Considering that the mage was trying to reach his dimensional bag even at the last moment, it was definitely possible that he had something like a healing potion. He quickly took it and looked at it. But it didn't just contain anything resembling 'a' potion. There were dozens of bottles. They were all filled, but the colors of the liquids were different. He didn't know which was poison and which was a healing potion. He quickly pulled out a red potion that was closest to him.
[Healing potion x1 (good)] William was delighted.
He sent his qi to his leg and stopped the bleeding. He then drank the potion bottle in one go, without thinking of the consequences. He then cut off some of the mage's blood-stained white robe for himself and wrapped it around his leg. Finally, he stood up. Although he walked a bit limp, he was fine, but in a chase, a simple iron rank soldier would catch him in a short time. Missing a leg was a great loss.
William stood up after placing the mage's dimensional bag next to his own. His eyes finally saw the main purpose of the mission. He reached for the floating seal but withdrew his hand as a transparent shield appeared around him.
'I'd be surprised if it was easy anyway!' he thought. He drew his sword again and hit. But then something happened that upset him. He saw that each time he hit with his sword, he lost a little of his soul stones. It stabbed into his heart like a great knife. Even his previous wound didn't hurt that much. He consoled himself with the mountain of soul stone he saw in the mage's dimensional bag. The soul stone was in the mage's dimensional bag just as much as the other.
Luckily, he was not afraid, the shield around the seal was broken as the mountain of spirit stone dwindled to halfway through. He carefully extended his hand. After confirming that there was no danger, he quickly grabbed the seal. He had a happy expression on his face.
Not having time to examine it, he quickly tossed it into his dimensional bag. He then began to collect the soul stones into his dimensional bag. Soon the joyous expression on his face faded because he could hear the shouts from outside.
"Tower! He must have gone to the tower. Sounds were coming! Run!”
William couldn't wait any longer. Because of the mage's magic, the tower looked like it was going to collapse soon. There was a hole right in front of him. He chose to escape from here.
As soon as he turned sideways out of the small hole, he began to hear more voices. It was the sound of a trumpet. I think there was a hole in the shield and Thedo took the opportunity.
William had to hide quickly using this mess. He looked around, though he had heard voices, he had yet to encounter any soldiers. He chose the area that seemed the darkest to him and started running, limping.
After turning a corner, he came to a pitch-black street. Here he considered hiding for a few hours in the space between the two houses. As he entered the pitch-black area between the two houses, he heard a voice from the side. Out of the darkness someone called out to him.
“ Psst! Come here now!” William was suspicious at first. He even prepared himself to defend himself, but when he heard the voice coming from a little girl and continuing to speak, he let his guard down.
“Come, I won't hurt you. If you want to hide, come." Said the dark silhouette.
Although William didn't trust him, he thought he might give it a shot. Darkness moved over to the little figure. At that moment, the little girl began to move. He was constantly scanning his surroundings. Finally, the couple came to a street with shops. The girl led him to the back of a shop and gestured for him to jump off the great wall. William was stunned the moment he jumped to the back of the shop. A few armed and armored people were sitting in the garden in the dark.
Everyone nodded as William limped in. The little girl invited him into the shop. William had been stunned ever since he walked in. 'Could these be the rebels inside?' he thought.
Although the majority did not look like warriors, they were still armed with swords and armor. All of them were either middle-aged or very young men.
When he entered, he saw several men sitting in several armchairs. The girl lifted one of them and made William sit down.
She then told another girl to bring hot water. Then she started looking at William's leg. She wanted to treat him. Her hands were extremely dexterous. She soon ripped off the piece of cloth William had hastily tied, cleaned it with hot water, and applied an unknown white cream.
The little girl said, 'This will do.' and stood up. Then she looked at William. She had never even looked at his face before because of the darkness. She thought it must be one of the rebels when she saw someone walking carefully through the streets of the capital, limping and scrutinizing his surroundings. She heard the sounds of the tower and then the trumpet. So she went out to quickly check it out.
After a moment's gaze upon William, she thought she remembered him. “Have I seen you before?” she asked.
William straightened himself from the seat. His leg no longer hurt. He could feel it slowly starting to heal. "I don't know, I couldn't see through the dark, where is this place?" William asked. Then he wondered around and scanned the shop he was in.
He soon realized where he was and why the girl recognized him. This was a weapon shop! And he's been here before.
“Now I remember.” Said. “I bought a sword from you before. I suppose the Shopkeeper's name was Master Mo?" Said.
The girl confirmed William's words. The man in front of her also looked familiar to her. She shook his head. “Okay, rest well. Master Mo will arrive shortly.” Said.
