Help me find errors/mistakes, thanks!

Chapter one of two, enjoy! (Most of you guys wanted two chapters instead of one long one so here you go.)

News: I am looking for a proofreader for this series and my other series if any of you are interested in helping out let me know.

Also me with my weird imagination had another idea for a story in mind, already wrote the prologue to it and the chapter length will be longer than this series (Maybe). It's called Virtual God Zu. I took my other work Code Death rewrote it, changed a bunch of ideas and then threw it away :/. Why? Because when I was rewriting CD this Virtual God Zu just kept coming in my head, so I am now writing that. That series will have one chapter a day, or at least three chapters a week, while I write this. Teaser ----->

Who would have known that ten years later Zu would buy his own freedom, becoming a free man. Once free Zu continued his farm life and brought a small house to live in on the edge of Lindel town. When Zu was a slave he had two meals a day, but now on his own he can barely pay the rent. There was a prophecy a thousand years ago that stated ‘Jumpers’ would appear one day, who knew that, that day was coming. It was stated that those ‘Jumpers’ would teleport into our land and either cause Chaos or utter destruction. Each Jumper belongs to a faction, and every faction is at war. On Azure, the factions are fighting for supremacy, but could you have known that they would pray for the ‘Jumpers’ to appear and fight for their cause? Zu has his own goal, he wants the region of Link to be destroyed but being a farmer won’t cover the quest he needs to give to the ‘Jumpers’.

“What? I don’t remember any of this? Why… why don’t I remember? Is this a lie? This cannot be true!”

Zu you are apart of the kingdom of Zen, and they have summoned the ‘Jumpers’ give them the quest needed to rise up in power to help your kingdom become the true ruler.

This is your job, this is your destiny, you cannot escape your fate.

A bright white light was shone, it covered all of the man's vision blocking him from seeing anything. He tried to cover his eyes, but it didn’t work, the light still shined through. When the light dimmed down, the man found himself in a tattered wooden house.

The man looked around the wooden house, there were holes in the wall and a strange smell came into his nose. There wasn’t anything to hold his clothes, they were in a pile against the corner. The pile couldn’t even be considered big, it only had four pairs of clothes, each one was wet and produced a foul odor. The man pinched his nose as he turned his body around looking for anything to air out the scent.

Soaring Dragon Continent, Black Tortoise Forest

“Now Die!!!” The Demon Ape King roared as it clapped its two giant hands together.

Boom!

A vibration shot through the air but it was clearly visible. Its colour was pure black and it vibrated through the two men who were fighting against it. This wasn’t like a normal vibration as it caused them to instantly cough up a mouthful of blood. Their faces paled while they found it hard to breath.

Slowly the life in their eyes faded away while their bodies dropped to the ground. This was the strength of the Demon Ape King, something that they could not handle.

“Kill it!” A voice roared from the distance as multiple shadows approached.

-------

This was his third breath but it felt as if his body was being ripped apart. The energy surging through his body made him feel that he had the strength to kill all that opposed him. However, the pain he felt as time went on increased.

Qiu Zhen’s strength alone caused him to break the chains that tried to bind him while he took the sword and swung around in the air. Each spin gathered more force and with more force gathered, he accumulated more speed. If you looked at him you would think he was making a mini cyclone. His sword was pitch black and when it cut through the wind, it caused a slight vibration.

Qiu Zhen didn’t use any secret skill. He used the strength of the demon sword qi alone. ‘This is enough’ Qiu Zhen thought to himself. He felt that if he used a skill then his body wouldn’t be able to take it and he would collapse.

His body spun towards the assassin, causing his sword to collide with the assassin's dagger.

Boom!

The assassin’s hand held on to the dagger tightly but under the force Qiu Zhen had generated, it wasn’t enough. The dagger left his hands, leaving him wide open and giving Qiu Zhen the chance to cut him across the chest.

However, that was all it did. The assassin specialized in speed so the moment his dagger left his hand, he was already retreating, making Qiu Zhen’s blow less fatal than expected.

“Tsk, it seems like ‘he’ underestimated you. Now that my brothers are dead, there's no need for me to stay.”

Qiu Zhen snorted at the assassin. “Hpmh! You think you will escape!?”

On the black sword, purple flames appeared. These flames that were suppose to be pure purple had a touch of black on top of them. They were two toned, something Qiu Zhen had never produced before. However it wasn’t him that generated this type of flame, it was the state he was in.

Fourth Breath.

“Mirage of the Sky Burning Phoenix!”

Qiu Zhen’s body split into two images. Both looked exactly the same. Each image of him produced the same aura yet you could not tell which was real one and which was fake. Both images of Qiu Zhen swung their sword at the assassin. The assassin was ten meters away but that didn’t stop Qiu Zhen from swinging his sword.

Two phoenixes. That’s right, not one but two! Both images of Qiu Zhen produced a phoenix that was ten meters long with a wing span of fifteen meters. Both of the phoenixes soared in the air, circling around each other until they finally merged together. They combined to create a phoenix that was thirty meters long with a wingspan of fifty meters. It was huge, and to think all of this was created by flames.

Boom!

The purple phoenix shot directly towards the assassin faster than he could flee. When it hit the assassin, the ground beneath him was blown apart, creating a crater in the ground. Black flames arose from the ground and they made a pattern. The pattern of a phoenix. In its eyes that were purple, they gave this feeling of eternal death.

The assassin was on the ground, screaming his lungs out but that didn’t kill him. The ‘Mirage of the Sky Burning Phoenix’ wasn’t a skill that killed people and instead it caused them to feel excruciating pain. They were drawn into a state that made them thought that they were burning and they would do anything to stop it. Normally when this move is used, it would last for a few days to a few weeks but with those black flames, Qiu Zhen doubted if they would ever be extinguished. This man would feel like his skin was burning, his body melting and no matter what, he would constantly burn. When being under this form of mental attack, anyone would kill themselves.

Fifth breath.

Qiu Zhen breathed again but this time his body felt like it was being pulled from two different ends. His vision got blurry while his face turned pale. He started to cough up mouthfuls of blood while he held his stomach that felt like it was on fire. The qi in his body felt as if it was sucked out of him, not even leaving a drop. His vision turned black as his body stopped moving. It seemed that this was the side effect of opening on the first eye. He would feel crippled for a while.

------

Hu Jun went to alert the elders of the Demon Ape King. She told them how some of the inner disciples provoked the beast but were killed. When they heard the cultivation level of the beast, they called off the hunt and decided to slay it.

The forest behind the school has all kinds of demon beasts but one at the Mystical realm was not supposed to be one of them. The reason they sent inner disciples on the hunt in the first place was to practice their skills and not to send them to their death. The forest was filled with Dao realm demon beast, but not a Mystical realm one.

For a Mystical realm demon beast, one or two paragon level cultivators would be enough to handle it and they had ten. If this beast appeared then that meant that what the headmaster said was true, the Black Tortoise really did leave a treasure. How couldn’t these elders be the ones to check. Each and every one of them had the look of greed in their eyes.

A Mystical realm demon beast appearing in a forest filled with Dao realm demon beast meant that it was placed there to protect some kind of treasure. Once they heard of the shining jewel that those inner disciples saw, they didn’t wait any longer and dashed off into the forest.

When they arrived, they saw that the Demon Ape King killed those black-robed cultivators in an instant. Its cultivation wasn’t at the Mystical realm, it was at the Paragon realm! This made them even more sure that this beast was placed here to protect some kind of treasure.

“Kill it!” One of the elders said while the other elders moved.

The Demon Ape King glared at them. “You dare challenge me!? Die human trash!”
