June 15, 1985 or June 15 to be exact is a considerable halfway point.
Aside from the seasonal partings and some brief interludes during Alexander's day-to-day life, the month of June for him had a lot of preparational operations. Hence, Preparatory June being his entire moniker for the month.
June is the 6th month and the halfway point of the 12-month long year, this was the time when Creed Entertainment prepared for the latter half of 1985.
All operational fields under Creed Entertainment would finally have their time to shine.
It was not just Creed Comics that would be in the spotlight but the rest as well.
-------
As usual, the preparation for Creed Comics' half-year releases is straightforward and has already formed a balance now.
Some title releases are alternating every other week.
Some releases depend on how the story pacing can adjust to the wait.
Some releases are steady on the monthly schedule as usual.
Of course, the annual Octoberian and Decemberian releases have to be kept in mind.
Creed Comics has already struck a delicate balance to print factories and the comic book store direct market on the scheduling of things, so the June preparations should be the same as usual.
It is quite regretful for Alexander to remember about his missed new titles opportunities though.
The annoying legal infringement for legal infringement's sake has been quite the hard thing to get around.
The May Volume Books have already racked him some new long-term sources of income and the lack of new titles meant that things may stay stagnant for a while.
Of course, for this Preparatory June, it was best to prepare for all the legal troubles again. Out-of-court settlement and whatnot is quite the annoying thing to stomach but it may be the best option that they could go for.
Granted, that the opposing parties haven't responded much to that, the Creed legal team has their work cut out for them.
Anyways, Creed Comics is on a delicate pause in its new title releasing but it still has a progressive thing going for it... in terms, of existing intellectual properties that is.
-------
The comic book side of things is not the only thing to be prepared for. Creed Toys would always somehow go hand in hand with the comic book properties... now, there was a potential film and comic strip connection to it as well.
From Dragonball #32's newly introduced Krillin to the legalities popular Phoenix Wright and company.
There was the stuffed toy Hobbes and Mr. Bun in the plans as well. This was the final layer to cement 'Calvin and Hobbes' integral identity to society after all.
Then, also already in production and just awaiting the theatrical dissemination, the Back to the Future toyline was in place.
From the kitted-out DMC DeLorean to character figures as well. Of course, there were true cast complications that came from this but it worked out quite well already.

Everything seems fit and dandy but what Alexander is overseeing, for the most part, was the 'Numbawan' China factory productions, the seafare import and export, then there were the distributions.
Normally, Alexander would choke these factors up to delegation since he was busy with school but it was quite nice for him to note how much immensity was going on behind the scenes of things.
For most consumers and product buyers, they only see the simple 'buy it from the store shelf' scenario. They didn't mind how it got there but when they do, they might have a new perspective on things.
-------
Of course, Creed Toys and its toys was part of the merchandising portion of Creed Entertainment's IP factory.
It wasn't alone as clothing, costumes, and 'other' merchandise integration were other factors as well.
Alexander was a bit ready to take back their disappointing run on 'costumes' last year and had the CREED 3rd floor companies truly work with what they were hired for.
The finished product wasn't quite sophisticated due to the backtrack 80s technologies but it was quite innovative enough to stand out from everything else... at least, that is what Alexander thinks.
Anyways, the costume department was quite looking forward to Haloween and Comicon. These were the nerdy and costume-y moments that their fields would shine after all.
Of course, for clothing and all the other stuff, they had specifications of their own such as companies that want authorization to use Creed characters.
Alexander even heard of an airline considering the possibility of stapling Shenron on its planes' sides. They even prepared a slogan that 'Dragon Air: Making your traveling wishes come true!'
It was awesome enough to give the greenlight already but Alexander's meticulous proposal deliberations still had to happen.
Deciding on things just either because you like them, wouldn't be enough for a business to stay afloat.
-------
Then there was Creed Animations... and Creed Music.
It was appropriate to separate focus on the two separate things but Alexander found that it was quite hard to dissociate them from each other.
It wasn't just because the audio and music recording parts were only within arm's reach, it also pertains to two girls.
The duo wasn't bickering or girl fighting at all but they stuck to each other like glue for the most part.
When it was Alexander's VA job, little Milica would tag along. It was summer and Alexander's break from music meant a break for her as well.
When it was Alexander's music focusing, the now 'friend-ish' Cox was curious about some things and it so happens to be her recording break as well, so why not enjoy the music.
From this to and fro scenario, the girls had their own fair share of a friendship story as well.
Due to girl mysteries and whatnot, the duo started out with some animosity to each other but got a bit close in the end. There was drama from the 'Alex friendship-Milla jealousy' but it was short and fleeting in the whole perspective of things.
Alexander could only be some weirded-out male spectator throughout the entire thing. He guessed that it may have something to do with mysteries of the opposite sex.
Anyways, the much seriouser side of Animations and Music was progressing and was prepared as well.
The Creed Animations team had a lot of Seasoned Hayao students that followed his teachings and emulated from them, so the progress and quality assurance was not something to be worried about. Granted, a nitpicky little boss slash animation theory savant was there to double up on progress and quality assurance.
Of course, that may take up to next year to finish up but the Creed Music portion had a lot of strategic song choices already.
The people in the music room and the music team were already quite inspired by the sensational Live Aid concert, so productivity and layered preparation were a guarantee.
-------
Of course, as much as Alexander has decided to go with Creed Music for now. He hadn't actually let go of the prospects of games entirely and is working out something amidst all the preparatory stuff that he's been doing.
Creed Games might take a while but it will get there... eventually...
-----
Last but not least in Preparatory June's many preparatory things was Creed Pictures. It existed even older than the high-churning Creed Comics and Toys but it takes quite a while for its projects to manifest.
The June Preparations were mostly on the July release though but its whole other preparations had long been started ever since the whole plundered BttF project was finalized under the Creed banner.
For the most part, Alexander had little meddling in it and can't wait to see what his grandfather and the BttF team could achieve.
Well, the July release was already scheduled so the wait is close, and finding out more about it was close in hand.
-----
In any case, June did pass as months and time eventually and always does. Nonetheless, the things that had happened were something that Alexander could learn from and improve on.
