Epilogue to Chapter 30: Tired

Epilogue to Chapter 30: Tired

Everything now brings us back to the present. A spitting headaches continues to bother Jin as he continues to go through each person. Once Jin’s shadow corps left, his seraphs came in.

“We’re not done yet folks! Let’s see how high the sh*t rise!” Voltis spoke out from the seraphs. “I know we all don’t like killing with our own hands. Especially after one hundred. Which is why, we are going to make this easy for both you and our prosecutor!”

Just like Voltis stated, even the angry mob had a limit to their anger. The more they killed, the more they dislike killing. Killing is not normal nor should it ever have to be normal. The weight of a life is known after a person’s death. But the weight of sin only gets heavier as a person kills more and more people.

One of the female seraphs came forth and held up a small and shiny badge that reads, “Seraph number 102. Code of Mass Judgement”

Jin, upon the judge’s seat slowly and clearly spoke to the tired people. “We won’t be inhumane to continue to let you guys stain your hands! Thus we came up with one last humane method! The choice is yours people of the state. One: let them live and give them a chance to redeem themselves while knowing that some of them might not learn from their mistakes! Or two! Turn every single person here a cripple! We’ll break their arms and legs! But the last choice is very simple. Just kill them. So choose wisely.”

But against Jin’s expectations, the mobs and the people all raised three fingers. “WE ALL CHOOSE NUMBER THREE! LETTING THESE SINFUL PEOPLE LIVE WILL ONLY BRING US DOWN EVEN FURTHER!”

The judge and those who were completely petrified in fear only watch as the angry mobs take the lives right before their eyes.

“What have you done? This was meant to be a system of truth and justice! But you turned it all into a massacre!” The old judge wailed. “I… I can’t see the justice behind your actions Sloth. All you have done is taken the innocence away from the people!”

Ignorance and innocence.

Two ideas that are very much alike and just as different. Innocence is not knowing and is still with pure and therefore isn’t truly a sin. But ignorance is when a person is ignoring their surroundings and does not wish to know.

Jin’s purpose for doing all this is to remove that ignorance. Though there may be some innocent people that would one day become a sin. “A world full of corruption isn’t a place for the innocent to thrive. If the innocent becomes tainted, then there would only be more corrupted people…”

The judge bit the bottom of his quivering lips. “B-But that’s not right!”

*Rumble* Rumble* Rumble* Rumble* Rumble* Rumble*

Just when Jin was about to answer the judge, thunderous booms filled the skies.

“Disperse! Everyone!” In a cry of emergency, both the shadow corps and the seraphs brought all the civilians at the open court to a safer place while leaving behind the dead bodies.

Hundreds of black metallic aircrafts sliced through the air at high speed and landed down on the open court. Helicopters, jets, and airplanes all surrounded Jin. In one of the copters, a woman with emerald hair with blue highlights dressed in an all-black business attire came down screaming, “BASTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARD!”

She got off the copter and ran up to strangle Jin. “Sloth! Do you know what you just did!?” She violently shook his body back and forth and from side to side. “These people could’ve been brought to court to be judged fairly! Now, you’ve made an entire community guilty for murder! Mass murder as well!”

“Ha ha ha…” Jin smiled underneath his mask and pulled the woman to him. “Nice to see you too Vera. Didn’t know that my rival missed me that much. Did you come back to kick my ass or did you want your’s spanked like last time?”

“!!! Get off me!” She lets go of Jin’s neck to push him away. “I’ll sue you for sexual harassment!”

Jin rubbed his neck sorely. “Heh heh… there are no charges that can be put forth Vera. Can’t you see? If you charge me now, you would have to charge an entire community. If you charge an entire community for bringing justice to what the government can’t even touch, then what would that lead to?”

“Y-Y-You couldn’t mean!!!!”

The smile on Jin’s face grew wider and wider as more and more people got down from the air crafts. They readied their guns and all lasers aimed at his head. “Precisely. I not only helped these people get their revenge, but also brought the truth to the world. If I am charged now, then the people would help me fight against the government. If I’m dead, what do you think will happen? Thus, not only would I be hitting the criminals in the front, but the… well… you can figure it out can’t you?”

“If you get rid of one target, you get rid of those behind them as well. Same old Sloth I see. Your name doesn’t fit with your actions.” Vera grimaced.

“Neither does your name. So dishonest. So much lies. But that is what lawyers do. So… Why not join me Vera?”

“I’ll join you when this planet has ice rings around its equators that extends hundreds and thousands of miles!”