"Alright." William closed his eyes and began to meditate. He could sense the anxiety and anger from the smell of everyone in the little shop. There were about thirty men here. Even though most of them were just normal people dressed in armor and wielding swords, they could still manage to wreak havoc on the army from the inside.
Soon, William's ears twitched. He opened his eyes quickly and looked at the back door. Someone in black robes had entered the shop. He had seen Master Mo before. He could tell from the lines of his body that it was him.
The moment Master Mo entered the shop, the little girl came up to him and whispered something in his ear, pointing at William. Master Mo nodded.
He then walked to the middle of the shop. He gestured for everyone to assemble. Everyone around started talking as soon as they gathered in the middle of the shop.
“One of the towers has fallen from the attack, there is a small hole in the shield and the rebel army is currently forcing the gates. But the hole is not big enough. They have a hard time getting in. We must help them. We can attack the north tower. This will enlarge the hole.” Master Mo spoke with a frown.

The people around him began to whisper.
"But isn't the mage keeping watch?"
“And even the soldiers at the entrance are enough to stop us all.”
“Don't worry about the soldiers. I have this." Said, Master Mo. He took out three potion bottles from his dimensional bag. There was a blue liquid inside. It was obvious that he was afraid to even shake it from the grip in his hands.
“These are sleeping potions. If I sneak up on them and detonate next to them, they will lose consciousness in the slightest breath.” Said. He was quite sure of his plan.
A bearded middle-aged man next to him spoke. “Master, what about the mage? He will surely notice that we are coming.”
“Yes, it's a risk. But we must take this risk. This is not such an opportunity. It's the kind of opportunity that comes once in a century. For all of us." Said. There was a glint of fanaticism in his eyes.
William had been watching and listening to this show from the very beginning, but he had not stopped meditating. He could feel his leg healing faster with meditation. Seeing the fanatical brilliance in Master Mo's eyes, he couldn't take it anymore and decided to speak.
“Master Mo, can I speak please?” he asked.
Master Mo stared at the injured William for a second. He knew it was someone young and familiar. His apprentice had told him earlier that he had bought a sword from his shop. Moreover, he thought that he might be one of the rebels, wandering around the streets injured at night. It wouldn't hurt to listen to their ideas.
“Sure, please talk.” Said.
William spoke without getting up, still sitting on the couch and with his eyes closed. “Trust the rebel army! Just sit and wait! At dawn, victory will appear.” Said.
Master Mo frowned even more deeply. 'Who is this young man who speaks so confidently?' he thought. But before he could speak, Bo, who had been his blacksmith's apprentice for years, spoke up. It was a middle-aged man with a beard. “So who are you? How can you be so sure?" he asked. He had his hand on the sword at his waist. But by his trembling hands, it was clear that he was an extremely novice at this.
“Who am I?” William took a deep breath. He slowly stood up. “I am William Aureus, grandson of the rebel leader, who single-handedly killed the mage in his own tower .” Said. He gave a slight nod and smiled.
Although Master Mo was surprised, he quickly calmed himself and asked. "So how do we know it's you?"
This question almost made William frown. He tried to keep the smile on his face, but for some reason he was angry. It was irrational anger he couldn't describe. Still, he answered calmly. “Unfortunately, I have no proof other than my handsome face.” Said. Then he sat back in his chair. He closed his eyes, intending to continue the meditation.
More than thirty rebels around had nothing to say to William's words.
Even if Master Mo frowned and doubted William, he still thought he should ask. “Mr. William, how did you defeat that wizard? He was a true magician with red epaulets.” After Master Mo asked this, he walked over and sat on the seat next to him.
“It was a really tough fight. I've never fought against a mage before. It has been an experience for me too. You can tell how hard it was going through my leg.” Said. He stopped meditating and turned to chat with him. It was a complete lie that he hadn't fought a mage before. He had fought once, but the apprentice mage was too weak for him.
Master Mo spoke again. “Yes, you are at the pinnacle of iron. But he was also someone with red epaulets. Their magic is powerful.”
“Yes, it was strong. I could have killed him faster if he hadn't cast that spell that blinds me all the time.” Said.
William then thought of the potions in his dimensional bag. From where he was sitting, he asked Master Mo, “How are these potions used? I drank one ten minutes ago, but my wound is still not fully healed.” William took out the red healing potion and showed it to Master Mo.
Master Mo, “Can I have it?” he asked. He had already realized that it was a healing potion at a glance. After all, he was an advanced-level apprentice mage.
"Of course." William held out the potion.
