My body felt so refreshed that I ran all the way back to Meracle's house. Qi training really is something. But I really have to regret that I had to take a lot of blows to just train my qi utilization. When Lucian passed on those qi techniques, I felt that something was off. It felt like the purpose of those qi techniques were to give me a subconscious check point to stop. It really didn't matter anyway. I still love the feeling of having so much energy and seeing the world through a new view. 

Along the way home, I ran into some people I’ve helped out in the past. “Hey kid! Over here!” One of the people called me over. I came over to see that they had a stack of things behind them. “Hey kid. Do you want these? If you come to help today, we’ll give you all these” They said and pointed towards the stack. I glance over to see that everyone prepared a bit of something from their stores to give me. My face lights up when I saw the fireworks. “I know that you liked fireworks kid. I saw that your eyes lighting up when you took my box last time. You threw the box at a man to save him during the car crash not too long ago right?” an old man said. It was the old man from the store I took the box of fireworks from!

“Ah ha… It seems like you got the wrong man?” I tried to deny what he just said.

“No I got the right man. He is just not accepting what is due to him” the old man smiled at the man in front of him thinking, ‘This guy sure is modest. But this guy is a monster. How is it that he still looks fine!?’

“NOPE. I really got have to run now. I’ll help out later when I can. But what I need the most now is to make food for some people right now.” I said. I was about to run until I remembered that they were sleeping in Meracle’s room. “Wait… I don’t think they even have toothbrushes.” I muttered to myself. The people overheard this had a glint in their eyes. Instantly, eight toothbrushes popped out along with eight tubes of toothpastes in their hands. “Here you go young man” one of the ladies said.  She gathers all of the toothbrushes and toothpastes and placed them in my hand. “Even if you aren’t a savior, at least take this as a token of our kindness. Forget helping us and just go back” she said. I felt scared when I took it from them because of the glint in their eyes. But I thanked them and bowed. I left the people as quickly as possible.

“Ha! The kid can deny all he wants. I know he was one that saved those three. I can tell because I gave him that mask!” the old man proudly exclaims so loud, I thought everybody in the neighborhood could hear. All this made me ran even faster.

‘*Hui hui hui*’ the people creepily laughs in their hearts. ‘Let’s see if I can set him up with my girl.’ They all thought. The very thought created a shadow behind Jin almost materializing in the air. Jin, himself, could feel the shadow and just sprinted even faster than before and soon enough he looked like a marathon runner bolting down the streets.
