To know what was going on Jin’s brain, we have to backtrack.
Going back to the morning before Jin carried Meracle off to get ready…
Jin had to stop by multiple places. One of the many was Mirana’s father. Octavious. He walked right in with his golden hanfu, a cute red panda animal mask and duffle bags with the intentions of meeting with Mirana’s father.
When he first came back into the real estate, people tried to stop him from walking up to their boss’ room because he looked suspicious. More over, they tried to throw him out of the company because he was doing “whatever he wants” in the company.
I really didn’t want to waste any more time. I was a little forceful when I entered. When the securities laid their hands on me, I ignored them and kept walking. What they didn’t expect was to be pulled in the direction I was moving. That was where things got rough and got Octavious’ attention.
They got more security guards and it was then that I had to pull out my prosecutor badge. So when Octavious heard a prosecutor was coming, he frantically came down.
At first, Octavious was extremely polite. “Ah! Sorry sir! I didn’t…”
“It’s fine mister Silva. I just want to see you for a bit.” Jin spoke in a cool and clear tone. “Prosecutor Sloth. Nice to meet you mister Silva. On charges of being handsome, I’m here to interrogate how you look so handsome” Jin said with a smile and held out his prosecutor badge
‘Huh? Wait… this voice…’ When Octavious raises his head to see who it was, he was shocked to see the image of Jin in front of him. His eyes narrowed at the badge. “Y-Y-Y-You-you-you-you”
Jin scratches the back of his head in embarrassment. “Hahaha… long story. Let’s talk about this somewhere more private.”
Octavious stared blankly for a bit before returning to reality. “Uh…. Okay…”
Leading Jin up to his room, Octavious’ face grew really nervous. His palms were completely drenched with sweat and his face trembled. “Uh… So… What are…”
“I’m sorry for showing up as a prosecutor. I have… many jobs… many I’m not proud of. Aha ha ha…”Jin weakly laughs and took of his mask. “Nice to meet you. My name is Jin Kai Zhao. I do go by many other aliases.”
“!!! Ah ha ha ha ha! So it was you! You!” Octavious’ face turned as bright as a light bulb. "Hu-wait... Why are you a prosecutor?"
Remembering a scene long ago, Jin chuckled a bit. "Ah ha... long story. If I summarize it, it would be that a new 'genius' prosecutor had a bad stomach ache a few years ago because he was drugged with some strong laxatives in his coffee. So I took over for him. Sadly, I didn't 'win' exactly. But I sure did expose the lawyer for being the culprit who drugged the prosecutor. At first, he was charged with contempt of court with false evidences but got even heavier sentences when he was found out that he was the culprit who put laxatives in the new genius prosecutor's coffe. Boy did he receive the same treatment well for the next two months in jail along with the two five year sentences for many other charges I brought to the court. Ah ha ha... I feel bad a little..."
"Are you really Prosecutor Sloth? I remember a long time ago that Sloth was a really cold person..." Octavious wanted to laugh as well. But the story was so messed up that his stomach almost turned upside down.
"Oh I am Prosecutor Sloth. Just because... hold on." Jin puts down his duffle bag and re attach the mask to his face. "We have some eavesdropper..." he mutters as he strode to the door.
Outside of Octavious' room, there were four curious employees were listening with their ears on the door.
The first person to speak was a handsome young male with orange curly hair. "Hey. I can't hear anything. Can you?"
The second person, a pretty young and attractive pink haired male who looked so feminine that it would make a man's p*n*s confused, replied."Shhhh Stop talking so loud."
The third person was a six feet two inches female and she had long black hair and extremely smooth ebony smooth skin. "I think they are whispering to each other now."
The fourth person is also female with long black hair and extremely smooth black skin. But she was only five feet ten and was a new-half. Simply put... transgender. "Uh... I think this is a bad idea. But I really want to know how our boss knows that prosecutor..." the fourth person mournfully said.
*Click*Opens* The four eavesdropper toppled over each over into the boss' room. They groaned a bit in pain but was soon silenced by the man standing in front of them.
"I see we have some curious cats around here. But curiosities kills the kittens" a cold voice softly spoke.
The hairs on the skin stood up on its ends. Not wanting to be a prosecutor's victim, they scurried back to their work station.
Jin recloses the door and walked right back over to Octavious' desk. "Fun company. Not one bit of discrimination. Lovely as well because I can see the talents within their eyes and their hands. Just a bit nosey. Is it always like this?"
