After leaving Baldur's villa, William went straight to the dining hall. Fortunately, it was empty. He hadn't expected anyone to be there at that hour. He thought Merlon might have returned with news of victory. Although he had said that he would take it with him when he returned, he had forgotten in his haste. Besides, even if he did, it would only be a burden. 'It is better this way,' he thought.
After having a good meal, he went straight to the cultivation building. Here, he rented a room under the worrying gaze of the beautiful teacher. He did not want to meditate yet, because the spiritual energy here was too low for him. He was already thinking about leaving with the first light of dawn. The main purpose of his coming here was to perfect his techniques. Before he reached the bronze level, he wanted to use these techniques better. After all, these techniques were all named after him, and it would be his fault if he didn't master them. One day was not enough, but he should not waste his time.
After practicing the techniques until nightfall, he realized that he was still far behind. With the fountain's help, maybe he could reach the bronze level, but his understanding of the techniques would be lacking. So when he wanted to learn bronze level techniques, he would have more difficulties.
He shouldn't have rushed. He was still young and had plenty of time. In the morning, he was already looking forward to meeting the sneaky bastard who now his pet. He had been a little angry with him after his last howl, but he was happy to have him as a pet now. He quickly curled up on the cushion in the cultivation room and fell asleep.
In the morning, he quickly went to the dining hall and had a nice breakfast. Then he left the east gate without taking any missions. There was no prohibition to take a mission or to leave the academy, since it was like a holiday at the moment. Besides, the war was over. After that, the academy would be harder. This little holiday was a small break for the students to prepare themselves.
William had brought the ruby horse this time. He rode it into the forest. He said he would give this horse a chance, but he didn't know what to do. He thought about hundreds of creatures, but he could not find any suitable for him. So he thought about taking him with him and letting him live with the wolves for now. As he thought about it, he thought to himself, 'I hope the wolves don't eat him.
After entering the Black Forest about seventy kilometers away, he took out the horn Reyis had given him.
"Vuuvuuuuuuuuuu." He let out a howl similar to that of the old wolf.
Then William began to wait. He sat down in front of a big tree. He waited patiently to hear another wolf howl in the Black Forest.
Not much, about five minutes later he heard a howl. The voice was very familiar, but not the voice of the sneaky bastard. He took out the horn and blew once more. Then he heard the same wolf howling again and began to wait.
About ten minutes later, about twenty wolves appeared on the top of the rock opposite him. In the middle of them were three bronze-level wolves. The fur of the middle one was completely black. His eyes were green and larger than the others. Two of its eyes were even sharper, as if someone had violently squashed its head. William felt a connection to this wolf. This connection was completely indescribable. It was like he was his servant or his trusted companion.
He stood up immediately and spoke. "You? Little bastard?"
The black-furred wolf across from him rolled his eyes. Then William heard an angry voice in his head. But he did not quite understand it. It sounded like a little boy imitating an old man, and some of the words were unintelligible. He could only make a general guess. "You... who?... says little bastard?" he said.
William was immediately startled. His mouth opened wide with a confused look on his face. "You... can you talk? Damn, that's so magical!" he said. At that moment the wolves came down from the rock and the little bastard came before him. William gathered his courage and put his hand to his head. He stroked his fur, which was hard but extremely clean and felt good to love.
The little wolf let him love him. Then he sniffed every part of William's body. "...Yup." He said.
William bent down and hugged him. The familiarity he felt was on another level. Now he began to regret Reyis' decision. He wished they had an equal contract. The contract between them was now a master-servant contract, completely dominated by William.
Then William seemed to remember something. "Damn it! You are bronze level now! I also need to get stronger quickly. Let's go, take me to Reyis." He said and jumped onto the small wolf's back. But he was no longer small. He was as tall as himself and at least three meters long. He was even bigger than the other bronze-level Silvermoon wolves next to him.
William then felt as if he had forgotten something and looked over the back of the little wolf preparing to run to the ruby horse behind him. "Stop!" He spoke to the other iron level wolves. "Bring the horse to the valley of the wolves." He said. The frightened, trembling sight of the ruby horse hurt him. He had completely forgotten about him in his excitement.
The little wolf below him muttered something to the other wolves and nodded as if they understood.
