Autist 29—Watering The Flowers

Watering the gardens of [Yume Nasai], a long silver haired girl with dull silver eyes waited. The trees in the distance shook in the wind, floating her hair strands shimmering in the sunlight. Behind her, a Moon Elf with long blonde hair snuck up, a dagger in it's hand. She smiled. The girl gently tipped her watering can upwards, leaving the flowers below fed. She turned elegantly, keeping up appearances, before the Moon Elf's head got bashed.

The Moon Elf staggered back as the watering can bounced off of it's head, a gunshot rang out and the dagger wrenched itself from the Moon Elf's grasp. While trying to catch a glimpse of the girl to counterattack, the Moon Elf's forehead quailed under a vise grip. Soft, delicate fingers sunk in, threatening to crush the Moon Elf's skull. Vision blocked, the Moon Elf kicked, and the kick missed, balance lost, the Moon Elf hit the ground, gritting it's teeth against the pain as it's head pushed below into garden path bricks.

The smell of lavender drifted between the two as the girl mounted the Moon Elf, knee dug near it's neck.

In perfect English, the long silver hair girl spoke in flat melody. "Never come near me or Ne—, I mean, sister, ever again."

The Moon Elf grinned as the pressure on it's head didn't increase. So, only a threat. When the girl overpowered the Moon Elf, it thought she'd go for the kill. A soft type. This must be reported to the higher ups. "This was a trap, wasn't it?" The Moon Elf played it cool, drawing out the conversation as long as possible to gather information was standard for it's job.

"Tearing off sister's clothes, you forced me to step in. She doesn't like being naked," the girl said.

"Is that so. To let you know, it is within my prowness to use your own mind against you. Your own egregious mana turned against you. And if I may add, as far as I can see, there is no separation between your sister and 'you'."

The long silver haired girl levered her hand off the Moon Elf's head. She shifted her weight off her knee, standing up, making the Moon Elf more comfortable, in her mind, at least.

"When those tentacles attacked us, I felt such ecstacy. My sister's prophecy of the Psychic Ninja Moon Elf came true. Impossible. She's always dreaming the impossible. She's so wonderful. So, I knew a psychic attacker couldn't resist an opening for more access to the mind. So, I made my sister's mind open wider, trapping you here."

The Moon Elf turned smug on the ground, not bothering to get up. "You're letting me live? Once the Moon City hears of your abilities, they won't take you lightly. You've been on our watch ever since you registered with the Adventurer's Guild."

"I hid our true ability at that time. The secretaries breast's were too large to trust. Those power level readings you took at that time are worthless."

The Moon Elf's interest grew. Breast size is an indication of being untrustworthy? She's talkative. Either a fool, or, no, definitely a fool. "Then, what do you plan to do when the Moon City rules against you? You cast an illegal spell. Showing Nephilz in lasers, you placed yourself before the order of Errera. You have disrupted the magical fabric weave of this world we, the high races, stand guard over. The thousands who died are of no concern, there are always more of the lower races."

"Ne— etto, my sister is amazing. My sister has seen everything. With my sister at my side, we can overcome anything." Her silver hair blew in the wind, waving the branches of the flower garden behind her. This girl wasn't a layabout like a certain special protagonist.

Across the expanse of [Yume Nasai], she built an army through connections to the 2D realm. She made [Yumicite], and unrivaled matierial concentrated from Wizard's mana. It had sold heartily in the 2D realm, though the girl made sure the wielders of the immensely powerful weapons were chosen carefully among her new friends.

Among those friends, there were many who practiced magic with her. She even learned marksmanship and archery, though she found herself drawn to her gun more than the bow. All of these plans, they all floated straight from Wizards mind, idle thoughts that opened entire new vistas for the girl to explore.

She even planned in secret with her new powerful friends her sister conjured up out of nothing. These friends were clothing, for reasons the girl couldn't understand, and so the girl made her own clothing spell. Imitating her sister was the best she could do, she thought. Even the grandness of [Yume Nasai] was all her sister's planning. With her sister's peerless foresight, beauty, wisdom, beauty, insight, creativity, cleverness, beauty, knowledge and vision~ who could possibly stand in their way?

"Is that so," the Moon Elf prepared a smoke bomb from somewhere in it's pants. "Surely, the Moon City will fall to you and your... sister. Then, may I offer a truce for now? I am not of the ruling body of the high races, but perhaps I can argue that you are a peaceful girl despite your show of power, and the Moon City won't make the mistake of making you our enemy."

The tale has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the violation.

"Ah~ that would be nice if it were true." The girl smiled. "But," she aimed her gun. "I've killed too many. My sister would judge me harshly if she knew. What's one more?" Blam.

The shot missed the Moon Elf's head, shaving off glourious blonde locks. A smoke bomb went off, and the girl stood there in the smoke, waiting for the Psychic Ninja Moon Elf to escape. She had prepared a portal out in advance in the forest nearby.