"Ha ha... not always. Just when there is a big wig that comes. This time, it’s you." Octavious shook his head laughing. "Remember a few years back? One of your biggest case as prosecutor. I believe it was a case on assassination. You were protecting the victim which the court and the police later on found the real criminal. That case was still memorable to me. It instilled awe into the people who watched you finished the case in a smooth manner. With every evidences and witness pointed against you and your client, you didn’t lose your cool even if the case lasted seven days. Hell, you even turned the evidences against them.”
Jin smacked his forehead and laughed softly. “Ha ha… Oh that? You kidding me? I was sweating bullets because my client was threatened to accept, every evidences were like a straight arrow pointing at him, and even his wife was against him. The wife was originally hetero. Then she became a lesbian. After that, she wanted to become a tranny. That’s the bad thing about love these days. So much love and changes of the heart that there seems to be little loyalty. Not that I’m saying that there isn’t a loyal love. But… anyway, going on from that point, I indicted her other lover just to shut her up. Then I got to her. I did something a prosecutor shouldn’t do…”
“Yeah. I saw that. You even made her statement invalid as well. When the judge tried to stop you, you even got him! When others accused you, you already had evidences of their corruptions and even sent them to jail. When the people tried to test those evidences, all they found was that the evidences were solid and you found them guilty of siding with the corrupt and threw them to prison. That day, almost a hundred people got sent to jail. Half of them are from the justice system! Ironic really. You kept justice fair and that’s what I like about you boy.” Octavious kept on blabbing on what Jin used to do in his days as prosecutor. “I was actually happy. I didn’t like those judges or policemen. Man, I don’t even like the people who thinks the system is fair. The justice system is clearly corrupt and dishonest. We need people like you. Unwavering and dominating. I even recorded most of your cases! Here, look!” Octavious pushed a button on his desk and a six sided column rose. On the sides of those pillars, spaces and slots were created to hold CDs and video tapes inside.
Jin was shocked to find so many recordings of his days as prosecutor here in Octavious’ office. He didn’t even know that he had such a powerful fan. But the mere idea of someone watching him in almost every case made his face twitch.
Most of Octavious’ words were just those of flattery. Though Octavious was also a fan of Jin’s work as a prosecutor, his main goal was to continue to flatter Jin to get a better impression of the Silva family. But Jin could already see his intentions clearly. Not his first time being flattered and certainly won’t be his last.
“We can discuss my days as prosecutor and lawyer someday.” Jin weakly laughs as he spins the column. “I really need to-“
“You were a lawyer as well!? When? How? Tell me!” Octavious was overly eager to hear more identities that Jin kept. But then he realize that Jin came here for something more important than to just tell stories all day. “Oh. Uh… *ahem* continue. What were you going to say?”
A sheepish smile appear on Jin’s face because he had a hard time to speak. “I’m pretty sure you know of the underworld as well as their connections mister Silva. I have an acquaintance… someone from the military…”
“Oh? So you know? Eh….” Octavious unsurprisingly said. “Let me guess… You want me to help shield someone from the government? Well that’s not going to happen. There is no way-”
“I didn’t ask for that sir. I can shield them myself actually. I’m not bragging but… I can handle government level stuff. I just need to buy a ‘clean house’ along with some land. Can you help me with the official documents?” Jin shifted his eyes and scratch the side of his face. “His family is a victim of corruption. So I want to help them out.”
“Eh? Ho-wait… this is too much for me. His family… are victims of corruption? Who could this man be?” Octavious frowned. “I know I got a few friends in the military…”
Jin pulls out a book and a small metal object from his duffle bag and handed it to Octavious. “He’s a friend you know very well.” He threw the small metal object into the air and it formed a dome around them. The inside of the dome shone with specks of light like stars to illuminate the darkness. Afterwards, Jin slid the book over to Octavious.
‘Huh? The hell is this kid?’ When Octavious touched the book his entire hand trembled. A feeling of fear so overwhelming caused him to retract his hands instantly. So instead of Octavious opening the book, Jin opened it for him. Inside, confidential information pertaining to the Cross family were inside. “Recently, because he was disobeying military orders of eradicating terrorists and refusing to help with strategic war meetings, he was about to be eliminated as well. But… you know the corrupted deal. I don’t want to go into full detail. But I do have to say, mindless military generals make good figure heads. Especially one who have good images.”
