them, perhaps you will know.”
“Speak to the spiritual essence?” He asked, repeating what she said in thought.
“Mmm.” Sahara then went quiet as she went to teleport him away.
After the Blue Haven Emperor had gone, Kin cried out and well, her arm was sore in holding him.
It was a good time to stop and get more spiritual essence.
Sitting down, not really caring about what Matthew and their royal father was doing, Sahara ingested a white pill and went into meditation.
“What are you saying boy? How dare you suggest such a thing twice to a loving father!” The Green Haven Emperor stated, glaring at Matthew.
Matthew smirked, “If you found it such a detestable suggestion, why are you continuing to ignore what this Prince is saying!?”
The Emperor pointed at Sahara with a slightly shaking hand, “You have already left this King once because of her! And now you are suggesting it again, because of her! I should have her hung for such a crime of bewitching my son!”
Matthew went quiet as he tried to hold in his hot anger that was boiling inside.
“See, you even can’t defend yourself!” The Green Haven stated proudly.
Before the Green Haven Emperor could follow through with a laugh a punch on his face made him air borne and then he was then knocked into the edge of the meeting room wall. It had been a distance away, so it hadn’t hurt much but the fact that he had indeed been hurt by his own son shocked the hell out of him!
“You are hurting this King, your father, because of that witch!” An anger that the Green Haven Emperor didn’t even know that he had was felt and he could hardly stop himself.
He had landed on the opposite side of the room so there was no way he would get to Sahara before Matthew could stop him, but he felt like he had to do something! Anything!
He was just too angry! He had something so good, something agreed upon and once again that damned woman had broken things into smithereens!
He had to teach her a lesson!
Silence entered the room, but a certain head was thinking of what he could do to overcome the situation. He needed Matthew to leave or him to be incapable to stop him from taking some type of revenge upon that girl!
It was like something was listening to the silent wishes of the Green Haven Emperor as Kin cried again.
Matthew gave his emperor father another look before picking up his son and cooing at him.
Acting like everything was now over, the Green Haven Emperor then said, “What’s wrong with the boy?”
Walking closer towards them, the Green Haven emperor used his spiritual essence to make a crude earth blade, to which is how he would use the earth element before taking a white pill.
“He might be hungry…I don’t know.” Matthew hadn’t been with him long today and so he had no idea upon what Kin might be unhappy about.
Finally, the Green Haven Emperor was close by and then he wondered, what was he going to do?
There was probably no way that he could live if he were to do something here, so really, was he going to really do this!?
“Shh, it’s alright, my boy. You can’t cry all the time…” Matthew sighed and then walked towards a female servant, “Is there a nanny close by?”
The Green Haven Emperor watched as he saw Matthew walk out, taking Kin with him and blinked at the quiet Sahara…Sitting there all defenseless…
This little girl had taken her son away from him, she had run away and made him clean up her mess, she had just created more and more mess!
If she weren’t here…Matthew still would have a son…And then, without Sahara’s teleportation…He would even be stuck here more often…
They had Felix who could take over any type of teleportation…And Felix was someone more easier to control!
It was just like that, there was just so many good reasons to take care of the girl!
With just one strike, the Green Emperor launched his crude earth knife straight into the heart of the defenceless girl and quickly rushed back, ready for any kind of retaliation.
But…There was none…
Sahara looked at him in shock.
She was staring at him, and the Green Haven Emperor could not look away! He couldn’t believe how frail and easy it was to kill her! She had not even been able to retaliate…She had no godly powers…
Watching her grab at where he had struck her, she then fell back, to lay on the floor and gave out some noises as she slipped away…
It was actually quite quick…Her heart had indeed been struck and she had been caught off guard…
There had been no time to heal herself through her shock, as to finding it was the Green Haven Emperor…
…That was it…
The Emperor got up shakily and then loudly whispered out, “Come, clean this up! Put her body in the cold palace for now, hurry! Before that son of mine comes back!”
Two black people came down and took the body but one came down and looked at the Green Haven Emperor in shock.
The Princess was indeed someone that they had respected…They respected their Prince too. Their job was that of the Emperor but they were not cleaners, and they were not disloyal.
“If you speak a word of this to him…” The Green Haven Emperor started…
“You’ll what? Kill me?” The man in black asked through clenched teeth.
He hadn’t protected her…It had happened so quick that he too was in shock and almost not himself, not able to accept facts that were right in front of him! In his watch, the princess had been killed!
The Green Haven Emperor took a deep breath in and then said, “Come and kill this one too! Take him away as well!”
A fight happened as the black men were trying to do as they were told, or to survive, but after a few minutes, and having seven against one, there was now another unmoving body on the floor.
“Not a good day…Not a good day. Hurry!” The Green Haven Emperor walked out, in the direction of Matthew, and wanted to try and hold out his return while any trace of anything would be eliminated…
