Since I already finished quite a few chapters, might as well add them in.

Ladenras Kingdom
A powerful kingdom well known for its skillful magi.
Currently, they are at war against a certain race, the so-called Demon Race. How this war started was due to their king proclaiming all non-humans as demons. The proclamation even included the peaceful fairies and the detached beast tribes.
Ladenras was able to raise a large army through the king's charisma and wit giving themselves a large advantage in the first few stages of the war. Because of this, and the abilities of their generals, they were able to annihilate all surrounding territories: the Great Emerald Woods of the Beast Tribes, the Grand Azure Waters and the Argent Mountain Range of the Fairies.
In response to this, the Fairies woke up the sleeping Fire Elementals within the Scarlet Volcano of the Argent Mountains.
The successful awakening of the Elementals was able to grind the progressing war into a stalemate. Despite the powerful magi of Ladenras, they were unable to defeat the raw power of the Elementals.
After two years of no results, the weak-willed members of Ladernas' leadership suggested a peace treaty. However, the ambitious and stubborn king put them all to death, and commanded the magi to delve deeper into ancient magic to help them.
In desperation, the magi scoured the ancient texts to find whatever it is that can help them win the war. They found many arcane magic that fit the criteria, but the cost was too great and may leave them powerless after performing it.
In the last stretch of desperation, they found something deep within the Arcane Library. It was a spell to summon a powerful being to aid them with just the blood sacrifice of twelve virgins. Thankfully, they were able to capture many prisoners that fit the description giving no burden to Ladenras.
After a week, the preparations of ritual were finished. Within the Magus Grounds was a summoning circle where its design followed the instructions of what they found to the most minute detail. Lined up around the edges of the circle were the captive virgins that the spell required. Looking into their eyes, one can conclude that they have resigned themselves to their fate. Eyes devoid of life looking down on the ground. If it were any other person, they would give shame and pity but this Ladenras, a human supremacist kingdom.
When they were ready, an evil light shone from the eyes of the magi, and the circle shone as well. Upon the appearance of the light, screams were heard as the twelve sacrifices burst into purple flames and began feeding the circle. The magi surrounding the area began chanting a chant so long and complex, they had to read it from the copies they made beforehand.
Nearby, the king was seated while anxiously awaiting what would appear before them. Despite being bright as day, thunder and lightning burst from the heavens and struck the center of the summoning circle which made everybody near it fall on their backs. Fearing that the ritual was disrupted, the king asked a nearby magus if everything is alright. The magus gave their king peace of mind by saying that it was part of the ritual and it was a sign that the summoning was successful.
Where the bolt struck, the dust scattered, and took a while to settle. When it did settle, in its place stood a man with brown hair wearing blue armor, a red cape, and two short swords.
It was a success.
---
The man, exuding an aura of power, made everybody present speechless. It was only when the king stepped forward and spoke did the silence break.
"Hero! We have summoned you in dire times! Please grant us yo-"
"Blah, blah, blah. Get to the point old man." The summoned man interrupted the king. "I already know this pattern. So, where's the Demon Lord?"
"Huh...?" Dumbfounded, the king became confused. The man before him was indeed powerful yet to be able to guess their intent meant that the man was not ordinary.

"Shameless!" One of the guards shouted. "You are before his majesty, King Rotter Ladenras IV! Show respect!"
The man looked at the guard and released bloodlust while staring into his eyes.
"W-what? Y-you want to fight!?" The guard stuttered as he drew his sword.
"Enough!" King Rotter commanded and looked at the guard. "Leave now!"
"Sire..." The guard reluctantly left.
King Rotter faced the man and offered his apologies, "I'm sorry for that, every one of them is tense from the war. As you have heard, I am King Rotter Ladenras IV, the king of the Ladenras Kingdom. Right now, we are at war with the demons but are in a stalemate. May we have the honor of knowing your name, hero?"
The man silently looked at King Rotter, 'Hm... the mana signature feels familiar.' the man thought to himself before he spoke. "My name is Cavaron, and that is the only name I'll tell you."
"Sir Cavaron, it pleases me to meet you. I have to ask, have you already been summoned before?"
'I doubt harm will come if I just say yes...'
"Sir Cavaron?"
"... To answer your question, yes, I have been summoned forcefully multiple times already that I tire of it."
Despite Cavaron's calm voice, everybody felt as if the surrounding temperature dropped.
King Rotter forced himself to calm down, and concluded that the man they summoned is never to be trifled with.
"Sir Cavaron, many apologies, but we were so desperate to win the war that we had to do this."
"..."
Cavaron just looked at King Rotter then smiled after a few seconds.
"Fine then, I'll lend you my power for the time being."
"Sir Cavaron, thank you."
"I have a question."
"Yes, sir Cavaron, anything you wish to know?"
"I could just head straight to the Demon Lord and get this over with so... what does this thing look like?"
"Ah, luckily, this Demon Lord was often seen on the frontlines so we were able to identify him."
King Rotter then looked at the nearby servants, "Bring us the portrait we found in one of the skirmishes!"
The servants left and returned after finding the portrait if the Demon Lord.
When they brought it in, 'What the... that looks like...' Cavaron was shocked at what the Demon Lord looked like.
The demon was a large muscle-bound humanoid clothed in flames. Its face was covered with scars, its eyes were blood red, and on its head was a turban instead of a crown.
'I had doubts, but this... one way to find out...' Cavaron faced King Rotter, "This... demon, do you know its name?"
King Rotter answered, "The Demon Lord's name is Culverin, sir Cavaron."
'Culverin!?' Cavaron was shocked.
"Haha..." Cavaron laughed leaving the others confused, "HAHAHAHAHAHA!"
"Sir Cavaron, what is the matter?"
King Rotter asked in confusion.
Cavaron just ignored King Rotter and continued laughing like a maniac.
"HAHAHAHA! BY THE GODS! THIS IS HIS HOME! NO WONDER THE MANA FELT FAMILIAR! HEHEHEH HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"
Cavaron's exclamation shocked all those around him.
"Sir Cavaron!"
"SHUT UP!" Cavaron yelled at King Rotter and released mana.
The space around Cavaron ripped and he commanded, "Passionate flames of the ever burning Scarlet Goddess! Grant upon your lover gifts of eternal power! I summon your greatest champion to aid me in my ordeals! <
A large flaming humanoid appeared through the cracks in space. It looked just like the Demon Lord in the portrait. All the people present in the Magus Grounds froze at the scene before them. The man, Cavaron, that they summoned brought forth their greatest enemy in the war.
"Demon Lord!", one of the magi screamed.