“B-Blake? W-Why? Ugh… I told this man to stop being so thick headed… He should’ve quit a long time ago and receive his pension already… agh…” He looks up at Jin with tired eyes, knowing what Jin was thinking.
Even Jin was tired. If he want to ensure Meracle’s family safety, there were many things he would have to do just to not only put her family back, but to pull her family away from the grips of corruption. “Which is why I’ll let them stay at the house you bought me temporarily until I settle this case with the government. I’m sure that house is safe. The government won’t ignore me coming back either. I just need the land and the house. Can you do it for me?”
Groaning in a sad voice, Octavious didn’t like the idea of his friends being in danger. “You’re asking a lot from me Jin. You really are. If you were an ordinary person, I wouldn’t even be doing this… Here. Keys to the houses. I’ll get started with the paper works for these two houses and the lands…”
A smile of gratitude rose upon Jin’s face. He undid the small dome and packed everything away with his mask re-attached. “Thank you mister Silva. I won’t forget this favor.” He left the room as quickly as possible for the next stop that he needed to make.
When Jin was out of the company, Octavious looked down with a smile. “As you shouldn’t Belphegor. As you shouldn’t.”
………
……
…
Jin visited various places before bringing Meracle to her family. Places like the houses Octavious gave him. The first house was the one near Mirana’s. He was checking if it was “clean” of spying devices.
‘So… Still don’t trust Octavious? Jin?’ Ban popped out to ask.
‘Eh… Nope. If I know him well, then that means that he will be watching me hit on his daughter. Sounds like a very doting father.’ Jin sent back mentally.
Ban flew up and down through the air in his ethereal form like an air plane. ‘…Hm? But how will you do that?’
Jin stretches his back and replied, ‘Hmm… I’ve been experimenting with my qi lately. I have yet to stop practicing as well because I’ve been constantly sending out my qi out for the past few hours.’
Ban stopped in his tracks and flew right up to Jin’s face. His panda head was only two inches away. ‘What!? You’ve been constantly sending out qi energy? Are you serious? How far? How long? How wide? What’s the radius?’
‘Eh heh… For a long while now actually. I lost track of time. I’ve been sending out qi non-stop. It’s killing me really. Mainly because I was experimenting with the range. If I want to clearly distinguish an object, the farthest I can send out is about five to ten meters without missing a single detail. Farthest with just the ability to feel objects’ presences, fifty to seventy meters in radius. But that’s just barely. I can still mistake a tree’s leaves for a giant animal on up high. But if I send it in one direction and make it small… then that would be twenty to twenty meters to feel every object’s detail without fail. But the shape would be more like a long triangle. I won’t be using too much qi.’ He answers. ‘But I don’t think I can use much of it later today. Maybe another half hour to an hour at best if I want to feel out every details.’
‘… Do you feel any different Jin? Like… a sudden growth in energy? Can you see better? Can you hear better?’ Ban used his fingers to examine Jin’s eyes. He peers into Jin’s ears as well.
‘Oi… Stop that. No. I haven’t felt anything like that. Why ask Ban?’
‘… Nothing. Just thought of something…’ Ban disappeared from sight.
Jin thought Ban was acting weird. But since he remembers that Lucian was weird, he didn’t mind it too much. ‘Strange… Oh well. Now I have to call my workers. Time to tear down the churches~ Boy are there going to be many atheists by the end of today… if not tomorrow.’ *Beep*Beep*Beep* Beep*Beep* Beep*Beep* Beep*Beep* Beep* He was calling multiple phone numbers and merged all the calls at once to speak to every single one of them.
“*Ring*Riiiiing* Hello? Who is this? A male voice from the other side of Jin’s phone asks.
Putting on a voice changer, Jin slowly spoke. “It’s been a long time. How have you guys been?”
“Huh!? Who are you? How the hell did you get my number?” a feminine high pitched voice rang out.
“I’m sure you guys wouldn’t forget your old boss now right? It’s only been six years.” Jin smiled.
“!!! … … … Which boss? Exactly?” another male voice suddenly spoke.
Jin looked up to the sky and almost cried hearing their voices. “Oh dear… My paladins are doubting my existence aren’t they? Matters not. Just know, Prosecutor Sloth is back. And I’m ready to bring back justice to the fields once more. I’ll only ask this, of my army of one hundred and eight seraphs, who is willing to join me once more for a minor appearance? I won’t ask you all to join me. Just need twenty.”