Master Mo took the elixir and opened the cork. He then sniffed and closed his eyes for a second. “ Hmm, a good quality healing potion. But since these potions are made using herbs and blood, it would be wrong to expect instant recovery. If you wanted to heal faster, you should have poured half of it on your leg.” Said.
Later added. “Although there are potions that can heal instantly, they are very expensive and almost impossible to find.” Said.
took the elixir that Master Mo had handed back.
William did as advised. He reopened the wound that the little girl had healed. He carefully poured half of it over the crusted wound. Because it was a small hole-shaped wound, the healing potion he poured stood there like it was in a bowl. Then it started to burn slightly and white smoke started to come out. The scar tissue was growing rapidly as if it had received a tonic that forced the cells there to proliferate. He drank the remaining half of the potion in his hand. This potion was something miraculous. Visibly, in just a few minutes, the wound was completely healed. Only a few traces remained. It also got better over time.
"Good things. Two bottles of small potion can heal a large wound so easily.” Said. He stared at the empty bottle in his hand. He would then need to collect himself from such potions. Realizing its usefulness, he would not hold back and would take as much as he could. After all, nothing was more important than his life.
“Yes, this is the easiest and most prepared elixir for elixir expert mages.” Master Mo replied.
William then took out two more bottles of the elixir from his dimensional bag.
Although the system named them, they were sometimes not easy to understand.
[Sunflower root juice x1 (10 ml)] That was the full name of this liquid. It had no color. It was just like water, it didn't even say if it was a potion or not. He then looked at the other bottle.
[Spinal fluid of a forked-tongued marsh lizard x1 (50 ml)] The color of this fluid was dark green.
Pointing to Master Mo, he asked, “What potion is that?”
Master Mo didn't care much for the colorless liquid, but the dark green liquid scared him to the bone. He took the dark green liquid first. He opened the lid only slightly and sniffed.
“ Hmm, as I guessed. It's a very dangerous poison." He then confirmed that he would not kill by smell, and opened the cork stopper and sniffed it well. He frowned, “It looks like the spinal fluid of a swamp lizard. Normally this lizard is extremely small, not more than a foot tall, but they can spit venom from afar and this venom is usually produced in the venom sac. Even this poison can kill a rank one mage or an iron rank warrior in a matter of minutes. This is spinal fluid. The lizard can only produce and accumulate one drop per year. It only uses it to hunt predators that are much stronger than itself. As far as I know, this poison can easily kill a second-rank mage or bronze-level warrior. Moreover, since there were so many, that wizard caught hundreds of lizards and took their spinal fluid. Great effort.” Said. He spoke at length in one go. He wanted to make sure William understood.
“Be careful, you will be poisoned at the slightest contact. And the healing potion will have no effect.” Said. Then he raised an eyebrow and smiled slightly. “If you want to use it, drop a few drops on your sword and spread it well.” Said.
William was not worried about using poison. It didn't matter as long as he could defeat his enemy.
"Thank you. What about this?” he asked, pointing to the water-like liquid with his eyes.
Master Mo picked it up and looked at it. A magic symbol was engraved on the cork stopper. He muttered something and opened the cork. As he opened the stopper, a dazzling light came out of the bottle. The darkness instantly illuminated the shop as daylight. Then Master Mo immediately closed the cork back.
“This…Something special. We can call it the light element essence. It is the root juice of the sunflower. It is an excellent tonic for those who use the light element, so even the closeness to the element can be increased. Of course, if someone who already has an affinity for the light element uses it. Otherwise, it won't work." Said. He then handed the bottle to William.
William picked it up and put it back in his dimensional bag. It has no use for now, but it might come in handy one day.
"Thank you again. How do you know all this stuff?" he asked. Without the system, he wouldn't be able to identify these liquids or potions alive. He knew the precious parts of certain creatures but had never heard of the forked-tongued lizard, for example. If he had met in the jungle, he would have completely ignored it because of its size.
He hadn't even heard of the sunflower he was talking about.
“The most important thing for a sorcerer is knowledge. You cannot progress without enough knowledge. Let me give an example from myself. I have been at the advanced apprentice level for forty years because I am not knowledgeable enough. Another ten years and maybe I can be a real first-level mage. Of course, I don't know if I'll live until then." Said.
William nodded in understanding. It seemed that knowledge was very important to mages. The same was true for warriors. This requirement was education, if not knowledge. You had to train yourself every moment of every day. Otherwise, you would not be able to progress. Maybe you would practice the same sword technique for years, but the result would still be like Master Mo.
William had not yet faced such a major obstacle, but he was certain to be caught in the same situation at some point in his life. The road was rough and hurdle. If you didn't have the strength to overcome these obstacles, even the healing time wouldn't be a cure.