“Ho ho! If I do that, then would you keep your words?”

“!!! You bastard!”

Jin and Vera continue to exchange words of sarcasm and anger. But to both sides, it was almost like a happy reunion in a strange way.

“Just because you are a prosecutor, it doesn’t mean that you can do whatever you want!”

“Just because you are a lawyer an defend people, it doesn’t mean you fight for justice~”

After half an hour of exchanging small words, Vera  couldn’t take it. She went totally serious. “Sloth. I’ll get straight to the point. Turn yourself in now and admit to your crimes of stealing government data, engage in acts of terrorism, and encouraging murder; I’ll make sure your sentences will be light.”

Jin puts his hands on his face and laughed. “Hahahaha! Light sentences? Engage in acts of terrorism? When was there a time that I was engaged in acts of terrorism!? There is no such thing as sentences at all because I have no crime. If there is a crime, then it would be putting the blame of the deaths of hundreds of corrupted people on a hero!”

Vera’s jaws dropped in disbelief. “H-Hero! Have you gone mad? You dare call yourself a hero!? No, you are the devil’s advocate! You’ve manipulated the people to do your biddings. You’ve illegally judged people and violated their rights for a fair trial! Worst of all, you actually even let the people kill in your stead without letting your hands be stained in blood! Have you consider how it might influence their families? Do you know how many people are suffering because of your single action? There is not even a shred of justice in what you have done! There’s no justice in your judgment!”

“… So you think that the world should be covered in flowers while grown on the land of the dead?” A cold light flashed in Jin’s eyes. The silver shine within his pupils became more and more apparent behind the mask.

“Wha?” She flinched. Her legs seems to lose the strength they had a while ago as well as her entire body. Her mind screamed for her to run but the fear paralyzed her in place.

Jin stood up from the judge’s seat and came down step by step making his way to Vera. “This land… has been ravaged by wars many many many years ago. The state of this country has been atrophied because of the depression. The ruins of this country is nothing more than the reminders of its former glory. But the laws… was the former glory and light of this country.

We elect, dishonest, corrupt politician who don’t give one cent about their people. Through their own personal interests, the people suffered heavily while those with power only became healthier and stronger. Their gluttony knows no bounds while out people wither and die every day like the trees and flowers they step on.

You tell me Vera. What I’ve done contains not even a shred of justice? There are people from all around the world who have the same amount of power and abilities I have. There are people stronger than me. Yet they don’t lend a helping hand to those who needs it. Have you ever heard a mother’s tears crying over her missing daughter? Have you ever heard a father crying over his dead son who was his pride and joy? Do you know the pain of having a relative that is a criminal that continues to do wrong just to support his or her own families? I’m sure you have your own tragic past Vera. But that does not excuse you from the responsibilities of living in a society. You are the lawyer. Protector of people’s rights! Defender of Justice! I am a prosecutor! I am he who eliminate the threats that makes their way into society before it begins! The very Spear of Justice! If the shield falls, there is nothing left but the spear keeping the scale of justice balanced! Thus, I will enforce justice in my own way because the shield lost her own justice!”

“You arrogant!!! I have not lost my own way!” Vera refuted.

“Then why is it that you have tens of guns pointing at me!? Where is the justice if you only kill a person and not expose their crimes!? If you truly haven’t lost your way, then prove it to me! If I have crimes, expose it! If I have sins, let me be judged by your hammer! A lawyer’s job isn’t only to defend people! It is to go against the prosecutor! It is your job to go against me to protect the people you believe in are innocent! That’s your role!” Jin walked off the court and ignored the lasers pointed at him.

Once he was out of her sight, Vera could feel the bones in her body still trembling. ‘… Bring him to justice?’

Soon, another man came standing by Vera’s side. A man who stood six foot and six inches tall olive skinned man with a well-built body and a bald head with a thick beard and mustache. He was Vera’s superior and her teacher. “Vera. If we let him go now, there may not be another chance to get him. What do you want to do?”

Vera turned to a different direction and hopped on a copter. “… Let him go. Just like he said, if we go after him right now, we will only incur the wrath of the people. But if we expose his crimes, then he will lose support and will become more vulnerable. Then, we will have a justified reason to bring him down and we will show that there is still justice beside his justice within the justice system.”

Her superior nodded his head and silently agreed. ‘I would like to face off against you as well Sloth. But I think I’ll let my apprentice grow a little more before I face you my old rival.’