“… What is your purpose should you be the one we all know?” A second feminine voice asked.
“To eradicate some corrupted churches within the area I am calling. Bring your old uniforms to the house 683 on Ever Blue Street. That’s all I have to say for now. If not one person shows up, it won’t matter either. It’s enough hearing that you all are still okay. For that, I won’t push any of you to come back. Just bear witness to my return if you all want to watch.*Beep*” Jin hung up on the people he called. ‘Now… time to use a bit of Beelzebub’s strength for a bit…’
When he was done finishing the preparations, he enacted his plans. At first, Jin’s intention was to let Meracle’s family hate him, expose their secrets, test their love for one another. At the end of that scenario, Meracle would be forced with a gun in her hand to choose to either stick with him or stick with her family. He knew that Meracle would still choose to stick with her family no matter what, so it would help her re-enter the family by shooting him. He would fake his death, the aunt would play supervisor and play out the rest of Jin’s plans, and there would be a family roughly put back together. From that point on, it would be up to them to smooth things out.
But the plans changed many times. The first was when Jin scanned the house with his qi. There were small black round objects he could feel within the plugins of the walls and other objects like the small statues, electronics, etc. The interrogation room double mirrored wall also had some wiretaps within the double mirrors. Using his hand, he made it look like he was just checking if there was a double sided mirror but in reality, he was sending out qi to find spying devices within the room. ‘Total… two wire taps… one camera…’
So when he knocked the cross family out, he woke up Aria to help him find these spying devices. The hard part was to get her cooperation. But to summarize it up….
Aria didn’t want to cooperate at first. “What the hell!? Why should I trust you?”
So when Jin flashed out his prosecutor badge, she still didn’t believe him. Just then…
*Ding*Dong*
Jin pulls a mask from his duffle bag, wore it on his face, and went over to open the door. From the door, only three people clad in all white appeared. All three were males. “Um… Sorry to ask, is Prosecutor Sloth here?”
“Huh!?” Aria stared in disbelief. But there was no way denying it either because among the three men, the man in the middle was Prosecutor Sloth’s right hand man. A six foot three, middle aged man with blond dyed hair stood at the door with two other people in white overalls that covered their entire body standing behind him. “M-M-M-M-Mister V-V-Voltis Enfield? Prosecutor Sloth’s right hand man?”
“Oh? So there is still a person that remembers me? Now that’s a nice surprise. But where is our prosecutor?” Voltis stared in confusion, looking around to find his old boss.
Jin, who was in front of him, almost cried tears of joy. “Welcome back. Voltis. Been a while. Good to see that you and the others are still in good health.”
Hearing that Jin was speaking so familiarly with him, he winced. “Huh!? Who the hell are you? I’m here to see my old boss. Not some scrub.”
“Heh Heh… Now, is that how you address your old boss who you haven’t seen in a long time?” Jin’s knuckles cracked a bit.
“My boss? Wh-” But before he could finish, Jin grabbed him by the face and slammed the man down to the floor. “Mother f*cker! I’ll-”
“Seems like you forgot how we first met! Let me show you how much I’ve grown!” Jin mounted on top of Voltis and threw a flurry of light punches.
A smile grew on his face because Jin was hitting the one and only spot that his old boss would hit. And hit with a lot of precision. “Hey! That hurts damn brat!” Voltis threw Jin off of him and got back up on his feet. But Jin didn’t let him rest or even brush off the dirt. “Bastard! Seems like you grew a pair of balls!” Jin and Voltis were exchanging blows. Their fists were their communication tools and their intentions were all within those fists.
*Wham*Wham*Wham*Wham*
*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*
The other two was about to join the fight. “No! This is between me and him! Stop!” Voltis roared out.
*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*
*Wham*Wham*Wham* Bam*Bam*Wham* Wham*Wham*Bam*Bam*Bam
Punches flew like sparks and kicks were as fast as the wind. But by the fight didn’t even last five minutes and Voltis was down. His face was covered with bruises and his body ached in pain compared to Jin. He was barely able to land a punch and a kick. “*Cough* Ha ha… Still being unfair Sloth. Still being unfair. Ugh…” Voltis laid on the grass with his face looking up at the dark sky.