The Moon Elf spy would be much more useful to her alive than dead. Now, the Moon City would be on guard. They would underestimate her power and send a subjugation party. It would be a perfect chance to display her sister's might to this world, no, to show everyone how strong her sister was, she wanted the Moon Elf to bring more friends. Friends to show off her sister's might. That was the real reason.  The girl skipped and hummed. She picked up her watering can, returning to watering the flowers, humming an anime opening to herself.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
There's a lot of lasers here. My Orbital Bombardment Was Larger Than Expected. I suppose. Big space rig platforms appeared when I said "fire!" And fire they did. A veritable rainbow colored light show blanketed to Nephilz. I hope everyone enjoys the show~
Is what I wanted to say, but it looks like this is actually going to kill a lot of people...
No, I must trust in Anime Girl. This isn't my spell, so it has a good chance of being accurate. There's no way Anime Girl would make a mistake. She can't! She made [Yume Nasai], [Yumicite], she's prettier than me because she has long hair. Well. It's not like I look at myself to see how pretty I am. Rather, my sense of appearance has fallen to the wayside as more important matters barged into my life.
What's important is that Anime Girl is pretty. Even if she does something wrong, like kills a few more millions than expected, she'll still look good. If I'm just looking at her appearance, then I'll feel good, so I won't have to think about all the corpses lurking outside the frame. A screenshot of an Anime Girl being cute is enough to draw your attention away from all the evils of reality!
"Namida Amita Budhtsu." I muttered a mock buddhist prayer. As if I'm honoring all the dying below me. Red, green, splash of gold, the laser show intensified as Niji's Mount evaporated. Guess that whole Mount was tainted. Oh well, there's still six left. A few chunks of the other mounts were missing, patches of forest were burned out, and huge empty spaces opened up to the sewers below, but it's okay. I mean, the city is being orbitally bombarded. It should expect to look this miserable.
Wait, am I going to clean this up? Nephilz is in a sorry state. That, and the lasers are still firing. My worries increased as the river of Nephilz went dry. No, they need water, Anime Girl, what are you doing? A stray laser fired off into the distance, flashing briefly across the forest, carving straight into the center of Nephilz. At the edge of my vision, I saw a massive tidal wave rush in, flooding the lower parts of the city and sewers to the brim. My brows furrowed. That had better not be seawater.
The lasers finally stopped firing. Alone in the clouds above Nephilz, I floated in silence hugging my armor to my body. This was necessary. This was necessary. I think? No, let's just— and with that, I flew down to the city.
Anime Girl guided me straight to Hohemi's place. I was worried in general, so I don't know why I ended up flying here, really Hohemi can just die for all I care! Wait, what if she really...
In the center of her room was a note with a smiley face on it. The place was abandoned. I went to the sweatshop below, but not a single person was there. What's more, the stock was cleaned out as well. Where's all the clothing? The sewing tools, arcane and mysterious, still populated the place, and there were scraps of material scattered about. It's like everyone evaporated. Or something. Lasers evaporate. Did you evaporate them with lasers, Anime Girl?
[Nai wa. Minna koko ni iru yo.]
Well, it's her [Yume Nasai]. Anime Girl can do what she wants with them. It's not like I care. I'm worried. I care. But, was that a good idea? I don't think so. I wouldn't challenge Anime Girl on it, so why bother thinking on it more? And I thought on it more.
Ah, well, the whole city being what it was, ridded with holes and corpses and such, I decided to take a vacation. After an orbital bombardment, I want a break.
I'm heading back to Heaven(Pillow Rat Tree). I ran into a dying Ouji on the way out, and I asked Anime Girl to heal him for me. Ouji's very lucky, I just so happened across a corpse pile he was lying on. And he was loud giving his dying monologue. Shouldn't you be very dead with wounds like that? Guilt is a good motivator.
Anime Girl abducted this pitiful existence into [Yume Nasai]. I thought it was strange of her, but our communication being what it was, I figure I'll ask later. I'd rather let things lie for now.
Flying is a blessing by itself. I soared over the forest, aiming straight for a wonderful non-populated area free of anything sentient. Perhaps I exhausted myself, and that's why the orbital bombardment, everything else was really an excuse, I'm sure. It's not my fault. It's not my fault.
Nah, it definitely is, but I really don't want to think about it so I won't bother about it. Conveniently, the city of Nephilz is just a dot on the horizon as I lay on the branches of the Pillow Rat Tree. I'm still wearing the armor from Anime Girl's Busou spell. I'm back to feeling like I have no clothes. The last time I was here, I had a tentacle hoodie.
Then Kirei came, all sad-faced and lanky that stupid bastard. Before Anime Girl could glomp his skeleton ass I chucked the Magic Tome at his face. After the Tome hit his face and bounced off, causing no visible distortion in the suffering of the somber titan, my body hugged his. Tried to, at least.
"[Oto-san!]"
Anime damn it, Anime Girl.
It seems my magic training will begin. It's not like I want to control my magic, or anything, baka!
