Right here in the Academy, in the middle of the garden pond, on a small platform made of ice, stood Shabina.
She had a very common pose, which imitated a triangle. Her head was the top point and her hands were the two bottom ones.
What was she doing in the middle of the pond you may ask? Well, she was busy thinking about life and her future. A 15-year-old like her needed to find purpose and a dream, I mean it was only 9 more years before she needed to act like an adult.
"What to do? What to do? Hmmm."
She squatted and watched the pond below her. "Life is like a snowflake. It has many points all made of ice... I think."
She let out a sigh and inhaled deeply. Her eyes mirrored the pond in front of her. "If only the universe were to show me a message."
*Ribbit Ribbit*
A green frog hopped onto the platform and slid across the ice. It's 5 beady eyes all looking in random directions.
"Froggy, I envy you. You live a simple life with no responsibilities and burdens passed onto you by ancestors."
*Ribbit rib-grvueh*
The eyes of the frog all spun around before stopping and focusing on one singular object in front of it. "Wowzer! Hello young girl."
She was startled by the sudden immense gaze she felt on her head. "Uh, what do you want?" Her arms moved and covered the frog's vision.
"No no no. It is not me that wants something. The one who wants something is none other than you."
Shabina raised her right eyebrow and shrugged her shoulders."I have no idea what you're talking about." She said winking and her voice hit the right pitch and manner to sound sarcastic.
"Oh, it seems we are on the same page. I can give it to you. A reason and purpose to love your insignificant human life."
"Annnnnnd that is?"
"Accept the deal and you shall receive what you need and deserve."
"Give me one second please." She picked up the frog and forcefully turned it around. Her eyes crossed and her mouth began to drool snowflakes because of the sudden use of her brain.
Shabina had no idea what the frog was telling her. She had no idea what was happening and she was still hoping for the universe to send her a message.
A small spark of intelligence dashed around her cranium. Her brain had reached a conclusion and that was enough for her to make a decision.
"I see. I see. I'm ready talking frog."
The frog spun on the ice and faced the eager Shabina. "Young girl, with the acceptance of this deal, your soul shall be mine and I will finally be able to attack your previous deal."
She nodded up and down, her eyes energized with enough power to charge a whole antelope.
"All I need is a single yes and you shall receive power! The power to ch-
"Woah! Wait wait wait!"
"..."
The frog eyes blinked slowly and Shabina responded with her equally silent gaze. "Are you gonna say something or a-
"Wait! What do you mean by power? Aren't we talking about car insurance here?"
"thehellisacar?" Mumbled the frog. *Ribbit* "I'm talking about power here! Easily obtainable power that can change your l-
"Don't want it."
"..."
"I don't want to be given power. I want to earn it! Also, I should have said this sooner but you better believe that I value my soul!"
"Excuse me for one second please."
Shabina like a gentleman turned her back on the weird deal-making frog. She then turned around immediately again because a second had just passed since the frog's request.
The frog's beady eyes were changed from being white, moist, and calm to a ripple of red and fiery anger. "YOU FOOLISH CHILD!"
Shabina grabbed the wet frog with her bare hands and covered its eyes. "I WILL SHOW YOU NO MERCY FOR DECLINING MY DEAL!"
Her bodied trembled from fear as she felt gazes coming from hundred of hidden eyes. Each and every eye looked right past her very core and being, piercing the mental wall she built.
"HAVE YOU HAD E-
With her cold hands, she froze the frog easily. Buuut the frog wasn't exactly frozen, more like covered in a thin layer of frost. Which was essentially the same as being frozen for any cold-blooded creature.
She gently placed the frog onto the icy platform to not break its icy cage. She then moved on with her life and began to swim away. Not!

The heel of her feet spun on the ice while the other readied for a good punting. And a good punting she accomplished. The kick launched the frog far away out of the garden and into the leaf-covered dirty floor.
"Now, how do I get out of here?"
----------------------------------------
Shabina entered one of the Academy's gymnasiums. Her clothes were dripping not because of the pond water but because of the immense swag she possess. Jewelry and ice lined her body which rivaled the likes of Azt, Qusp, and Harold.
"Greetings Shabina!" Roland shouted from the very middle of the room.
Shabina strutted towards the closeted furry. "Hey, Roland what do you want?"
"I heard that you were having a lack of worth and purpose."
"From who?"
"Umm, you...You were very loud earlier. But let's not talk about your lack of mental function and social awareness. Let's talk about Justice!"
"Justice... Ice cold Justice!" Shabina shot out snowflakes from her hand and into the air.
"Yes! I like your energy. So let's begin this talk." Roland stretched his legs and took a running position. He then bolted away jumping through and smashing one of the windows.
"Cool."
And so Shabina waited and passed the time while playing with snow.
*Swoosh*
Entering through one of the windows, a being clad in leather, wood, and Justice came barreling in. "Justice Owl. Is in the building!"
*Doot Doot Doot Boom*
"Greetings Shabina, it is I. Justice Owl!"
"I don't know you. You seemed weird and creepy, please leave. Also, you are super lame!"
"uh please wait a minute or so."
Justice owl dashed and charged through one of the windows, shattering the glass and escaping like the free bird he was.
And so Shabina waited and waited and passed the time by eating the snow.
Roland came crashing through one of the windows, demolishing the glass pane. His body then rolled on the ground and struck the half-eaten snowman.
"Owwww... Hi-hey Shabi, na. Yo-you should... Ra-trust. Justice Owl!"