“Heh… Seems like you acknowledge your master at last.” A smile appeared on Jin’s face. “Three years eh? You’ve improved. You got to hit me twice. One with your fist to my face. The second was a kick to my sides. Not bad.”
Voltis felt insulted. “Oi. F*ck you Sloth. I’m not some f*cking dog. I’m supposed to be your right hand man.”
“… Here. Let me help you up.” Jin extends his hand to Voltis.
“…” Reaching out, Voltis grabbed Jin’s hand and pulled him downward and locked him in his arms. With his other hand, he balled it into a fist and gave Jin a long hard noogie. “Damn brat! Take this!”
“Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow! Dammit! I’m not fifteen anymore! Stop that Voltis!” Jin struggles to get of his grip.
“F*ck you! You’re still a fifteen year old obnoxious brat like always! This is for all the times you ordered me around! This is for all the time you abused me! F*cking fifteen year old boss and tries to act like a boss to me three years later!? In your dreams!*Scrunch*Scrunch*Scrunch*” Voltis was enjoying this moment. On the outside, he looked as mad as anyone can be. But on the inside, he felt so much joy in his heart.
“Okay! Okay! I call uncle! I call uncle!!!”

The others who were spectating couldn’t believe the scene that was unfolding before them. Voltis, Prosecutor Sloth’s right hand man acknowledging someone so young as his boss. But even more shocking was that someone so young was his boss and the right hand man was just treating him like a kid if not a younger brother.
One Voltis had his fill of torturing his old boss, he lets Jin go. “Oh man. Do you know how much we all missed you Sloth? Why don’t you ever take off that mask? Come on. Let us see who you really are underneath. Wouldn’t kill you to take it off right?”
Jin got off and pat himself down. “Ha ha… you have no idea Voltis…”
“… Heh… So boss. What job do you have for me?” Voltis also got off the ground to ask him.
“Eh… I actually wanted twenty people to come.” Jin rubbed the side of his head. “I knew that my seraphs have been getting lazy. Might as well do it myself~”
“*Che* Stop the act. No need Sloth. *Snap*” Voltis said. Soon, people started to pop up from their hiding places. “Everyone has gathered already. We’ve been waiting for this day. To bring back justice for everyone in this town. To bring back justice for everyone within this city. To bring back justice to the state and country!”
“What’s our motto!?” Voltis cried out.
“Born of darkness! Heroes of the Light! Day or night! For Justice! We fight!” the other one hundred and seven seraphs shouted.
A smile form upon Voltis’ face. “What’s our oath!?”
“We will lay down our lives not to serve a leader, but a nation! To protect all that is good! To defend justice! We once swore to be the heroes the world desires! But blind justice cannot save anyone! Thus we hereby swear to the one who we believe to lead us on the right path. We are your blades! We are your shield! As long as you will lead us and our loved ones to utopia, we will forever follow your orders to defend them! This is our sacred oath! Should any one of us break it, we shall punish them to the utmost!”
“Ha ha ha ha! Good! Good! But you do know that I’ll be calling on you guys on random times right?” Jin sheepishly smiled. “Not something a leader should do.”
“No problem. Just like how it was in the past, we fight only when it is necessary. Though you are random, we don’t mind it.” The one hundred and seven seraphs replied in unison including Voltis as well.
“Ha ha ha! Alright! First job! Corrupted churches! They live to break families! Their intentions are to defile the morals of the people with their perverted fantasies! Countless people have already been their victims!” Jin roared out.
His words caused their hearts to surge with anger. Rage flashed in their eyes and malice filled their hearts with desires of vengeance for the people who suffered under the hands of the churches.
“I ask of you, all one hundred and eight, to capture the head of these churches and their conspirators! For it will be us to expose their crimes! But it will be up to the people to bring them to justice! We will let people know of their crimes! We will let people know how corrupted the churches are! For it is the people we defend. But it is also for the people, to know what evil is. To know that it exists in our everyday lives. That we must never stop fighting or else evil will become what it is now. We are the only ones who can expose their secrets. But they are the only one who can judge what is truly evil and what is truly good. Are you ready to fight for justice once more!?” His voice echoed out that no longer sounded young but a charismatic and mature person. Jin wasn’t an eighteen year old kid in their eyes anymore. He was their leader, Prosecutor Sloth with the army of a hundred and eight to reinforce their justice.
