I feel like I missed something, but I can't identify what it was. Anyway, found a nice word counter site that auto saves my work by using the cache. That said, this will be my second PSP-typed chapter.
As for public libraries, I'd rather use a typewriter, "chaka-chaka-chaka-ching! Shhhk-tak!" since the nearest public libraries are under funded. Still using paper and cardboard catalogs to look for books.
Have a chapter.

Cavaron was walking along a corridor in the Sky Tower's Lower Area. He was following the Sloivat siblings as they led him towards where Ethra was resting. For a while, only the walls of the corridor accompanied them since he had Aimi, Bronte, Aomi, and Halrimaw take a break in the city. 'We have been walking for thirty minutes now, and I can sense a steady flow of mana.' Cavaron thought. In fact, the length of time and the distance traveled had already exceeded the size of the Sky Tower's supposed area. Activating his Mana Sight, he was blinded by the amount of mana glowing from the walls. Akash felt something as he turned back to see Cavaron's eyes glowing from Mana Sight.
"This area is an enchanted space. It should explain what you're seeing right now." Akash spoke out seeing Cavaron's curious eyes scanning the walls of the corridor, "The space we are in is a defense mechanism that makes intruders lose their way if one does not know how to navigate safely. This space is supposedly a maze but becomes a corridor when one is with an authorized entity." The glow of mana was steadily spreading all around the corridor. Cavaron, while using Mana Sight, looked upon the siblings in front of him, and found the same glow on their bodies. 'So, it's similar to how I can differentiate each person's mana signature, huh?' Cavaron thought, 'If only I could incorporate this into Mana Pulse... Haha, another century, perhaps?'
After another half hour of walking, they have arrived at a door guarded by twelve Sky Knights, six Sun Knights, and six Earth Knights. If one had forgotten, Sun Knights were elite human soldiers, and Earth Knights were their demonic counterparts. The Earth Knights were all draconians as their armor followed the shape of their bodies while exposing powerful draconic scales. Upon seeing two Legion Commanders, the guards saluted and gave way, and finally saw Cavaron following behind the two. Seeing him made some of the guards gulp, it would seem that they had witnessed Cavaron's capabilities earlier. Suddenly, a Sky Knight bowed towards Cavaron, "Sir! Thank you for saving our Queen!" Cavaron just nodded in affirmation, and passed through the door.
Behind the door was a room, an elegantly decorated room similar to Ethra's quarters on the Upper Area of the Sky Tower. There were already other people present in the room, however, and they surrounded the bed in the middle of the room. The people were dressed in long white tunics, and had golden wings emblazoned on their backs. Cavaron tilted his head as he stared at the people in white, and raised a brow at the sight of powerfully glowing mana within their bodies. One of the people in white noticed the new arrivals, tapped the person next to her, and pointed at Cavaron's direction.
The person who was tapped turned around, "Ah, Cavaron. Long time, no see." and spoke with a familiar tone. Cavaron stared intently at the person who spoke his name, approached, "What the hell are you doing in this world, Maguro?", and asked with a smile. He, too, knew who this person was. Maguro appeared between 30 years and 40 years old, had short red hair on his head, and a pair of sharp, light brown eyes. He was as tall as Cavaron, but his build was thinner. Maguro, who wore the same attire as those around him, smiled back, "You are not the only one who is able to travel freely between worlds... Even though you've lived the second longest among all of our kind." Maguro paused for a while before speaking again, "I was just passing by Edeortha's gate when I felt a familiar power explode through. It was the same power that exploded a century ago. After that, I felt your power. Thinking it should be coincidence, I tried to ignore it until I felt another blast of energy that I'm guessing was you knocking this lady out."
Maguro pointed his thumb towards the person on the bed. It was Ethra. She was lying on the bed, not even moving nor waking up from the conversation. "So, you figured to bring your medical knowledge with you here? How is Ethra, by the way?" Cavaron asked Maguro two questions. Maguro replied, "For your first question, of course. We wouldn't want another disaster to happen again, would we?" and smiled, "For your second question, well... It would be better if you use your Mana Sight on her." With a wave of his hand, Maguro had the others give way to Cavaron. Cavaron stood next to Maguro, and immediately used Mana Sight. "Shit..." Cavaron cursed, his brows furrowed, and his lips curved down to a frown. Using his Mana Sight, he found a foreign entity inside Ethra's body, a black entity, "She's infected, but why hasn't she died, yet?"
Cavaron then began to strip Ethra's clothes off her body. The Sloivat siblings became alarmed at his actions, and hurriedly approached only to be barred by Maguro and his companions saying, "Easy there, he has a reason for doing so. He might even be able to save her." Akash and Ashe reluctantly stood down with worried expressions directed at their queen. Cavaron, one by one, removed Ethra's clothes while inspecting each piece. Finding nothing, he continued until Ethra laid bare on the bed. That was when Cavaron stopped moving his hands, and focused on her chest.
On Ethra's chest were familiar flower petals of blue and white. A memory from a time never forgotten. Although the petals had wilted, it was enough to contain the flame's dark power. "Akash!" Cavaron suddenly shouted. Akash hurried over next to him. "Is there a hidden garden here?" Akash's face subtly changed, but this change was still caught by Cavaron, "Bring me there." Akash didn't say anything else, and merely nodded. He faced his sister and said, "Let's go to the sanctuary." Ashe's face also changed as she looked at Cavaron's serious expression, "All right, brother." The three of them left Ethra in the hands of Maguro and his companions.

