[Would admin like to use Random Ability/Skill/Talent Token?]
"Yes."
[You have received]
- Perspective Minimum+
"Perspective Minimum+? What the hell is that and what's the plus sign for?" I asked before inspecting the ability further.
[Perspective Minimum+]
- An upgraded version of the original, this ability is able to observe the entire human body structure, allowing for the user to find weak spots.
- Does not require specific action for activation nor does it cause any physical changes to the user's eyes.
- Originates from the Hamatora Universe
"Holy shit. This is broken." I said in disbelief at the ability I had just received.
"This is perfect for both being a doctor and for combat. I can see the weak spots in any single part of the human body which lets me know what's wrong with a person, or I can use it to cause the most damage. And it's the upgraded version. I wonder what the normal version is though." I said before curiosity got the better of me and I looked for the original in the shop.
[Perspective Minimum]
- Has the ability to observe the muscle structure of the desired target, allowing for weak spots to be found.
- Usable only with the right eye, which shines when in use, and requires taking off an eyepatch from the right eye for activation.
- Originates from the Hamatora Universe
"Whoa, even this normal version is amazing. I mean the activation requirement isn't even a big deal, but I'm glad I got the upgraded version of it. Though it is a shame it can only be used on a person and not other things. Wait, if it's upgraded by the DGC already, does that mean I can still upgrade it?"
[Upgrade is usable more than once, but the amount increases for each subsequent upgrade]
"That's good to know. I wonder how many Upgrades it would cost to upgrade the ability?"
[Two]
"So it doubles, huh? Well, I guess that makes sense. I mean that's how it is in MMOs when you're upgrading something. Anyways, let me go see if I can try this out on myself before I go to sleep for tomorrow's conference. I don't want to be late." I said before going to the bathroom to use the mirror.

"Okay, so I guess I just think about using it and it should work right?" I said before activating the ability.
"Whoa. That's trippy." I said looking at myself in the mirror. Well more like inside myself. My vision now consisted of my body's muscular system. As I moved my arms around, I could see the muscles contract and move.
"If I practice enough, and with enough combat experience, I could predict my opponent's next move just by looking at their muscle contraction. But it said I could see all the systems, so let me check those out also." I said before thinking about what system I wanted to see next only for my vision to switch.
"Okay, this is pretty cool. My ability in diagnosis is going to skyrocket, I can't imagine what kind of doctor House would be with this ability. Actually, he might get bored. It'd be too easy for him, considering there would be no puzzle. Good thing I don't have the same addiction as him." I thought out loud before cycling through all my systems.
"I didn't see any weak points so that means I'm in perfect health. That's good, I would've hated to see a huge weak point." I said before turning off my minimum.
"These rewards are way too good for such an easy mission that I almost feel bad. Oh well, I hope all missions are like this. Anyways, it's time for me to take a shower and go to sleep on a modern bed." I said shuddering at the memories of those old beds that pretty much consisted of hay.
~~
After waking up I took another shower and ate some room service breakfast that consisted of eggs, bacon, and waffles. Done with breakfast, I went to check my luggage for clothes I could use and realized I didn't pack anything fitting for a conference. So, I decided to go to the Shop and with my daily points, which was 85 points, lucky me, I bought a suit that was worth 50 points.
[Black Suit]
- Modern-fit single-breasted black suit, includes a white button-up shirt and black plain toe Oxfords.
- Perfect fit for user's size
After buying and wearing the suit, I realized what Barney meant when he said he would rather die than wear a suit off the rack. A perfectly fitted suit feels almost like a second skin.
"Is the suit too much? Maybe I should go more casual? What do you think Smoke?" I asked my wolf friend for his opinion.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention but having the ax in my inventory still allows Smoke to come out. The DGC asked me if I wanted to allow him to come out even though he is in the inventory and I said yes. I mean who would want to be frozen in time and only come out when you're needed only to be put back right after? Anyways, now he hides in my shadow.
"The suit looks impractical for combat."
"It's not for combat. It's for a social event." I explained.
"Oh, then I don't care." he said before going back into my shadow.
"Thanks for the help, bud. I'll go in the suit. Can't go wrong with a suit." I said tidying up my appearance before I went downstairs and hopped in a cab to the hotel where the conference was being held.
~~
"Thanks." I said to the cab driver after leaving a big tip.
The hotel the conference was being held at was not as fancy as the one I'm staying at, but it's still very nice. After admiring the hotel's architecture for a minute, I walked into the hotel while pulling up all the info on my phone. Seeing signs inside the lobby for the conference, I followed where they pointed unit I reached the check-in desk.
As I walked up to the check-in desk, I noticed there was a man checking in. Not thinking much of it I began to plan out what I would do during the conference until I overheard something the lady at the check-in desk said.
"You're all set, Dr. Robert Chase. I hope you enjoy the conference."