Every single seraphs left except Voltis. “Ha ha! Inspiring as always Sloth! No doubt! You! Are our leader!”
Jin took off his mask and warmly smiles at Voltis. “Heh… thanks. But I got something to do here. Go and help out our brothers and sisters in finishing this task Voltis.”
Never before has anyone who worked under him as Prosecutor Sloth seen his face. This made Voltis all the more determined. “I won’t fail you!”
“Now go.” Jin winked and pushed Voltis off. He also handed him a paper with the people who he should capture.
Voltis felt a tinge of warmth in his heart. ‘Woooot! We're back in business!’ He almost jumped for joy because this was a renewed feeling to him.
Just then, fifty men dressed in black came up to Jin, instantly recognizing him as the one who called him. Yes, these people were the soldiers under Beelzebub. There was no need for confirmation. Why? Because the only one who can contact them in their private phone numbers is the master phone number that is only possessed by Beelzebub. Only the Union could have those. The government of Jin’s continent don’t have such information even if they wanted to have it. “Sir. What is it that you wish of us?”
Jin pulled out a piece of paper and handed it to them. “Get these people. These people have been a thorn in my side. Bring them to the public court. I will bring them to hell with the flames of judgment. Any questions?”
Though they all had their faces covered with a dark mask, anyone could feel the sinister smile that formed behind those veils of darkness. “None.” *WOOSH*
Jin came back to Aria with a smile. “Believe me now? Come on. I don’t have all day. We have to hurry before sun rise. That’s the latest should the government find out. After that, I’ll stall them with my re-emergence. You’ll have twenty four hours at best after the job is done. Now hurry up and help me.”
Aria still started at him dumbfounded. “W-Who are-”
Ignoring her, he walked right back into the house.
Jin was opening the electric plugins, statues, etc. There were some wiretaps under the sofas, beds, trinkets and other places. Small micro cameras were up in the walls and paintings that was so amazingly camouflage that people normally wouldn’t notice it would be there. Some were even deeply integrated within the walls of the house.
Jin removed and disarmed them one by one with some to little efforts because they also had safety alarms should they be discovered. The cameras would blink a small red dot or the wiretaps would make a small sound to indicate that the spying device would be found. All one had to do was to just be in range of the sensors. But the range was like paper thin small. Which was why the jammer came in handy. It shut off the sensor for a while long enough to be destroyed. The range of the jammer was only twenty feet. But that was good enough. ‘Shhhhhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiii!!! Ugh… Controlling mother *beepers!* Why do you plant so many in one house!? Well, so far so good… let’s hope everything would be alright… It was a good thing that I didn’t have to borrow Mammon’s jammer. This make cheap is good enough. Besides, I don’t like owing or making Mammon do too much. She already had enough on her hands. I also can’t imagine what she might do if I were to owe her more… Last time she- never mind….’
Jin couldn’t get to the spying devices that were embedded into the walls. So he had to leave them. The only room that was officially clean was the living room. But he wasn’t sure how far the wiretaps within the walls can hear or even if they work or not despite being disabled. ‘Nothing in this world can be one hundred percent. Doesn’t hurt to be careful.’
Afterwards, Jin followed through his plans. When he left the house once more, his the group of black clothed men came back and they brought the ten victims Jin ordered to be chained along with a lot of information. “Anything else?”
“Just one. Get these people as well and follow these instructions. I don’t care if they are a part of the high rankings of the military. I don’t care what methods you use to get them to me. Bring them to me.” Jin coldly spoke.
“Understood. But one more thing sir.” The leader of the black men said.
“Hm? Speak.” Jin looks over the records of information.
“I believe the military is already active. Word is… from the Union, there is a traitor within our country. The person they are trying to frame as a traitor is named Blake Cross. But the reality is that the real traitors is Drake and Francis over there. The government already planned to frame Blake a long time ago as well and all Francis and Drake did was give it a little push. The two traitors encourage the government to get rid of Blake which is why they already dispatched two groups of soldiers within the last twelve hours. The first, is the investigation team. The second, the shadow corps. Their intentions are to capture and wipe out the Cross family before the investigation team could come. If they are able to capture Blake, he would be used as a tool to be blamed. Thus, it will be easy to frame the Cross family and make up evidences. What do you want us to do for the time being about them?” the leader asks.
