Zatala and Kael circled each other. Zatala needed to make use of the chimera technique in order to overcome the gap in strength and technique between her and Kael. She gave herself the wings of the phoenix and engulfed herself in flames. She then charged at Kael.
Kael sidestepped and then kicked her stomach. The impact sent her flying upwards. He grabbed her wings to pull her into a suplex, smashing her head into the ground. She then once again used the head of the Goliathus Magica to protect her head and she landed a headbutt against Kael to break up his attack.
She then turned her right arm into the head of a poisonous snake known as the Vipermancer. Its venom was toxic enough to melt rock. She charged at him with the fire of the phoenix. This time he used 5 tails to withstand the heat and then he tried to punch her. She sent out venom from her hand. It was centimetres away from making contact with Kael's eyes, but he managed to use his tail to block and then whacked her with it.
Her snake arm bit into it and injected a lot of venom, but the tail was energy based so it didn't affect it. He smacked her with the tail and then he tackled her through multiple trees. She flipped him off her and then sent out a wave of water. Kael sent out a much stronger wave of water and he managed to overpower her technique and elgulf her in water. When the area cleared, she was nowhere to be seen.
“That brat. She knows she can't contend with my power. Instead she simply wanted to create distance” said Kael as he searched for her.
That was when Zatala appeared, this time she focused her energy to get the size of the Goliathus Magica but kept the form of a kitsune.
She sent out a massive blast of fire that sparked a wildfire. As it raged throughout the battlefield, she added wind to create a massive fire tornado. Even the audience felt the intensity of the fire tornado. They had to hold on to avoid being blown away.
“Let's end this, one final attack!” said Zatala as she sent out all her energy into a single attack.
“I would have played a little longer but it looks like it's over,” said Kael.
Kael combined the four elements, fire, water, wind and earth to create an imaginary mass. He sent it towards Zatala's blast.
Their techniques collided and shook the entire sky island, but in the end Kael's was stronger and it went through Zatala. She was knocked unconscious and eliminated.
With her eliminated, 14 participants remained.
That was when the two warriors from Zarthral entered the battle. After witnessing his strength, they understood that now was the best time to fight him. They could not afford to give me any time to rejuvenate. Kael smiled at the thought of a challenge and got ready to face his new opponents.

Meanwhile, Narumi and Talia were trying to find a weakness in Emiru's barrier.
Emiru sent out a series of slashes that cut both Narumi and Talia. The cuts pierced their skin, causing blood to spill all over the place. Narumi protected herself and Talia by adding layers of coral to them, but the slashes were endless and were chipping at the coral.
“I noticed that her slashes aren't able to kill us directly. Instead the slashes will cause intense blood loss and cause us to go unconscious” said Talia.
“I see. How do we deal with the fact that her attacks are guaranteed to hit though?” asked Narumi.
Talia didn't respond as she still had not figured out a response to that as yet. Emiru knew that her attacks were guaranteed to hit so she began sending out dark energy blasts at random. Narumi created a massive wall of coral, but the blasts still hit. Narumi and Talia were stunned and unable to move.
“The damage done by the dark energy blasts stack. That means after you sustain damage from one, the next one does more damage” said Emiru.
Emiru kicked Narumi into Talia and her palm struck both of them.
Emiru then hit them with a spinning kick that broke the layers of coral protecting them. The stun effect from the dark energy blast wore off now, but the series slashes began to land once again.
Narumi and Talia were suffering from a large amount of blood loss. Their vision was beginning to blur as well. They wouldn't be able to withstand more attacks. After getting hit with so many dark energy blasts, they knew that the next one would definitely knock them out.
Narumi sent out water everywhere and sent out coral everywhere.
“This is a last ditch effort. Normally you're unable to summon a dragon unless you significantly bond with them. There is a way to still summon them though, the downside is that it causes the dragon to lose control of its senses. Nobody survives after doing this, but hopefully I'll be the first one to survive” said Narumi.
She pressed her hands together, and the sky island shook. The coral dragon then emerged! It was so massive that its body broke through some parts of the barrier.
The slashes in the barrier didn't affect the coral dragon. It flapped its mighty wings and destroyed the barrier. It then thrashed Narumi with its tail, sending her flying back. The coral dragon then turned its attention to Emiru. Even though it lost control of its senses, Narumi’s will to defeat Emiru was still strong.
Emiru blasted it with dark energy but it tanked the hit and hit her with a headbutt. Its rough corals broke the bones in her chest as she went through multiple trees. Talia picked up Narumi and went to find a secluded location to hide her until she was ready to return to the battle.
The coral dragon let out a fierce roar. Emiru ran across the battlefield in order to hide while the coral dragon chased her. It was destroying everything in its path.
Raylon and Avawraths battle against Ragnar continued, but it was interrupted by the coral dragon.
It sent spikes of coral flying throughout the area. Avawrath raised the ground to create a wall to protect himself and Raylon.
“What the bloody hell is going on?” thought Ragnar as he created a gravitational field to hold down the coral dragon.
The coral dragon was slowed down, but it still pushed through the gravitational field and blasted Ragnar with fire.
It then sent out pillars of coral off the ground and sent Raylon and Avawrath flying into the air. While in the air the coral dragon flew up and tackled both of them. It's tough corals cracked some of their bones and caused them to cough out blood. It then whacked them away with its tail when it saw where Emiru was hiding.
It charged at her, but it was actually an illusion created by Megan. Megan created a massive amount of fake Emiru's to confuse the coral dragon. It then sent out pillars of coral to hit all of the illusions. When it saw that Emiru was nowhere in sight, it roared in anger and began attacking everything in sight.
Kael was about to begin his battle with the two warriors from Zarthral, but the coral charged into the area and began wreaking havoc.
“Looks like I'll be facing an even greater challenge,” said Kael.
