Magic of Coroleya

In the world of Coroleya there are fifteen types of Magic. Five can only be used by those innately gifted with magic. Five can only be used by those who've bound a part of their soul to the demonic forces that lie beneath the surface Coroleya, and five can only be used by the followers of the Lightbearer, who grants his most devoted followers the gift of magic.

As a Fae'lon you may study one of the five forms of Pure Magic to aid you in battle. Unlike most other spells you may gain along the way, you can only use each of the spells you've studied once per chapter.

(The five forms of Pure Magic are Light Magic, Healing Arts, Battle Magic, Shield Magic, and Will of the Lightbearer.)

Light Magic

Mastery of the light focuses on the magic of illusion.

Banish

Turn day into night or night into day, a useful spell for distracting enemies. (- 30 Weapon Damage.)

Breaking Dawn

Create a brilliant burst of sunlight that blinds all enemies, making them that much easier to slay. (+ 50 Resilience. + 50 Magical Resistance.)

Ghosts

Send an army of ghosts to attack your enemies. Not only do they act as a distraction, but they are also able to do spirit damage. (- 80 Weapon Damage. + 80 Magical Resistance.)

Healing Arts

Heal yourself faster.

Light Touch

Partially heals your most serious wounds. (+40 Health Points. Can be used on companions.)

Medium Touch

Restore half of your lost Health. (Can not be used on companions.)

Strong Touch

Restore your body to full health. (Can not be used on companions.)

Battle Magic

Draw in the raw energy of Light.

Faster

Increase your speed and battle reflexes. (- 60 Weapon Damage.)

Stronger

Double the amount of Health Points you have for the current Chapter.

Tougher

Strengthen your Physical Resilience. (+ 150 Resilience.)

Shield Magic

Call upon the Lightbearer for protection.

Light Shield

Summon a shield of pure light to drink in all magic. (Take no harm from any magical attacks.)

Fire Shield

Surround yourself in a wall of fire that burns your enemies as it fans outward. (- 50 Weapon Damage.)

Armor of the Lightbearer

For a short period of time you can summon the armor of the Lightbearer making you invulnerable to most damage. (+ 100 Resilience. + 100 Magical Resistance.)

Will of the Lightbearer

The most devout followers of the Lightbearer are able to channel the power of Light into a weapon of unbelievable power. Power to rival even the gods themselves.