Jin thought for a moment and then spoke with carefully chosen words. “… Nothing. I believe they won’t arrive until a full twenty four hours later at least up to forty eight hours. So we got at least twenty four hours. Oh and, if there is anyone suspicious that comes within a hundred meter radius of the Cross family house, neutralize them. Got that?”
“Understood!” *Woosh* Jin’s underworld squad of fifty disappeared almost as fast as Jin would when he moves.
“Gotta hurry. Ugh… If I had more time…. Now I have to…. Gah!!!!” Jin groaned as he carried the group of ten back to the Cross house with the modified plan he had. He couldn’t finish things the way he wanted. Not like reality was going to let things go his way. So he had to compromise his plans a bit.
Jin instructed his underworld corps to go after Darius’ brothers to make a deal as well as tearing down their boss’ companies. If they won’t take the deal of faking torture sounds, then the corps would have to do it for real. Afterwards, they would let the brothers go and burn the underground factories.
Once everything was settled with the Cross family, he carried the ten people to the public court.
………
……
…
Jason woke up in the middle of being carried. “Ha ha… you… are like us. You pretend to be good. You use the pretense of good but in the end, you are just trying to achieve your own selfish goals.”
“… You are mistaken Jason. I’m a selfish person. But my goals aren’t what you say they are.” Jin replied.
Jason cynically smiled. “Oh sure. You desire Meracle am I wrong? You want her to get back with her family only so that later on you can take advantage of her. How is it that your goals aren’t like what I said? Aren’t you a scum like me?”
“You really don’t see it my way. Not like a guy like you would anyhow. As for being a scum… ” Inside Jin’s mind, Jin was already beyond what Jason was.
Laughable. It was truly laughable to Jason. Someone who have so much power that was able to capture him was proof of how dark Jin was. “Heh... You ordered people around like a big shot, dragged me from my secret underground house where even the police have a hard time finding, and come out cool like a cucumber. Fine. Let’s say you aren’t like me. But what is there to say when Meracle finds out who you are? Wouldn’t she be devastated when she knows that you are worse than me?”
“You can laugh at me from hell if that time comes. See Jason, I don’t really care if she hates me. So… Let’s enjoy this peaceful run while we still can. Because your one way ticket to hell is going to be very painful.” Along the way, some people saw Jin and how he was carrying people as if they were slaves. At first, some tried to stop him.
“Hey! What are you doing!?” a burly and bald man shouted.
“Help! Help! He’s going to kill us! Help!” Jason saw a chance to live and took the chance. He acted with everything he had no matter how shameful. “Please! Help! He’s going to decapitate us! He has my entire family hostage! Help!”
“W-What!? Let them go!” The burly and bald man’s voice attracted the attention of the entire neighborhood.
Men and women from all around the neighborhood came. Jason created a huge stir big enough to gather hundreds of people with weapons. Even the children came to watch. But their mothers and fathers soon brought the children away to keep their minds from being scarred.
Even the burly bald man ran into his house to get a knife. “Unhand him and his family! Or else we won’t be kind to you!”
“Let them go!” An eighteen year old male came out and act like he was some kind of hero.
But when some of them recognized Jason and the others, their faces changed. From sympathetic and filled with morals to hatred.
“T-That bastard took my daughter and never came back!” A woman pointed towards Jason’s beaten up face cried out.
“T-The church’s head! My son became a part of their inner circles and never came back either!” A single father also voiced his sorrow.
‘Perfect.’ Jin coldly smiled and tossed many books onto the floor. “This is what happened to your precious ones!”
The books contained the number of people who were sold by the churches and by Jason appeared in front of the mob.
“Seventeen year old Nelly… Thirteen year old Seliphiel… Boras who was only ten…” A voice of a man trembled as he read the book.
Taking advantage of the situation, Jin didn’t hesitate to rouse their anger. “These people here who are chained up here are the cause of your sorrow! These people here are chained up here are the source of your despair! If you want more proof, then I have them! But, if you wish to get your vengeance, then follow me!”
“No! We will kill them now! Let them go so we can deal with them boy! Or else-”
*Snap*
Jin snapped his fingers and over one hundred people dressed in white came out. Each person dressed in white with white masks to hide their identities. The one hundred and eight seraphs carried behind them one person each and each person they carried were the supporters of the corrupt. Based on Jin’s paper, these people are the main supporters of the corrupted churches and even the people who were growing corrupt at an extremely fast rate were captured. Slowly, the one hundred and eight seraphs surrounded the mob and revealed the hidden weapons they had underneath their cloaks.
