Chapter 76: Popularity Posters

Of course, after knowing the results of the foldable surveys, it was natural for the participators to know the results of their efforts.

Company and customer rapport needs developing and Creed Comics were spearheading their initiatives towards that goal.

However, it would be boring to just show the numbers in a blunt way so Alexander made the perfect method to creatively convey their findings.

It is a method that employs advertisement and excited diversity through art. Although it is just a poster method but it should be enough to convey the results around.

Fortunately, the new releases of next week are already ready so a cycle of Creed surveys and Creed Survey results would be made.

-----

Eventually, the new comic book release day arrived and the comic goers that have long been lulled by Creed Comics' enticing release schedule have already been lining up.

If expert estimates are correct, Creed Comics only need to keep up the pace for 30 repetitions and a comic buying habit would be established.

Anyways, that is still far off into the next months as the comic goers' attention were the new Creed Comic releases.

Marvel's Secret Wars have been raging in the Marvel fan community but it is only a passing read for the Creed fan community.

Who cares about Spiderman's black suit when Goku is about to get a new Dragonball, the Turtles are surrounded by the Foot clan, the ThunderCats are forced to flee from destroyed Thundera, and Bumblebee is about to make contact with Earth? Maybe Marvel and Spider-man fans would but Creed fans wouldn't.

The Creed Comics section is where the crowd headed for and within expectations, new, exciting, and connection to the previous narrative was being displayed.

This was Dragonball's rest week as the TMNT's issue #9 would finally resolve last last week's cliffhanger.

The customers also saw the leftovers of last week's releases which should be sold out within a few days through their deductive estimates. Creed Comics' repeated sold-out achievements were no joke after all.

Just as the buyers were expecting a TMNT solo day, they did find a new eye-catching cover.

To their surprise, it was the cool-looking Bumblebee that gave them a delectable impression since last week. He made his return in an unexpected release with The Cybertronian Chronicles #2: Bee Lands!

Everyone was surprised as they thought that the cool-looking Autobots and Decepticons would follow a monthly release schedule like ThunderCats.

They weren't expecting to be spoiled with an adjacent release after the debut. None of the nerds or parents were complaining though as they didn't like the long wait.

This story originates from Royal Road. Ensure the author gets the support they deserve by reading it there.

One of the suggestions that they wrote on their Creed survey papers was urging for daily releases after all.

Too bad that it was just their wishful thinking but it at least highlighted their expectations for Creed continuity.

Eventually, they recalled last week's impromptu survey from there and a collective comic book excitation moved forward from there.

-----

Back in Creed Store. Last week's frontliner fanboy met up with Mr. Counterboy once again and took the lead in getting the needed insider information.

"Hello again sir." The fanboy hesitantly asked as he carried his TMNT #9 and TCC #2 to be bought and brought home.

"Hello to you too, kid. Too bad that I don't remember you as I cater to hundreds of you on a daily basis." Mr. Counterboy could only say in case the kid in front of him wails for being forgotten by him.

"It's okay if you don't remember me but I was one of the very first to try and help Mr. Alexander." The fanboy whispered as he is still fooled by last week's 'insider information'. "If you still don't remember then just know that I filled out that survey that you handed to me."

"Oh... you were that guy." Thankfully, Mr. Counterboy did have some lightbulb moments and gave what the store crowd was hoping to eavesdrop about.

"If you guys are wondering for the results of the last survey, then just make your way to the survey booth and you'll know your answers." Mr. Counterboy could only reprimand these parents and nerds' silliness.

Sure enough, the Creed store crowd was light bulbed as well as they hurriedly scurried off to the Creed Survey corner and broke off their 'buy train'.

A new set of survey papers were laid out when they got there and also the box that is ready to collect. The crowd quickly turned their attention from those props though as they were attracted by 2 eye-catching posters.

One said Top Creed Comic Titles while the other said Top Creed Comic Characters.

The top Comic titles were relatively bland as they only ranked up the Creed titles with the familiar stylized fonts of each title. It was still cool to see different styled fonts interact with each other though.

{No. 1: ThunderCats

No. 2: TMNT

No. 3: Dragonball

÷+÷+÷+÷

No. 4: The Cybertronian Chronicles}

The crowd had mixed reactions to the results as they cheered for their chickens that won and were dismayed for the ones that didn't perform well as they hoped.

Goku fans were dismayed, and all the other title fans were either joyous or vowed to change that ranking.

Of course, the top Comic character poster had much more going on but it was also a crossover fanservice that the crowds didn't expect.

Five drawn characters were posed in a seemingly picturesque group photo with their rankings indicated by numbered crowns on top of their head.

Goku had the gold 1 crown with him dishing out a double peace sign at the center of everyone, Bulma was pissed at her silver 2 crown, Michelangelo was ecstatic with his bronze 3 crown, Lion-o was dismayed at the rust 4 crown, while Bumblebee was towering over them with a shocked expression when he looked at his rust 5 crown.

Of course, there were many other Creed characters pushed to the far back with corresponding numbers sticking to their persons.

The poster was humorous, exciting, shocking, and beautifully breathtaking in the opinion of the crowd.

They didn't need to worry about who won the gold 1 crown as they just want to take home the beautiful popularity poster and admire the many characters that they have followed for the past couple of weeks.

In a sublimation of their participation and substitution to the story, their love for these characters and story blossomed further and they just can't wait for more.

They even seem to not be able to wait for next week's popularity poster as they lined up for a new Creed Survey train in hopes of giving next week's poster the beautiful variety that it should have.

Thus, the 'Inclusivity through Mail' initiative came to its full fruition as the poster excitement and survey lines were being hounded by enraptured fans and wannabe participants.

The sales of that day were at an all-time high and every comic book store owner knew that Creed Comics' pop-up activity may just be on its way to tradition.

Even they were caught up with the voting and popularity craze after all.