………

……

Jin quickly made way out of their sight and found a place to change. The golden hanfu was really getting stuffy and he had to change clothes with the extra clothes he had. ‘But there is something I have to do first.’

Jin carefully spied on the Cross family the entire day. Just like he instructed, they sold their cars. But they copied some of the old contacts down on paper to destroy the phones. Blake destroyed his computer which was a good thing and Meracle was surprisingly obedient after the incident. The father and daughter relationship was getting better. But the mother cannot be said to be the same. Things were still a little rocky between her and Blake. ‘The family is still a little shaky because the father still feels like accepting Leah is hard. Leah is also being slightly reserved but putting effort into rebuilding their relationship so that is good. She isn’t rushing things either.’

Although Ophelia didn’t show it publicly, she was complaining how angry she was. There were some memories within the house that she liked and things she wanted to keep. Dairies of her life there was also important so she packed it. But the things she couldn’t keep, it made her even more irritated that she had to let them go.

‘Geez…. This person…’ Jin groaned. Due to his guilt of hitting a woman, he felt bad for Ophelia. To help Ophelia out, Jin came into Ophelia’s room to check on the stuff she wanted to keep. “Huh… what an organized person. She even labels the stuff she wanted to keep but throw away.”

There were also other people who was watching the Cross family as well so he ordered them carry the stuff the family wanted to keep in secret and store it in his personal storage house. His shadow corps felt a little puzzled as to why he asked them to do such things, but they didn’t question his orders. Although they were a little reluctant, they still did as he asked and stashed it away.

Ophelia would continue to complain about how her stuffs were missing in a mysterious way. Same goes for Meracle and the others. But because they couldn’t find the reason why, they continued to pack their stuffs up.

‘So far so good…’ Jin’s men were currently sending the precious memory filled items so only forty people of the fifty were left. The seraphs were long gone because he sent them home early.

There were some people that came and visited the Cross family such as friends and neighbors so there weren’t any suspicious people. They stayed, talked, and had some fun along with dining with the family until 9 pm. By then, everyone else left and only the Cross family was in the house.

“Alright… Ready to leave the house?” Jin could hear Blake said. Just as he said it, the doorbell rang. A group of men dressed in casuals came up to the Cross house looking anxious. “Ah! Jose! Verde! Adrian! Come in! Come in!” Blake cried out in joy.

‘… a group of men coming at this time? It’s almost friggin time to sleep! I just hope that my bad feeling was wrong….’ Jin quickly took off his golden hanfu and underneath was a completely black suit. He puts away the golden hanfu and pulls out a mask made to cover the entire head. ‘This time, it’s Beelzebub’s turn to play!’

………

……

Blake enjoyed a time of conversation with Jose, Verde and Adrian. They were their long time neighbors ever since the cross family moved into the house. “So Jose. What really brought you here?”

Jose was a six foot tall man with dark hair paired with an average face. He was nothing special aside that he was of Hispanic descent and was a mix of Irish as well. He had little hair due to being over stressed. “Ha… Seems like you got me Blake. I’ve been meaning to talk to you about something. Why don’t you get your whole family together so everyone can hear?”

“Hm? Why’s that Jose?”

“Because Blake. It’s a very big surprise that we want to share with your family.” Adrian interjected. He wasn’t any different from Jose because he was also of Hispanic descent and had a mix of Asian in his blood. He was only an inch shorter than Jose but that didn’t mean much.

“Just bring them down. We got everything prepared. Trust us. You’ll love it.” Verde was the only really tall man because he was seven foot eight tall. His skin complexion was slightly darker than brown and was a mix of Caucasian and black. Biggest difference between him and the other two men was that he had the most hair. His hairstyle looked exactly like a half mushroom because he would often try to find ways to define himself.

Though he didn’t show it, he felt suspicious of them. “Uhh… Okay. But most of my kids are having fun somewhere far from here with Ania. They’re in the village of Yukorne learning of the ancient people’s heritages for school. I can bring the rest down if you want.” Blake lied.

“Ha ha. No problem. Just bring them down and we’ll leave you with the rest of the gifts.” Adrian laughed

“Meracle! Ophelia! Aria! Leah! Our neighbors wants to gift us with some stuffs!” Blake called down the others that were in the house to see the ‘gifts’ the neighbors prepared. But as they came down, Blake signaled them in Morse code to be careful. There was no replies between the family members because it was how they usually communicate in dangerous situations.