From where they were, Cavaron was led towards the Sky Tower's underground floors. The deeper they went, the more Cavaron's expression changed as he felt familiar energies seeping through his skin. From seriousness to calmness, from calmness to sadness, and from sadness to nostalgia. He had already lost track of the time spent and the distance traveled as he followed the Sloivat siblings. Like the corridor from before, there was nothing else around them.Walls with only lamps on them accompanied the group as they went deeper. After a while, they arrived before a stone gate that had nothing behind it. Akash and Ashe, each stood at the sides of the gate, and faced Cavaron. "We're here." said Akash, "Ashe and I will power the gate to let you through. Only one person can enter at a time. Once you decide to leave, just pass back through the gate." Akash turned his head towards Ashe, and nodded. Soon, the two placed their hands on the gate, and channeled mana into it. An image formed on the empty gate as it opened that way to the sanctuary. Without waiting, Cavaron stepped through, and disappeared.
Cavaron emerged from the stone gate and arrived at a large circular garden. The garden was fifty meters wide surrounded by stone walls. Looking up, one would not see the ceiling, but the sun looking down from seventy meters in the air, instead. Yet, even though the sun was present, there was only light, and had the absence of heat. Other than that, the sun did not move from its place like it was frozen in time. 'Artificial sunlight, huh?' thought Cavaron, 'So much mana in this place that the Byblos itself didn't know about.' Cavaron walked through the garden, and found the familiar colors of blue and white. The blue and white flowers spread all across the entire garden, and brought back nostalgic memories from the deep recesses of his mind.
For a while, he just walked towards the center, watching the flowers that swayed from his passing by. Nearing the center, he finally noticed a small clearing that had a small house. Stopping at the clearing's edge, he brought his arm upon his face as he looked up, "Hahaha... Fucking hell... Are you kidding me...?" His voice quivered as he spoke, and he stood there in silence, not moving nor making a sound. This lasted for a full minute, yet this minute felt like a century. Finally, with a deep breath, approached the small house.
The house itself was simple in design, and was smaller than the one in his past, only enough to house one person. Opening the door, it wasn't really a house for a person to live in, but a tool shed where gardening tools were kept. There were spades, cutting tools, some watering cans, a small well where water could be drawn, and a chair for one person. Finding nothing else of interest, he left the tool shed, and lied down somewhere on the clearing after unequipping his armor and changed into casual clothing. Soft grass below him, the artificial shone upon his face, and the mana from his surroundings entered his body as he closed his eyes.

Back with Maguro, they were still figuring out how to wake Ethra up, until one of his companions spoke up, "Grand Master, that man named Cavaron, how is he related to this world?" Maguro was working his mana to try and get rid of Ethra's infection with futile effort as it could be seen from the sweat on his head, "Huh? Cavaron? Well, it happened way before I began the Order of Healing Wings. A century ago, he changed the lives of everybody here." Maguro sat down on a chair as he told about Cavaron, "However, I wasn't there when it occurred, and only saw the aftermath. Many of our kind felt a powerful surge of energy, terrifying energy, encompass all even those in other worlds."
Maguro leaned back and stretched his legs trying to remember the past, "The only ones who could have known what happened are those summoned contracts of his." and sat back straight, "Did you know that he was one of the most powerful of our kind before? He was also one of the mostly summoned champions which led to his then massive mana capacity. His prowess in the usage of raw mana was unparalleled. He even became friends with a Cipher, guardians of time and space, and beings who are able to use all of the laws at their disposal. Magical laws, material laws, spiritual laws, laws of life and death, laws of creation and destruction. Becoming friends with a Cipher is like becoming friends with a god itself!" Maguro was clearly excited when he spoke about the Cipher, "But even so, the Ciphers are subject to the gods of fate... These "gods" are still the ones ultimately responsible for all of our kind. I've been living for three hundred years, yet Cavaron lives while living a chaotic life, I envy him, to be honest."
His companions, numbering to twelve, all listened attentively until another one posed a question, "If he was so powerful, why is he like this now?" Maguro glanced at the young man who asked the question, "That is one question I would also like to be answered. What happened to him that led to his decline? How did it lead to his decline? We may never know, heck, even he doesn't know what the hell happened, but even with his decline, he is still very powerful in the right circumstances. That said, I can feel something powerful down below." Maguro and his companions looked down to the floor, obviously not the floor itself, but whatever was deep down underground.
"I can assure you, though," Maguro swept his gaze over his companions, "That there will be another life changing event in the future."
