“Really? That’s what you want?” Xandra asked.
Patty nodded.
“A beautiful girl who has all the money in the world is asking you what you want. You could have asked for anything, anything at all. Instead, you ask me if I knew someone that wanted to buy some Kores?”
“Is that so hard to ask?”
Xandra couldn’t believe that a person like this existed. If it was any other boy, they would have taken advantage of this situation and made her do something that she didn’t want to do. He could have done anything he wanted to her for one day, and she’d have no choice but to agree. After all, she was the one who started this whole mess and she was the one who had everything to lose if this little lie was found out. Patty could have also asked for a ransom of about a million Chains, and she would have no choice but to pay him that amount.
It was in the nature of humanity that greed and lust overpowered their every decision. But Patty only asked for a simple favor that she would have done for any friend. He was letting go of this magnificent opportunity. Was he even human?
“If that’s what you want, then I’ll introduce you to someone who needs Kores. He’ll buy your kores as long as they’re high quality,” Xandra agreed and walked over to him to shake his hand.
“I agree.” Patty shook her hand.
“But, that’s only if at the end of the day, Beatrice is convinced that the two of us are dating and she backs off. She has to believe it so that I don’t have to go to that stupid ball.”
“Tell me about it. If Sam finds out that we're lying, he’ll want me to go with him to an internship opportunity.”
Xandra smiled and looked at him. “Looks like we’re in the same boat.”
“Seems so,” Patty agreed.
“HEY! Are you two done being lovey-dovey?!” Beatrice shouted from across the cafe.
Patty and Xandra went over to Sam and Beatrice who were waiting just outside the cafe. Sam looked uncomfortable with Beatrice, mainly because she was ignoring him all the time. This was supposed to be a double date, but she seemed disgusted at that fact even though she was the one who suggested it in the first place.
“So, are we taking the bus or the subway?” Sam asked.
As soon as he said that, Xandra and Beatrice looked offended. “Us? Going on public transportation? I’d rather die,” Beatrice scoffed.
“My chauffeur is just around the corner,” Xandra said, just as a large hover car landed in front of the cafe. This particular hovercar didn’t use heat propulsion as most cars do, this one used invisible sound waves to levitate and fly through the air. Because of that, it was extremely silent and didn’t cause a commotion every time it landed. Of course, this type of hovercar was more expensive than the traditional one.
Beatrice looked proud as she looked at Sam and Patty’s face. It looked like this was the first time they saw such an expensive car. They finally knew the difference between elites like them and paupers who still use public terrain transportation. All inheritors had their hover cars that their parents bought for them the minute that they could get their license.

Xandra opened the front door and went inside. It was at that moment that Sam and Patty realized that there was no ‘chauffeur’ because no one was driving the car at all. It was fully automated!
Beatrice went to the middle door and immediately made herself comfortable by reclining the seat and creating a fort around her using the car pillows. Sam followed suit and sat next to her.
“Are you coming inside?” Xandra asked Patty.
“Hpmh. Are you too stunned to see a real-life hovercar?” Beatrice teased.
“What about my chair?” Patty ignored her.
“Don’t worry, the virtual butler will pick it up and pack it in the back of the hovercar,” Xandra reassured Patty.
“This cost a total of 500,000 Chains! That's cheap change for us, but this is your first time seeing this kind of money, right?” Beatrice was relentless in trying to embarrass Patty, but he seemed too lazy to even deal with her and just ignored her.
“I have more than that in my pockets,” Patty casually commented
Beatrice and the others thought that Patty was simply making a joke. After all, how could he have 500,000 Chains in his pocket? In reality, though, Patty wasn’t kidding. He did have almost 700,000 Chains in his pockets because that’s where he stored all the high-quality Kores that he had. Nobody knew that, so they thought Patty was lying. They should have known that Patty was too lazy to lie.
While the rest of them were doing their own thing: Xandra redid her makeup in the car, Beatrice sulked in her own little space in the car, and Sam looked down the window to see the city view from hundreds of meters up in the air, Patty decided to summon another 10x Summon Scroll.

[Consumable D-class Chicken Coop obtained!]
[A-class Bookworm Librarian obtained!]
[F-class Basic Element obtained!]
[F-class Basic Element obtained!]
[F-class Basic Element obtained!]
[D-class Tendora obtained!]
Patty’s eyes immediately went to the consumable A-class summon that he obtained. All of the consumables he had ever summoned were B-class or below, which meant that they could not be materialized in the real world. Only now did he have an A-class consumable that he could use!
He immediately pressed the button for the inventory and looked at its description.
[Consumable A-class 100 kilogram Space Inventory]
* This ring allows the user to store any item of any size as long as it is still within the weight limit of the ring. The weight of the objects inside will not affect the weight of the ring itself.
* The user can take out the item as long as he is touching the ring and thinking about the actual object itself. If this object is destroyed, all items stored inside will be forced out of the Space Inventory
* Real-world immersion achieved!
This was extremely useful for Patty because he was too lazy to bring bags and stuff to school. Not only that, he could store his rolling chair in this ring and take it out whenever he could! That would be so much more convenient for him that he would have to worry about where to put the chair when he didn’t need it.
Patty navigated through his system inventory and saw the card that had the consumable A-class ring on it. He quickly pressed it and immediately felt a black ring with silver linings appear on his right middle finger. The ring felt high-quality, but it didn’t look any different from a normal ring. If anyone saw it, they would simply think of it as a normal accessory.
[5000 Minion Growth Crystals obtained!]
He also got another D-class Tendora, which would mean that this was the second duplicate he had. Surprisingly, another system screen popped up as soon as he saw this duplicate.
[2x duplicate of D-class Tendora found. Do you want to use the two minions to upgrade your current D-class Tendora to the next class level? Y/N]
Patty was intrigued. As soon as he picked yes, he saw the system screen change to the Virtual World on top of the snowy mountain. He saw the Tendora minion suddenly stop his workout session as its whole body started to glow in a reddish-pink light. Strange blobs of red light came down from the heavens and converged into the minion, making it larger and morph into a different shape.
As soon as all of the blobs of red light were sucked into the minion, a bright light suddenly covered the screen. When his vision returned, he saw the Tendora minion standing still, but this time, it looked a lot different.
It used to be a green-skinned monster that walked upright on two feet, but now it has become a red-skinned monster with armor scales all over its body. It still had no head, but instead of having two arms and two legs, it now had four arms at its torso, with its main arms on the shoulders much bigger and beefier than its extra arms near its ribs.

[Real-world immersion failed due to low class]
He didn’t think that there was a way to upgrade the class of a minion! If he upgraded a B-class minion like the Flag Bearer or the Minion Crystal Farmer, then he could summon them in the real world! If he did that, he would be able to create his little secluded kingdom anywhere he wanted! The implications of this were wild.