Jose smiled and pulled out a pink box wrapped in a red ribbon. “Good! Now that’s everyone is here… *click*”

“Huh!?” The Cross family’s eyes grew wide from that one click.

*Pow*

A small hole pierced Blake’s chest right in the middle, spewing out streams of blood.

“Sorry Blake. But if we didn’t kill you or your family, we all would be dead. I’m really sorry.” Jose apologizes.

At that same time, a boom rang outside and Jose’s body turned lifeless. Just like Blake, a hole as small as a bullet pierced through the side of his head and he fell like a rock.

Verde and Adrian looked at Jose with shock. Immediately, the other two men were so scared that they didn’t even bother to speak. Just from that one moment, they dropped to the floor as well as the other Cross family members did. But what they did didn’t matter.

The narrative has been stolen; if detected on Amazon, report the infringement.

Two more booms followed up and both Adrian and Verde died right on the floor.

Just as quick as they fell, a man fully covered in black and wore a mask came through the front door and said, “Run! Quickly! Before they come.” His voice was distorted and was hard to tell whether he was a man or a woman.

His mask was created to not look vicious but dark enough to blend within the night. Made from pure black materials, it did not reflect light.

Leah squinted her eyes. “Who-“

“Don’t asks any stupid questions! Do you want your husband to die? Hurry up and get him to the hospital!” the man urged them and ran out the house.

“!!! Lets go! Meracle! Help me carry your father! Opehlia! Aria! You two get our luggages!”

When the four came to the doorstep, they could already see dead bodies on the lawn.

The sight of it made Ophelia and Meracle want vomit. But for Leah and Aria, they already seen people die once before so they handled it with little problems. Or so they thought. When they got outside, tens of people died outside with their head blasted wide open.

An ambulance car that was twice the size of the normal ambulance suddenly came by and  four men dressed in blacks opened the doors to get a stretcher. But among them, only one was robed in all black and had his entire head covered by a mask. “Hurry dammit!” He quickly urges them. ”Guys! Get that man on!”  His team took Blake off their hands and laid him on the stretcher in order to move him onto the ambulance. “Sir. Bleeding is only getting worse. We need to go. Now!”

Under the mask, the man grimaced. “You heard him! The four you quickly get on! I’ll drive. Make sure there is a ‘quick route’ for me to go to the hospital”

Since the four were standing stupefied, the men in blacks had to push them into the ambulance and throw their luggage in as well.

“Understood!” the men in blacks pulled out their cell phones and started to make multiple calls. “Get lane A, B, and G cleared! Free up lane F! We’re heading towards Vaccine 1! Prepare a surgery room! We’ll do it! Get the needed doctors as well! We are short on hands!”

Once the preparation was done, they jumped into the ambulance and applied first aid for Blake and gave him the best medical attention they could. “All done sir! Time to go!”

“Good! Hang on!” *Screeeeeeeech!*

In no more than fifteen minutes, the father and the family got to the hospital in time and his surgery began the moment they went in as if they were expecting them. The men in blacks didn’t stay for the surgery. They left as soon as Blake went under surgery.

…………

……

“Phew… Success… Time to negotiate… ugh…” The men in blacks were definitely none other than Jin and his men. During the time that Blake was talking to his neighbors, there were a lot of things that went on.

First, after the neighbors came, groups of tens surrounded Blake’s house carrying one long bag each. One by one, they pulled out guns and sniper rifles from their bags and aimed them towards the house.

“Oh shi- not good. Group 1 and 3! Kill the incoming people. Group 5! Hurry up and go control traffic and bring a big ambulance! Group 2 and 4! Kill the people who are here! I’ll go join you!” Jin sent through his mask. Just like his Belphegor mask, his Beelzebub mask had a lot of functions. Mainly for commanding people. Once the others got his messages, they followed his orders without fail.

The people were silently massacred but there we little to no changes within their expressions.

‘The hell? Dammit… they employed the mindless soldiers already? … guess they really want Blake…’ Jin groaned.

Mindless soldiers is nothing more than the generic name that Jin refers to the soldiers the government dispatched that had no real will of their own. Once ordered, they would follow it till the end.

The government can ‘mass produce’ them as well because all it really takes is to control a person to the fullest. Due to the number of slave centers all around the world, getting people to control is easy. But the number of people mass produced by the government is only a ratio of 1:20. In a world that has a population of over 8 billion, it didn’t matter. Why? Because the population of eight billion is only counting those who are truly living. The population of 8 billion is also an out dated number from six years ago. Over the years, the number of mindless people that were ‘mass produced’ could rival the population of a country. They were their back up soldiers should the people rebel or if the soldiers in the government rebel.

