CHAPTER 50 **Just one little Action**

Sahara looked up at Matthew, staying silent. He pulled back a bit and put his hand down on her face and smiled. “Will you…Think about it?”

Seeing him like this, Sahara wasn’t wanting to be a harsh person. She could see his breathing being a lot more rapid and that his hand was sweating. His eyes were nervous…So, she nodded.

She watched him breath out rapidly, as though he had been holding it in, and she couldn’t believe that prince charming was having difficulties with someone like her…

What could I possibly give him?

After a short silence, following that thought…Sahara actually started to wonder if she really did undervalue herself…But, how could she not!

As flashes of memories entered her mind, Sahara felt herself get angry. She had been ignored, had to be independent, had to learn things the hard way and on her own. Then, having so many things happen to males that she knew…Even in this life, what about Talon…Even with this prince charming, hasn’t he got problems as well!

‘Then be bad luck for me, I’d still want to be with you!’

Stunned, Sahara suddenly felt like an idiot…What to do? She even felt heat grow in her cheeks!

“Sahara?” Matthew asked, having watched her go silent, he had waited patiently for her to do…Something! Anything!

Sahara looked around, and due to this, remembered what she was doing…Again! “Ah…Right!”

Sighing, she touched Matthew and teleported once again…Arriving back to where the General was.

Matthew quickly shielded her eyes, but Sahara already let out a laugh, “He’s not even healed yet!”

She forcefully takes his hand away and walked up to the sleeping couple on the bed. Even though, it could be possible that some ‘deed’ may have happened, there was still no clear indication.

Honestly, Sahara was worried. What if the ash…Thing…Was contagious? If something had happened, she really would prefer to look now and make sure that everything was alright. And…The longer she left things, the more work she had to do!

Sahara didn’t really care to much for nudity…Well, you couldn’t see anything anyway, as the two of them were covered by a blanket…

Sitting back on the bed, in a tiny and uncomfortable spot, Sahara touched the lady’s forehead first and closed her eyes.

After about ten minutes, Sahara let out a breath of relief and nodded. She wasn’t in a dire need for help. Her exhaustion will start to vanish soon, and she was sure that since her husband was now better, her malnourished body will only get better. But luckily, no ash was found in her body, so, it didn’t seem to be contagious…That’s of course if they did do the ‘deed’. It seemed rather too personal to check if there was an ‘extra’ substance in a certain area…So, all Sahara could do is check to see if there was any ash substance elsewhere.

Sadly, it was probably just easier to see if they did the deed, because it seemed that the ash wasn’t given by touch.

It would have made things so much easier to know some things first! She was a doctor, what was there to blush about!?

With just a quick look, Sahara felt so much better. She felt pretty positive that the madam of the household was going to be alright.

After that, and saving her spiritual essence for the real patient, Sahara put her hand over the General’s head and began to heal him once again…

Matthew was so shocked that his mouth was hanging opened!

“S…Sahara!?” He whispered.

What the hell are you doing!?

Matthew was livid!

How can you just walk into a room with a naked man!?

Even though Matthew had no evidence that the man on that bed was naked or not, Matthew couldn’t help but think the worst!

Knowing that his beloved woman was a free-spirited person, there were still some lines you shouldn’t cross!

Unable to speak, for more than one reason, Matthew wasn’t able to relax at all!

After an hour passed, nothing had happened, and the two bodies were happily sleeping, while Sahara started to sweat and finish healing the General’s body.

The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.

All the ash was now cleared, and she had been able to bring back to ‘life’, some of the dead, brittle…Areas. And she had yet to fix the wall to his dantian, as he was basically a wastrel at the moment, but she wanted to fix him up one hundred percent!

Doing all this, easily took another hour and just as Sahara had finished, the General rolled over and hugged his wife, giving off some strange noise, as he drifted back to sleep.

Sahara let out a quiet laugh, shaking her head.

Her work was finally complete, as the General’s body was not skin and bones anymore, he’s physique from before he had contracted this ‘curse’ had returned, and it was even better than before. She knew it because it was like stretch marks, there were signs on how big things used to be. She had never actually seen a picture of the General beforehand, nor met him in person either, but it didn’t mean she couldn’t get any idea how he used to look like. It really was amazing, the human body!

His dantian hadn’t come to what it was though, which upset Sahara. She could feel that the way the General was, before he had got the ‘curse’, had been really quite formidable, she assumed it to be of at least at rank five, minimum.

But now…He had plummeted to become a rank two cultivator, and that was the best that she could do, she had no idea how to make him rank up to what he was before…But, he wasn’t a waste anymore, he most certainly can cultivate again!

Teleporting to Matthew, Sahara sees that Naruto was outside the window and looked pathetically unhappy…

While she had been concentrating, Matthew had a glare fight with the fox and he had just stayed outside, waiting.