Then the little wolf lifted his head once and howled and started running at full speed. As he ran, William saw the trees in the forest only as a blur. It was almost the same speed as the previous silver level wolves! Every single hair on the little wolf's head showed that he was getting stronger.
William frowned at the little wolf. He couldn't call him the little bastard anymore. He had to give him a proper name. It was giving him a headache. He thought about the names of all the mythological creatures he remembered, but he could not find a suitable name for his sneaky shape and strong nature. "Anyway, we'll find a name for sure." He thought, and now he stopped thinking about names.
After a while, they came together to the Valley of the Wolves. Nothing had changed here in the last month. But now, in the eyes of most of the wolves, William looked like a bad person. The reason was that William was riding the little wolf. It was a mixture of fear, respect and a little bit of hostility.
William could understand that. Even though he was of the same bloodline, he was still essentially human. But the little wolf now belonged to a noble family. The current situation was like a king wandering among the commoners. The little wolf was a king. Other Silver Moon Wolves were ordinary citizens.
The little wolf took William to the cave where Reyis was. When William saw the huge creature again, he couldn't help but be stunned. Each time, Reyis gave him an imposing mountain air. He was unshakable, invincible.
He quickly dismounted the little wolf and bowed slightly to Reyis.

Reyis opened his eyes and looked at William. In the past month, William hadn't changed at all. He was still the same. "Boy, you are weak." He said.
William smiled immediately and spoke. "Don't worry Reyis, I came here to get stronger." He raised both hands.
Reyis was insensitive to him. "Unfortunately, you'll have to wait for now. I've finished absorbing the crystals. Now it is my time to become stronger. Come back in a month." He said. Then Reyis disappeared from the cave like a wind.
William knew from his words that he had gone to the spirit fountain. He had thought to empower himself by going to the fountain from time to time, but now he had to wait. Reyis' breakthrough was definitely more important than William's. He would eventually reach the platinum level!
But William was not disappointed. "Is the previous cave empty?" asked the little wolf. The little wolf nodded and led him into the empty cave. Since he could not reach the bronze level, to achieve his previous goal, he would work on his techniques. That way, when he reached the bronze level, he would have a solid foundation and his understanding of the techniques would be taken to the next level.
The cave was large and empty. Since this was the habitat of the wolves, the spiritual energy density of the environment was not low. It was perhaps a little lower than the cultivation building in the Academy. Considering that it was free, it was a good service.
The little wolf lay down next to William and closed his eyes. Meanwhile, William was thinking of a name. After the meeting with Reyis, he thought that this name, which suddenly came to him, would be really appropriate. "Since we are members of Reyis, why don't I call you 'Comrade' from now on?"
The little wolf looked at William in confusion. If his eyes weren't so sharp, he would look like someone with a raised eyebrow. "Comrade?" The little wolf spoke in his mind.
William nodded. "Yes. Comrade." He said smiling.
"Comrade...well." said the little wolf. He was satisfied. William was glad that he hadn't given him a strange name. At first he had thought of calling him 'Mehmet' after his friend's name, which reminded him of his old world. But to call a wolf 'Mehmet' was strange even for him.
He was happy now that the name issue was settled. Now there was only one thing left to occupy his mind, and that was the ruby horse. He did not know which creature he had to hunt and take its blood. He thought about asking Baldur. He might have known more about it.
For now, William had nothing else to do. Inside the cave, he began to practice his techniques. First of all, he began to study the Execution Sword (Willam's Sword). The Execution Sword was an extremely simple technique. He would use qi to draw the surrounding fire element into the sword and heat it up. If it couldn't find enough fire elements in the environment, it would 'borrow' from the user's body. If he used it in a place like a volcano, where it was hot enough and the fire element was abundant, its power would be greater. On the other hand, if he used it in a place like the ocean or the sea, it would be no different from a hot sword. In that case, he would have to use the fire element from his own body. But this also had a side effect, which was that the user might even run the risk of lowering his cultivation level by using the element in his body!
William was not worried about this, because his cultivation technique was not of the Fire Element. It belonged to the metal element. Most of the elements that accumulated in his body, almost all of them, were metal elements. If he had used a technique that summoned the Fire Element, the foot technique and the execution sword would have been many times stronger. William was not upset by this, as he preferred defense to attack. He might have had the opportunity to attack many times, but he only had one life. He had to protect it at all costs.