But just as there were many benefits of having mindless soldiers, there were also draw backs. They still had to be fed, kept clean and healthy, and most of all broken. Just because they were called mindless doesn’t mean that they can’t regain their mentalities. There were also levels of the broken mindless soldiers and there were also limits on how many mindless soldiers a government can keep. Thus the restrictions and the cost to keep such soldiers were high.

‘These must be the lesser soldiers… the governments only has access to lesser and greater soldiers. Not perfect mindless soldiers… Perfect mindless soldiers only exists within the Union…’ Jin thought to himself. ‘What could Blake have done to get the government on his ass like this?’

The seven underworld rulers could also command these people as well. In the past, every single underworld ruler commanded groups of mindless soldiers. Compared to the government, even one of the seven rulers would have many times more soldiers than the government would ever have. They also carry out operations that also sometimes goes against the morals of the people. Operations such as assassinations, staging a coup, and even shifting the balance of political power like voting. Though it sounded like the seven underworld rulers were the strongest, they really weren’t because they still followed orders from the ‘Union’.

Jin holds three titles secretly. Mammon, Leviathan, and Asmodeus held their respective titles. But the title of Satan is a title secretly used by the Union just in case they ever need to interfere with the underworld. They also regulate the underworld using and abusing the Satan title. The figurehead that holds the title of Satan does not matter because all they have to do is listen to the Union while getting paid in compensation.

Incidentally, Jin also discovered this dirty secret a long time ago. He killed the figure head that calls himself Satan and was about to claim it. But because Jin already held three, the Union could not allow him to hold anymore. Should they let him, Jin would hold enough strength to control the underworld within that continent and over throw the government with just one word. At first, they told him a lie that the Satan title will be given to him in the future.

But that lie was immediately exposed. Knowing that they were trying to limit his power, Jin went after Leviathan. Having no other choice, they protected Leviathan for many reasons. Mainly, it was to protect themselves. Things got so bad that they threaten Jin with their new systems of ‘defense’ they made. But it soon back fired on them in the most unexpected way. In the past, many tried to hack the systems to get them back, but every single genius hackers who would try ended up missing or somehow mysteriously leaving ashes.

Jin left the underworld with the multiple stolen defense systems and set it to auto-decimate should anyone try to hack it. That was also why he was safe for so long. If it wasn’t for the defense systems he stole, Jin would’ve been long dead.

While Jin was thinking, his men were shooting the mindless soldiers to death. They were like zombies with one exception. Mindless soldiers can ‘die’ in a way.

“Sir. That was the last of them. About eighty five of those soldiers died. Strangely they had almost no ability to retaliate. From what I can gather, they were lesser mindless soldiers. What do you want us to do with them?” One of his men called in.

“…. Take away their bodies as fast as you can and throw them into the incinerators. If the government finds out that we killed them, it would mean trouble for us.” Jin responded in an emotional-less cold tone.

“Got it. But there is one thing I’ve noticed sir.”

“…What’s that?”

“It might be my imagination, but all the bullets you fired were all misses. Is there a problem with your gun sir???” the leader of the shadow corps asked his boss. This was a big question that no one would dare to ask because they were afraid of their boss killing them.

“....... Ask that again and I’ll assure you that I won’t miss. *Beep*” Jin didn’t want to seem weak to his men. If he did, their faith in him would surely lower.  ‘Urgh… Can’t say that I didn’t have the heart to kill.’

Just when Jin thought everything was fine. But about an hour and a half later, his men called in more informations. “Sir! There are more people coming!”

“What the? How did…. Arggh….”

*Boom* A loud sound resounded from the Cross house.

“!!! Take care of the family first! Is the ambulance here?”

“Yes they are sir! They’re coming in two minutes!”

“Alright! Burn down the house along with all the evidences once I get the family to safety. Can you handle things from here on out? I’ll entrust you and the group with keeping me and the family safe. Can you do it?”

“Of course! Leave everything to us!”

Things really unfold from here on out as Jin brought Blake and his family to the hospital. He ordered the best doctors he could to handle Blake’s surgery as well as for his group to continue to watch over them just for a little more insurance.

The Decagon

House of the Militia

Room -9

The air was tense within the atmosphere. The smell of sweat and perfume mixed and lingered in the air condition room. Nine people sat in a room around a round table. All nine looking anxious. These nine people were the heads of the government. These nine are the ones who operates the government and make the big decision for everyone in the military. The nine people who sat within the room ranged from as young as thirty and as old as ninety.