There was no way that he was going to take one step inside, Matthew had uttered silently to the fox. But he had been extra nasty because of Sahara doing what she had just done! He wasn’t able to keep his rising anger in and had vented some of it out onto the poor, little fox…Of course, this venting wasn’t life threatening, it was just glares. Matthew knew that Sahara cared very much for the fox, so he wasn’t going to bring any kind of injury to it…

Naruto, having been stuck outside for a good hour, had even been glared at for whimpering!

Now, he looked like a child that had been sitting in the corner for a while, and now wanted to come out and have some cuddles…

“Naruto?”

Matthew walked into her line of vision and said, “Can we go now!?”

“Mmm, he’s better now. His wife is fine too, I checked her, just in case.” Sahara said, moving around Matthew and going through the windowed area. She picked up Naruto and pat him, as he dug his head away from view into her arm.

Oh…Poor thing!

Grumbling came into her hearing and Sahara turned to find Matthew…Looking like Naruto just did.

She laughed and patted him on the shoulder. “There there.”

She’s hopeless!

Matthew took Sahara’s hand, that she had patted him on the shoulder with, and kissed it.

If I leave some kind of mark on her, will she never do that again!?

But just being able to kiss her hand, made him feel better…He thought, as he slowly let her hand go again.

Sighing in his heart, Matthew calmed down and found himself distracted when he looked back up at her.

Wow, that’s…So romantic!

Sahara went beat red! Just one small, little action and…

In all her experience, not once had a man ever done that to her!

Blinking, Sahara tried to find her composure again…But it left her…

Ah, he’s really like a prince charming!

Seeing the reaction of his Princess, made Matthew feel proud. He was most definitely someone that wanted to entice a lady to want more of something. He’d finally seen something that might be a weakness to his Princess!

Staring at her red, adorable face, Matthew smiled. He was having the best day!

Sahara finally looked away from him, only blushing more now, because she had been so taken to his actions…And looks!

“I want to see the animals.”

This will help me calm down! No looking at the man! No looking at the man!

Trying to act herself, Sahara looked everywhere else but him, and finally found something down a hill. It was a horse paddock and she disappeared…To appear right near it.

Animals, come save me!

After ten minutes, Naruto and Sahara were finally back to themselves, and they were finding new friends…

Matthew shook his head to her happy face. But he didn’t do anything.

Sighing, he could only watch and wait, that maybe one day, the adorable woman would come to him.

Unable to think of more important tasks anyway, he walked a bit closer, sat down and watched the silly Princess and fox pat and talk to the animals.

It wasn’t strange, that the animals didn’t seem to listen to Sahara, but they listened to Naruto, which made Matthew unknowingly enjoy his time even more. He knew that he should try to like that fox, if he could teach it to protect and make sure it listens to him…

What made Matthew frown though, at a time, was that his Princess seemed to be a lot better with animals then people…Thinking back to her past, he could see why.

Did she dislike people in general now? Perhaps I should somehow turn myself into an animal, I might get more of her attention then!

When an hour had past, Sahara had gone into the stable and had even fallen asleep against the hay.

Matthew sighed to this, wanting to put his Princess into a bed.

“Have I an extra guest?”

Matthew turned to see the General, “Ah…”

Remembering what Sahara had done, not too long ago, Matthew looked away, not able to say anything more.

“She can stay, don’t worry yourself, I’ll get someone to keep an eye out for her.”

Matthew looked back at his friend and smiled, “Thank you.”

It was really good, to see Shaun walking and looking normal again. After the shock of such a difference from the last time that he had visited, he expressed his happiness to the General’s good health.

Shaun widened his eyes, “I should be thanking you! Wasn’t it you that brought her here?”

Narrowing his eyes, Matthew shook his head, “…If I didn’t…Then who did?”

Silence overcame them, when they realized they had no idea how this had taken place!

Smiling, to the strange fate, Matthew couldn’t help but say, “Whoever brought her here doesn’t matter. I am glad you are alright again. I’ll make sure that she knows that we are very grateful for her help.”

Laughing, Shaun slapped Matthew on the shoulder, “Of course you will!”

Already, the General knew that Matthew was talking like a married man, almost like it was his given right to pass information onto the little lady like any husband!

Frowning at Shaun, Matthew said, “You have misunderstood!”

“Sure I have…Oh…That’s right! She doesn’t even know that you’re the Second Prince! How are you going to let her know about that!? And her eyes! My boy, she’ll be great on the battlefield!”

The General couldn’t help but imagining how his enemies will stop at the red eyes, making it easier for him to cut them all down!

Laughing, the General put his hand out in front of him and then put it into a fist. He felt so good to be alive again! He couldn’t wait for the next fight already! Who would be the first he could spar with!?

Sighing, Matthew went silent. He still didn’t know how Sahara had gotten red eyes…