Compared to the seraphs, the mob were like children against the adults with toy weapons. Knives and bats were fine to use; mainly because these were what the mob used. But swords and guns were way better.
Voltis unmasked himself “Or else what!? You dare harm our prosecutor!? Even after all he has done for you!?”
When Voltis came out, the mob couldn’t believe it. Voltis was a well-known figure as Prosecutor Sloth’s right hand man. Voltis was also known for being Sloth’s most loyal friend even if Prosecutor Sloth didn’t consider him as a friend. Many companies used tens and hundreds of methods to rope him in. But no matter what method they used, Voltis would always refuse saying, “I work for one man only! So you can take those filthy offerings somewhere else!”
‘So why would he show up in front of them?’ the mob thought. Only a few moments later did they recall what Voltis jus said. Their necks turned and their eyes zoned in on the blue haired man carrying the ten people behind them. Both fear and confusion were evident in their eyes as they couldn’t understand the young blue haired male in front of them “Wha?”
Jin didn’t bother to explain to the people. Nor did he had to. They just opened a wide path for him as if they just saw a king.
Once more, Jin dragged the ten victims behind him with Jason’s face filled with regret. When Jin was about ten meters away from the mob, he said “I’ll need people to help me judge the evil you know. I alone cannot bring the dead peace. My seraphs may be soldiers of justice, but justice is formed by the laws people make.”
Help? The mobs were questioning themselves. “D-Did I hear what I thought I just heard? Did Prosecutor Sloth ask for us to judge them?”
“Y-Yeah I think he did. B-But what if we would be-“
Voltis listened to the people chatter amongst themselves and grew both tired and angry. He was tired because he and the other seraphs transverse tens and hundreds of miles just to see their old boss. He was angry because the people were still indecisive. “Under the laws, your missing sons and daughters and loved are already criminals for joining the inner circles! Some of them are even parts of the reasons why there are more people suffering! Some of the victims cannot take revenge for the injustice that was inflicted upon them! The law enforcers can’t even help them! Those who vowed to protect people’s rights doesn’t give a f*ck about them! Our prosecutor is giving you all one chance and a once in a life time chance to take things into your own hands! Become the reason why some of their victims can find some sort of rest. Become the reasons why some of them can regain their freedom! Let those who you love that are corrupted redeem themselves! I swear upon our honor and names, that both the prosecutor and even the hundred and eight seraphs, will do everything to right all that is wrong! All you have to do is to take action and stand by our sides! We will protect you as long as you desire the same justice as we do!”
Jin who was pretty far away could hear the empowered cries of the mobs. ‘Heh… you make a better leader than I do Voltis…’ The mob instantly followed Jin all the way to the open court.
While walking, Jin pulls out his phone to dial a number.
*Riiiiiiiing* Voltis felt his phone vibrating within the white long pants he wore. Pulling it out, he raised an eyebrow. *Beep* “Yeah?” answered his phone.
“Good job Voltis.”
‘S-Sloth? Why would he call me if he is only a small distance away?’ Voltis didn’t as why because it was rare that Jin would complement someone as Proscutor Sloth. “Oh sure. It’s nothing.”
“I want you guys to be the third and final event. So when we reach to the open courthouse, don’t come out until the first group comes. A ‘friend of mine called his private corps’ so that his ‘group will be judged first’. Therefore, I want you guys to be the big finale. Can you do that?”
Voltis smiled and understood what Jin meant. “Alright then. Time to put on a big show Sloth?”
“You know it Voltis. Just like how we used to do it. *Beep*” At the same time Jin hung up, Jin’s phone rang once more. “Hm? Anything new?”
The leader of Jin’s shadow corps replied, “Nothing sir. As far as it goes, there were no suspicious people so far. So it’s good. I’ll call back up to keep an eye on the Cross family. Is that okay?”
“No problem. Just be sure to be careful alright?”
“Alright boss. *Beep*”
'Good. I've taken care of the corrupted churches part so they won't mess with people's beliefs anymore... Next.... people from the business world. .... Business men always were full of... well... sh*t. I kinda feel bad for overworking my men on my first day coming back...' Jin regretfully thought. Not that it was going to stop him from judging people nor would it stop the current momentum.