*BANG!* “It’s been hours! Why haven’t we got news yet!?” a young man no older than thirty five in a blue business attire cried out. The color of the suit they wear also represents their strength within the Militia. Just like how in the order of the rainbow, the second most powerful person in the group wears red. But the most powerful are the ones that wears pure white and pure black and their status in power is equal.

The woman who sat directly across from him had a calm look compared to the young man. She was in her late forties and wore all black which represents her superiority over him.  “Calm down Noah. I’m sure we’ll-“

*Knock*Knock*Knock*

The sudden knock on the door interrupted the woman’s words.

An old man nearing his seventies dressed in white with grey hair smiled. “Huh… Well speak of the devil. Looks like we already got news…” The nine held their breaths for the new intelligence they were about to receive. “Come in.”

*Creaaaaaaak* As the doors open a beautiful woman in her early twenties came in with the new intelligence. There was no life within her eyes. Her face was expressionless as well. Her hair was re-dyed to be white to show who she serves under and all she wore was a lewd white lingerie.

Embarrassingly, her boss coughed lightly to allow her to come in.

Walking to the front with files in her hand, she placed down the files and spoke, “There was a call from one of our men. He told us that the Cross family was away and their house was burned down by the time they got there. There is also something else that everyone should know.”

The old man eyes’ narrowed. “Go on.”

“Jason, the one we supported died because he was mutilated to death by the people. Sloth also killed many of our supporters. A man by the name Belphegor called in as well. He said that if you or anyone else pester the family again, then he would use the Æternus system no matter who it was. He said that if we go too far or if we aim for Sloth…. He said he would use the rest of the systems just to eliminate us.” The woman reported.

*BANG!* “!!! Is he mad!? He wants to get rid of us!? This is no different than biting the hands that feeds! If we are gone, then how will this country operate!? Sure the union will take over, but… agh!!! *Hiss* that back stabbing demon!” the man in blue hissed in anger. But he remembered how his best friend who tried to hack the systems mysteriously disappeared. Days later of his disappearance, he was sent hundreds photos from a person who bears the name Belphegor. In those photos were grotesque images of his friend being cut up into pieces frame by frame, seconds by seconds. Just remembering those photos made him go pale white like a sheet of paper.

Just like the man in blue, the others became angry at first, but turn white with fear as well.

“… Making us fold our hands? … Then we have no choice but to comply… Fine. But one day Belphegor. You’ll regret it!” the old man in white snorted. He waves the young woman to go away and crosses his arms snorting hot fumes.

………..

……

By noon time, Jin dismissed the rest of his people. He was already changed into a different set of black clothings and was walking down the street lesuirely.

“Phew… Long day… long long long day…” he groans. He walked down for a long time until he found a bench to lay down.

‘So this is what you mean by hitting the people behind the supporters huh?’ Ban popped out, still in his panda suit.

“Ah… Yeah… see, this is what happens when you mess with people. They might have supporters that we might not know and we could be secretly screwed…” Jin mutters. He looks up at the sky with tired eyes wanting to rest. He closed his eyes for a bit. But the drowsiness took over him.

‘… Hm… when you put it like that, I guess I can relate. I’ve picked a few bones before. Some caused-‘

“zzzzzzzzzzzzzz” Jin snored in low volume.

Ban scratched his head and smiled. ‘… g’night then… well, good afternoon nap. You’ve worked hard.’

*Step step step*

‘Hm?’

“Was it you?” a figure came out to say. A man with crazed eyes ran at high speed towards Jin why was laying on the floor. “It was you who destroyed my religion weren’t you!? Now you have to pay the price!”

Two wings of white spread wide from the crazed man’s back. But his wings were tainted with drops of black.

His body turned into a flash of light that beamed through the air. *Woosh* “DIE!!!!!!!!!” the crazed man screamed in a shrill voice. At the same time he screamed…

*Splatter*

His body suddenly caught in mid air, exploded and disintegrated into dust.

“Shut up… caretakers and servants of the light should not be running false religions.” Ban appears from behind from where the crazed man once was. “Ugh… Now I have to take physical form… what a pain… I’m tired… You're lucky Jin. I originally wanted you to face someone of your equal strength if not stronger to show you that there are people who might stronger than you hunting your ass down. But seeing that you are so tired... I'll let you sleep for a bit...”