But now, this technique was incompatible with his fighting style. William's body made him the perfect meat shield, but his speed was greatly improved, making it completely useless. He needed a technique that would allow him to defend on the move. For now, he gave up on this technique as well. At that moment, he regretted not wanting his grandfather's Metal Body. In fact, he had completely forgotten about it. One of the challenges of being a human is forgetting.
After eliminating most of the techniques, there were only two techniques left for him to improve. One was the foot technique. The other was swordplay. These two techniques required nothing but constant training and experience. The path of the foot technique in the use of qi was obvious. It could be said that it had reached its maximum potential. There was no way to improve it any further. He had to get used to the smoother running by using it only on permanently blocked paths.
Swordplay, on the other hand, was very unfortunate. His strength and techniques were enough to defeat Prince Jay. In fact, compared to him, William was even considered strong. But because his swordplay was poor, almost every attack was blocked.
Other than basic swordplay, he was alone in the academy unless he was a student of a famous person. At the academy, some teachers specialized in the use of weapons such as swords, spears, and daggers, and created their own swordplay. Sometimes they offered paid lessons, but William had hardly come across any of them. Of course, these were still simple, inexpensive courses that anyone could attend. William felt that he had to open his pouch's mouth to learn beautiful swordplay. He had just become rich and already had to spend.
He could only sigh helplessly. After thinking about everything, about an hour had passed. It was slowly getting dark. In the meantime, the other wolves had brought the ruby-colored horse home safely, not a scratch on it. He smiled contentedly and greeted the ruby horse. He took off his saddle and said that he could rest in the cave wherever he wanted. There was nothing he could do with him for now. The horse would wait.
Then, iron level five wolves dragged in a corpse. The body they brought in belonged to a green-horned deer. William couldn't help but cheer when he saw it. He was getting hungry, too. The meat of this creature had an excellent taste compared to other deer species. Besides, the healing ointment was made from its horns! The little wolf beside him opened his eyes when he smelled the scent of the creature. The other wolves lowered their heads and dragged the deer's body in front of them. It was as if the servants were trying to please their masters!
Just as the wolf was about to eat the deer in front of him, William stopped him. He told him to wait.
First he skinned the deer. Then he quickly built a small fire and cleared a large piece of branch and led the deer to the branch. Then he set up a small mechanism and began to turn the deer in the fire.
Each time he turned it, he sprinkled a little of the spice he had taken from his dimensional bag. It was only salt and pepper, but it was better than nothing. In fact, at first he had not found anything in this world that resembled a hot, red pepper. But he was able to find an herb that was very close to his taste. It's called "ThousandGrow", and it was a plant that could come out of the ground almost anywhere in any season with a little rain. When dried, it had the same taste as chili powder. The spice was just right, it didn't burn his mouth.
After half an hour of cooking over high heat, the deer was ready to eat. Before he could even put the juicy, sweet meat in his mouth, William was mesmerized by the smell alone. He randomly cut off a piece and popped it into his mouth. The meat was juicy and immediately fell apart in his mouth. "Mmmmm... that's it! " He then turned to the Comrade. "Come, try it yourself." He said, cutting off a large piece and handing it to him.
Comrade looked at the meat in William's hand in disbelief. Then he put the piece William held out to his mouth. He thought about swallowing quickly, but William stopped him. "Eat slowly, chew." He said.
The Comrade did as he was told. A short time later, when the unique taste of this spice and salt combined with the juice of the meat, left a perfect aroma in his mouth. He didn't even realize it, but his face was smiling.
Later, he wanted more food and was about to rush to the deer on the fire, but William stopped him. "No, piece by piece. You should eat small. Look, like this." He cut off a small piece and popped it into his mouth. He closed his eyes with each bite and smiled as he chewed.
The comrade understood what he meant, but his mouth was at least ten times bigger than William's. How could he be satisfied with a bite as small as William's? He bit off a piece slightly larger than William had just cut and chewed it lightly. It was a difficult job for him to chew since his teeth belonged to a hunter, but he was slowly getting used to it. In a short time, he was completely used to it and enjoyed the excellent meat.
William did not know that what he had done was a big mistake. With this tiny, little, ridiculous gesture, he had created a gourmet wolf in this fantasy world, and he would regret it in the future, if not now.
Poor Ruby Horse watched the happy duo from the corner of his eye.
