The driver of a GTR that was queuing at the next row lowered his window and whistled at Sue.

They were not acquainted, but they were sports car owners, and there was only one Lamobrghini known to prowl Shagan. That was how he knew it was Sue. Sue lowered her window too. "Don't give yourself too much credit now!"

And with that, she closed her window, ignoring the driver-not all men were Frank and able to get her to lower her pride.

On top of that, he was just driving a salaryman's sports car, which meant he was not all that rich.

As such, Sue would show him no mercy.

Still, the GTR driver was bent on provoking Sue. "Impressive, Ms. Fisher... you're just as feisty as the rumors say! Race you to the service area!"

After all, Sue was a rare beauty and rich at that he was not about to miss out on a chase to show off!

Sue really would have cold-shouldered that GTR driver entirely, but she was still frustrated after Frank rejected her last night.

As such, she revved her Lamborghini in response so loudly that other drivers followed suit.

Soon, after the GTR and the Lamborghini left the toll stop, they paused on a level line, while the GTR driver counted down with his fingers. Once he lowered his last finger, both cars shot forward!

The GTR's acceleration was 2.7 seconds to 100 km/h, so there was no way it could accelerate quicker than the Aventador's record of 2.5 seconds. However, Sue had another person in her car, and even if Frank was not that heavy, the little details made a crucial difference here, when there was not much difference in acceleration between the two cars.

On top of that, the GTR was modified and could almost match the Lamborghini in sheer speed and was soon a car's length ahead of the Lamborghini!

Sue, however, patiently stayed

behind the Lamborghini, dissing,

"Doesn't he get it? Anyone can floor

the gas pedal and go fast on a straight. I'll just beat him on a turn!" noveldrama

Frank smiled in wry amusement. "A turn? In the middle of a highway? This isn't a city avenue!"

Sue shrugged. "There's a turn... when we have to turn into the service area!"

Frank frowned. "That's a short gap. Are you sure you can overtake him?" "Of course!" Sue exclaimed.

In reality, she was not that sure, and her heart was pounding too-she loved Her thrills, but was no fanatic like Nadia, let alone raced on highways.

However, she did not want to back down when Frank was watching, or he might think less of her!

And having the power of the Shagan spiritron vein, he would protect her in case anything bad happened anyway.

Hence, both cars continued to speed down the highway, and soon, the sign of the service area was visible.

The GTR powerslid into the turn, making sure not to give the Lamborghini that much space.

However, Sue knew very well this was her only chance. Bracing herself, she kept flooring her gas pedal and powerslid into the turn as well! White smoke billowed as the tires of both cars burned.

Everyone in the service area turned to look in shock and saw that the Lamborghini emerged from the smoke, followed closely by the GTR!

As both cars stopped, the GTR driver

aligned and walked over to Lamborghini, smiling. "You're good, Ms. Fisher! But I don't get it... How did you overtake me with such a small gap?"

The GTR driver was actually a semi-professional racer and made sure not to give Sue an opening, but she overtook him anyway.