"Okay." She said while holding out a thumbs up.
"Ni-nice." With his mighty legs and justice-orientated mind, he pathetically crawled on the ground and left the room like a normal person by using the doors.
And so Shabina waited and waited and waited and waited but she got bored so she left the building.
*CRASH*
Justice Owl came like a wreaking ball, his body catapulted and decimated the wooden walls of the gymnasium.
His body was hurled through the air, spinning, and dancing and smacking into the ground, and getting into a coma because of the extreme head trauma.
*Doot Doot Doot Boom*
The gymnasium foundation shook before breaking down from the explosive entrance of Justice Owl. The walls and roof, all came crumbling down onto our beloved hero, annihilating his body into a red mist.
----------------------------------------
Shabina grooved and skipped away from the crumbling building. Her body was full of energy, joy, hope, and snow.
However, life had something just for her. Circling around and watching from afar, the eyes of many but one examined in glee.
Gazes filled the air, all observing, and focusing on the snowhead girl. Her body shook not from the cold but from the immense cut of the nonblinking eyes.
She ran with grace and slid with precision, all in an effort to escape the watchful pupils.
Dashing and stumbling she traveled the whole Academy, hiding in the classrooms, bathrooms, her room, and even somewhere nobody would check or even bother to go into like Anthem's online lobby.
But no matter how hard she tried to preserve, the eyes watched and stared through her. Seeing her as nothing but a tool or a digit needed to be conquered and put to use.
Minutes have passed since the sudden gazes but to Shabina an eternity of fear and neverending trauma had just begun.
Her legs were as stiff as ice as she sprinted past everyone. Past her friends, past her classmates, past her fellows, past super sexy and attractive trees, and past wild beasts.
Without stopping she crashed into a tree. A hard cold tree that failed to send shivers through her spine. "Jeez." Looking around, her eyes were filled with the sight of ice and white mist.
Peace and serenity filled her soul and body as the temperature below dropped lower than her Intelligence Quotient. No more eyes, no more gazes, and no more observers. Well, excluding you guys of course.
Her feet slid on the icy floor moving around and exploring the unsurvivable territory. Moving with sparkles in her spacey eyes, she happened across a tidy cabin.
Sitting on the cabin porch, a person encased in blue ice daydreamed. With power and respect, the person sat majestically and looked absolutely stunning in her eyes.
"Hello." She approached the stranger, bowing her head out of respect and admiration. "Who are you?" The person responded, her voice filled with coldness and distance.
"I am Shabina Frost and I want to be as cool as you."
"What?"
"You're so cool. I mean look at you, look at your armor and the way you seat without a care for the world."
"Really? Uh, thanks but I'm gonna need you to leave this place."
"Eh! But why! Please let me stay here for some time." Shabina moved her feet trying to reach her newly admired idol.
"Domain." A wall made of ice sprung up in front of Shabina. Stopping her and blocking her way to the cabin.
"Go back to the Academy. A first-year like you should be staying at the dorm and sleeping." The girl stood up and began to walk back to her door.
*Swish Floosh*
The girl turned around and saw Shabina hurling through the air. Looking at her wall she saw a ramp made of ice covered in snow and snowflakes.
"Domain."
A cold windy breeze pushed back Shabina pushing her onto the ground and forcing her to slide away.
But this was not enough to break her spirit and will. Moving against the current, she froze her shoes and stomped on the ground.
Gathering the low-temperature mist and air, she froze it into her hands, forming gloves full of spikes. She cracked her shoes and crouched down on all fours.
Moving her body she stabbed spikes of ice into the ground, trying to gain balance and steadiness.
"What are you doing? Do you not feel the immense cold?"
Shabina's mouth formed into a smirk and her eyes were filled with a feisty and rampaging flame. "I don't feel cold at all!"
She forced her body and crawled past the strong breeze. Upon passing the obstacle, her gloves fell apart, she stood up straight and began to slide over to the cabin.
"Domain."
Small floating hands of ice formed around her. They moved in unison, flying through the air, trying to catch her. She weaved through, ducking and jumping over the hands.
Her eyes gleamed with victory as she was mere seconds away from the girl dressed in ice. She jumped in and tackled the girl with all of the remaining strength in her legs.
----------------------------------------
Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. I killed somebody again. A foolish girl froze to death because of her admiration and my lack of guts to push her back without hurting her.
"Are you okay?"
"Huh. What!" The girl's pupils dilated in size as they watched Shabina. Her eyes immediately moved away upon seeing that she was unfrozen.
Her hands moved and began to squish and touch Shabina's face. "Warmth..." She pushed Shabina away and moved her body up. She sat on the wooden porch examining the intruder.
"What was your name again?" She asked, her hands caressing and ruffling the hair of the rowdy child.
"Shabina."Her hands pointed upwards and shout out a shard of ice. The ice exploded into letters spelling out a beautiful message filled with snowflakes. "My name is Shabina Frost."
"The people in the Academy call me the Ice God or the God of ice." She stood up, reaching for her doorknob. "But I don't like that nickname. So just call me by my name."
She opened the door and pointed inside the cabin. "So just call me by my name." Shabina walked inside and was greeted with furniture made from ice and wood.
The girl entered her cabin and closed the door. She walked past Shabina and sat on a wooden rocking chair. "So call me Zoe... And please don't add a master to my name. I am barely older than you."
"Okay!" Shabina stood straight and bowed.
